技术领域
本发明涉及一种小型高压容器,具体而言,涉及一种小型高压防爆容器。
该小型高压容器可容纳压缩液体或固体成分,类似于丁烷气罐、美发喷雾、杀虫剂或灭火器,该小型高压容器可以利用推进剂等将该容器内的物质高速射出。
如果该小型高压容器被运输或使用时受到来自外界的过多的热量,那么该容器内部的压力就会上升,从而使该小型高压容器容易爆炸。
具体而言,由于丁烷气罐含有燃料,并在诸如便携式燃气灶的加热器旁使用,因而丁烷气罐易于从外界受热。在正常条件下这种丁烷气罐没有危险,但如果燃气灶的安全装置损坏或未遵守显示在丁烷气罐或燃气灶上的安全规则而错误使用,那么该丁烷气罐爆炸的可能性就会变得非常高。
如果在运输或存储期间起火,那么该小型高压容器爆炸产生的碎片就可能伤人,并且此危险让人难以接近燃烧点灭火,从而可能引起熊熊大火。
同样,用过的容器内的剩余成分在焚烧时有时也会引起爆炸。
为了防止爆炸,已经开发出一种小型高压容器,于是,当该小型高压容器的内部压力升到参考压力以上时,该容器的顶端就会变形并且形成放气孔以释放该容器内的气体,以使得容器的内部压力降低并避免爆炸。
背景技术
1974年11月26日授予美国制罐公司的美国专利3,850,339中公开了这种小型高压容器。

发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而被构思出来的。本发明的技术任务是提供一个小型高压容器,该容器可以通过在该容器的上体的凹槽底部而不是在拱顶的周长设置刻痕,而使破坏刻痕变得容易,从而防止爆炸。。

根据本发明的优选实施例,该小型防爆容器具有罐体110,所述罐体110中容纳高压成分;上体120,所述上体120具有预定的拱顶状形状,通过卷边接缝连接到罐体110的顶部,并且具有围绕其下部的凹槽121;阀门130,为了释放罐体110内和上体120内部的高压成分,所述阀门被卷边在上体120顶端并从罐体110的内部延伸至上体外部;多个刻痕122,它们构造于拱顶状的上体120的凹槽121的底部,以便把罐体110内的高压成分释放到罐体外部。
所期望的是,这些刻痕122的厚度为0.03mm-0.08mm,大小为0.1mm2~4.0mm2。
刻痕122的数目为4~20,而对刻痕的122形状没有限制。
参照附图3,根据本发明的优选实施例的小型高压防爆容器100的罐体110具有圆筒形形状,并带有密封的底部表面,该罐体包括容纳于其中的高压成分。罐体110的底面带有底盘111,该底盘通过卷边接缝连接到罐体110的周长。希望底盘111以下述方式设计:当容器100的内部压力发生变化时,该底盘使压力的分布平衡以增加稳定性,并且为了存储方便,底盘为凸拱顶形状。
通常,未加工的液体和高压气体都被装在罐体110的内部。类似于本发明的优先实施例,小丁烷气罐和气雾剂容器存储有液化高压气体。
拱顶形上体120的端部放射性地伸出到外面,凹槽121沿该端部的周长设置于预定位置上。上体120设置在罐体110的上面,并且该上体的末端通过卷边接缝连接到罐体110的周长。凹槽121借助于卷边接缝123设置在连接部分的内部,位于罐体110和上体120之间。
阀门130是一种用于调节罐体110内高压成分流的管状部件,该阀门通过卷边连接到上体120的顶部。阀门130的一端设置在罐体110的内部,另一端伸出到上体120的外部,该上体通过卷边接缝与罐体110相连接。
用来控制容器内高压成分以将它们释放到外部的阀杆131设置在阀门130的顶部,该阀门位于上体120的外部。
当容器100的内部压力增大到参考压力以上时,刻痕122就释放压缩气体到容器外部,该刻痕的形状可以是点、点线或多边形等形状。刻痕122形成于拱顶状上体的末端的凹槽121的底部,多个刻痕沿上体120的末端形成。
参照图4,多个刻痕122形成于沿着该上体120周长的凹槽121的下部。当该容器100超出参考压力时,此结构易于使上体120变形然后破坏这些刻痕122,将该容器内部的气体释放至该容器的外部。因而,可以避免该容器爆炸。换句话说,这些刻痕122削弱了该上体阻碍外部形变的耐受力。因此,当该容器承受过多压力时,该上体120向上方凸起,然后至少一个刻痕122被破坏。于是,该容器内的超压成分通过破裂了的刻痕122释放至该容器的外部。
参照图5-7,我们将更加具体地阐明上述刻痕122的结构和变形状态。
首先,在处于正常状态下的该小型高压防爆容器100中,如图5所示,该上体120的凹槽121沿着绕罐体110的周长设置,刻痕122呈多个点的形状,这多个点位于上体120后部,形成凹槽121。起初,这些刻痕122的截面部分是水平的,如图5所示。
当从外部施加热量或能量时,该容器100的内部压力上升,然后当该容器被施加过多压力时,形成于该上体120周围的凹槽121向该容器的外部迅速升高。于是,上体120在该上体的凹槽121被展平时就会变形。
在形变的初始阶段,该上体120和这些刻痕122发生形变,如图6所示。该上体120的周长通过卷边接缝与该容器的罐体110牢固地相连接,所以该周长很少变形。同样,形成刻痕122的该上体120的凹槽121由于该容器100的内部压力而迅速抬升。
