Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,包括设有进风口和出风口的尘杯,所述尘杯中设有过滤筒,过滤筒中设有旋风筒,旋风筒为上端小、下端大的锥形筒体,旋风筒上设有旋风进风口,过滤筒将尘杯上的进风口与旋风筒上的旋风进风口分隔在两个腔体中,旋风筒的上端设有出风管,出风管与出风口连通;该装置的气流压力损失小、吸尘效果好、滤尘精度高、工作噪音低,能有效地避免二次污染,彻底地滤去细小灰尘。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的吸尘器中均安装有过滤装置,目的是将吸入的脏空气进行过滤,把灰尘颗粒留在集尘装置中,因此,此类吸尘器在使用一段时间以后,用户应将过滤装置进行清理或更换,否则,过滤装置的滤孔被细灰尘堵塞后,会增大真空电机的阻力,严重者甚至会烧坏电机,不仅给用户带来了麻烦,而且也会影响吸尘器的性能和寿命。
近年来,厂商根据旋风分离的原理,用旋风除尘装置来替代过滤装置,取得了较好的除尘效果,帮而被广泛地应用到吸尘器上。该旋风除尘装置于尘杯内设置一个上端大、下端小的锥形筒体,锥形筒体的上端纵向设置一出风管,锥形筒体的下端开口以便于灰尘落入尘杯底部,进风管于锥形筒体上部侧壁并沿切线方向进入,使带有灰尘的气流在锥形筒体内产生旋风,灰尘颗粒在离心力的作用下沿锥形筒体侧壁下落到集尘盒底部,除尘后的气流向上经出风管排出。
但是,上述除尘装置也存在着体积较大的缺点,特别是在风流量要求较大的大型吸尘器上使用时,旋风除尘装置体积就更大,不仅增加了成本,而且用户使用也比较麻烦。
并且,上述除尘装置的旋转筒体呈上端大、下端小的倒锥形状,靠气流加速旋转来分离灰尘,所以气流的压力损失较大,从而影响了吸尘器的吸尘效果。
另外,加速的气流容易将沉入尘杯底部的细小灰尘再次扬起,并随气流一起从出风管中排出,使空气产生二次污染。所以该装置较适合于分离粗大颗粒灰尘,而对细小颗粒灰尘的分离效果则相对较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,该装置的气流压力损失小、吸尘效果好、滤尘精度高、工作噪音低,能有效地避免二次污染,彻底地滤去细小灰尘。
本发明的技术方案是:一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,包括设有进风口和出风口的尘杯,所述尘杯中设有第一旋风装置和第二旋风装置,第一旋风装置包括过滤筒,第二旋风装置包括设置在过滤筒中的旋风筒,旋风筒为上端小、下端大的锥形筒体,旋风筒上设有旋风进风口,过滤筒将尘杯上的进风口与旋风筒上的旋风进风口分隔在两个腔体中,旋风筒的上端设有出风管,出风管与出风口连通。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,包括设有进风口和出风口的尘杯,所述尘杯中设有过滤筒,过滤筒中设有旋风筒,旋风筒为上端小、下端大的锥形筒体,旋风筒上设有旋风进风口,过滤筒将尘杯上的进风口与旋风筒上的旋风进风口分隔在两个腔体中,旋风筒的上端设有出风管,出风管与出风口连通;所述旋风筒包括上部的圆形筒体和下部的锥形筒体,出风管连接在圆形筒体内上端,旋风进风口位于圆形筒体的侧壁,锥形筒体的下端设有落尘口;所述旋风筒的下部设有伞形反射盘,伞形反射盘的中心设有回流孔,伞形反射盘的周缘与旋风筒的侧壁之间设有落尘环隙;所述旋风筒在落尘环隙的下部连接有集尘斗,集尘斗的下端口连接在尘杯的底盖上。
本发明更详细的技术方案是:一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,包括设有进风口和出风口的尘杯,所述尘杯中设有过滤筒,过滤筒中设有旋风筒,旋风筒为上端小、下端大的锥形筒体,旋风筒上设有旋风进风口,过滤筒将尘杯上的进风口与旋风筒上的旋风进风口分隔在两个腔体中,旋风筒的上端设有出风管,出风管与出风口连通;所述旋风筒包括上部的圆形筒体和下部的锥形筒体,出风管连接在圆形筒体内上端,旋风进风口位于圆形筒体的侧壁,锥形筒体的下端设有落尘口;所述旋风筒的下部设有伞形反射盘,伞形反射盘的中心设有回流孔,伞形反射盘的周缘与旋风筒的侧壁之间设有落尘环隙;所述旋风筒在落尘环隙的下部连接有集尘斗,集尘斗的下端口连接在尘杯的底盖上;所述尘杯包括杯体和杯盖,进风口位于杯体的上部,出风口位于杯盖的顶部,旋风筒上的旋风进风口位于杯盖内,过滤筒的上端口连接在杯盖的下沿,过滤筒的下部内壁与旋风筒的下沿外壁封闭连接。