由于凹槽121发生形变而导致该上体120发生形变,因而刻痕在应力集中处被损坏。然后该上体120的凹槽121形成放气孔。当这些刻痕122开放时,剩余在该容器100中的高压气体通过刻痕122释放,从而防止该上体120以爆炸的方式从该容器的罐体110高速脱离。
同时,为确定根据本发明的优选实施例的小型高压防爆容器的优选构造、个数等,我们通过对该小型高压容器施加液压的方式进行了实验。
首先,我们使该小型高压容器100的上体变形以打开裂痕122并除去罐体110的底板111。其后,我们将该小型高压容器100倒置,然后将400g水放进该容器内,然后测量在不施加额外压力的情况下,100g水通过刻痕122流出所需要的时间。
根据实验结果,我们发现厚度小于0.02mm的刻痕122会在制造时破裂,而厚度大于0.09mm的刻痕112则在上体120受容器100的内部压力作用而变形时不会因撞击而破裂,因而不能避免容器100发生爆炸。
同样,当我们形成的这些刻痕的大小小于0.1mm2时,这些刻痕122可以被损坏但它们的缺口太小以至于不能及时释放容器100内部的剩余气体。因此,在这种情况下,防止爆炸的效果是不够的。当我们形成的这些刻痕122的面积为1.0mm2左右时,该气体可以被迅速释放从而可以取得防止爆炸的可靠效果。
另外,当这些刻痕122的个数小于4个时,通过这些刻痕122释放气体的速度缓慢。因此,该小型高压防爆容器的防爆效果降低。而且,当这些刻痕122的个数为20或更多时,这些刻痕之间的距离就会太狭窄而该上体120只会发生少许变形。因此,当变形的压力降低到0.50kg/cm2或更低时这些刻痕122不能获得足够的撞击,因而不能被很好地损坏。
因此,上述实验的结果披露了这些刻痕的最可取状态,即这些刻痕的厚度为0.05mm左右,大小为1.0mm2左右并且个数为12个左右。
在下文中,我们将根据本发明的优选实施例,详细说明该小型高压防爆容器100的操作。
具有上述结构的该小型高压容器100具有罐体110和上体120,两者通过卷边接缝相互连接并且该容器内包含高压成分。上述高压成分在该上体的顶部卷边并且通过阀门130以及处于阀门130顶部的阀杆131提供至该容器的外部,该阀门从罐体110的内部延伸至上体120的外部。
此时,如果在使用该小型高压容器时未注意安全规则或容器100受热,容器100内部的高压成分的压力就会升高然后随着爆炸该上体120从该容器100的罐体110分离出去。在根据本发明的优选实施例的小型高压防爆容器100中,在该上体120完全脱离罐体110之前,其中形成有刻痕122的上体120的凹槽121发生变形。因此,如图5至7所述,当上体120的凹槽121向该罐体110的外部运动时,该凹槽折叠和展开。
当上体120的凹槽121向着罐体110的外部运动并且变形时,应力集中在刻痕122上,这些刻痕相对于上体120其它部分的强度较弱,然后组成上体的材料发生断裂。基于这个原理,这些刻痕122破裂并且张开,所以该容器100内部的气体可以通过刻痕122排到外部。因此,由于该容器100内部压力降低,因而上体120不会从罐体110高速分离。所以,可以避免该小型高压容器发生爆炸。
工业实用性
如上所述,根据本发明的优选实施例的小型高压防爆容器在围绕上体周长的凹槽的底部形成有多个点状刻痕。因此,当该容器受到外部异常热量或能量时,该容器内部压力就会升高,容器内部的气体可以在上体从罐体分离并且容器发生爆炸之前通过刻痕预先释放到外界。所以,可以避免该小型高压容器100发生爆炸。
而且,这些刻痕形成在上体的凹槽的底部,所以当上体发生变形时这些刻痕受到集中的应力。因此这些刻痕易于破裂,从而由残余气体的爆炸而引起的火灾和事故可以被避免。
此外,这些刻痕不是形成在罐体与上体的接缝处而是形成在上体的凹槽的底部,所以即使在运输过程中,例如当该容器掉落时,该容器周长处的接缝受到强烈的撞击,该撞击也不会直接传递到这些刻痕。因此,该容器在正常使用过程中不易损坏。
在上文中,我们仅说明和描述了根据本发明的优选实施例的小型高压防爆容器。然而,本发明并不仅限于上述具体实施例。本发明可以由本领域技术人员在权利要求所要求保护的本发明的主题范围内有各种改进。
Claims (5)
1.一种小型高压防爆容器,包括
罐体,用于在其中容纳高压成分;
上体,其具有预定的拱顶状形状,通过卷边接缝连接至所述罐体的顶部,并且包含围绕其下部的凹槽;
阀门,该阀门在所述上体的顶部卷边并且从所述罐体的内部延伸至所述上体的外部,以便释放所述罐体内部和所述上体内部的高压成分;
多个刻痕,其构造在所述拱顶状上体的凹槽的底部,以便将所述罐体内部的高压成分释放至罐体外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型高压防爆容器,其特征在于:所述刻痕的厚度为0.03mm至0.08mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小型高压防爆容器,其特征在于:所述刻痕的大小为0.1mm2-4.0mm2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小型高压防爆容器,其特征在于:所述刻痕的数目为4至20个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的小型高压防爆容器,其特征在于:所述刻痕的形状为圆形或多边形。