本发明的优点是:
1.由于本发明的旋风筒为上端小、下端大的锥形筒体,旋风进风口和出风管均位于旋风筒上部,气流在旋风筒内旋转时呈减速离心状态,使气流压力损失小,因此能提高吸尘器的吸尘效率。
2.本发明的旋风筒下部的气流旋转速度比上部慢,可以避免集尘斗内的灰尘产生扬尘现象,从而使通过出风管排出的空气不会产生二次污染的情况。
3.现有技术中的尘杯体积较大,对细小颗粒灰尘的分离效果相对较差,而本发明能分离细小颗粒的灰尘,除尘效果更好。
4.本发明不仅可以除去细小的灰尘颗粒,而且还可以降低噪音,其工作时发出的声响比现有技术要低得多。

实施例:如图1、图2、图3所示,一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,包括尘杯3,尘杯3由杯体16和杯盖17组成,杯体16的上部侧壁设有进风口1,杯盖17的顶部设有出风口2,尘杯3中设有过滤筒4,过滤筒4的上端口连接在杯盖17的下沿,过滤筒4中设有旋风筒5,旋风筒5包括上部的圆形筒体9和下部的锥形筒体10,锥形筒体10的上端小、下端大,圆形筒体9的上部向上插入杯盖17内,圆形筒体9内设有出风管7,出风管7与杯盖17上的出风口2连通,圆形筒体9的侧壁旋风进风口6,锥形筒体10的下端设有落尘口8,锥形筒体10的下沿外壁与过滤筒4的下部内壁封闭连接,锥形筒体10的下部设有伞形反射盘11,伞形反射盘11的中心设有回流孔12,伞形反射盘11的周缘与锥形筒体10的侧壁之间设有落尘环隙13,落尘环隙13的下部连接有集尘斗14,集尘斗14的下端口连接在尘杯3的底盖15上。
工作时,含尘气流由进风口1进入到尘杯3内,经过滤筒4滤去粗灰尘过滤后,从旋风进风口6进入旋风筒5中,进入圆形筒体9后,气流由上而下地减速旋转到达伞形反射盘11,此时,已经靠离心力净化的气流大部分形成上旋气流从出风管7中排出,少部分气流则与因离心力作用而被分离出来的尘粒一起沿着锥形筒体10的内壁呈螺旋状向下滑落,经伞形反射盘7周缘的落尘环隙13进入集尘斗14,在伞形反射盘11的顶部则无粉尘积聚,由于伞形反射盘7的作用,防止了返回气流重新卷起粉尘,避免了扬尘现象和空气二次污染的产生,同时也提高了除尘效率。
Claims (5)
1.一种吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,包括设有进风口(1)和出风口(2)的尘杯(3),其特征在于:所述尘杯(3)中设有第一旋风装置和第二旋风装置,第一旋风装置包括过滤筒(4),第二旋风装置包括设置在过滤筒(4)中的旋风筒(5),旋风筒(5)为上端小、下端大的锥形筒体,旋风筒(5)上设有旋风进风口(6),过滤筒(4)将尘杯(3)的进风口(1)与旋风筒(5)的旋风进风口(6)分隔在两个腔体中,旋风筒(5)的上端设有出风管(7),出风管(7)与出风口(2)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,其特征在于:所述旋风筒(5)包括上部的圆形筒体(9)和下部的锥形筒体(10),出风管(7)连接在圆形筒体(9)内上端,旋风进风口(6)位于圆形筒体(9)的侧壁,锥形筒体(10)的下端设有落尘口(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,其特征在于:所述旋风筒(5)的下部设有伞形反射盘(11),伞形反射盘(11)的中心设有回流孔(12),伞形反射盘(11)的周缘与旋风筒(5)的侧壁之间设有落尘环隙(13)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,其特征在于:所述旋风筒(5)在落尘环隙(13)的下部连接有集尘斗(14),集尘斗(14)的下端口连接在尘杯(3)的底盖(15)上。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的吸尘器的扩散式除尘装置,其特征在于:所述尘杯(3)包括杯体(16)和杯盖(17),进风口(1)位于杯体(16)的上部,出风口(2)位于杯盖(17)的顶部,旋风筒(5)上的旋风进风口(6)位于杯盖(17)内,过滤筒(4)的上端口连接在杯盖(17)的下沿,过滤筒(4)的下部内壁与旋风筒(5)的下沿外壁封闭连接。
