技术领域
本发明涉及船舶卸货时使用的货物气化装置。更具体地说,涉及设置成连接到船舶,最好是连接在船舶的装载集合管上,并且配备水下货物气化装置的浮动连接单元。该连接单元通过管路连接到气体接收设备。
背景技术
众所周知,液化气(LNG)在专用船舶中以冷却的状态进行长距离运输。在接货地点,液化气通常从船上泵抽进相当大尺寸的储存气柜中,在流进分配网络之前气体先被气化。
液化气从高冷却状态气化时,需要向正在形成气体状态的液态的液化气施加大量的热量。
因此,液化气的接收设备尺寸相对大,同时建设和运行这样的设备的成本也很可观。
在没有装备这样的接收设备的地方,船舶上的气体货物就不能立即卸下而有一定的消耗率。
在将气体泵抽到气体接收设备中时,已知可以使用装卸器作为气体的储存装置。因此美国专利6089022号提出了一种运输液化气的配备气体气化器的船舶。该气化器通过海水加热。该船舶被设计成当使用气体时将气化的液化气传送到岸上的设备中去。
因此,在根据先有技术的设备的情况下,每艘船必须配备气体气化设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服先有技术的各种缺点。
根据本发明,通过在下文的叙述以及附后的权利要求中给出的特征达到这样的目的。
浮动式的,最好是能自由航行的连接单元通过管道或软管连接和气体接收设备相连。该连接单元配备推进机械并被设置成连接到船舶,最好是连接到船上的装载集合管上,连接的方式本身是已知的,例如通过使用锚链,浮船坞,抽吸器,磁性装置或相似装置等。
连接单元的推进机械可以配备充足的推进动力以将连接到锚地的船舶保持在正确的位置。除了连接单元的推进机械以外,使用船舶的船首推进器对于所需的定位也是很胜任的。
连接单元被设置成连接到船舶的正常装载集合管上并接收液化气。
液化气最好通过气体泵从船舶的通常的装载集合管流到位于连接单元上的水下气化器。气体被气化以后通过管路流向消费点或岸上的分配网络。
用于气体气化的能量来自海水,海水通过水泵抽吸而通过气化器。
如果在卸货地点的海水温度过低而不能传送气化过程所需的能量,能量也可从船上的蒸汽锅炉或位于船上,连接单元上或岸上的其他能量源提供。
连接单元非常适合于远程控制,并且可以有利地不用人工操纵地自动工作。
如上所述,当装卸普通的船舶时,连接单元可以通过使用船上通常的装载集合管工作,不要求在船上进行任何转换。

锚链10将船舶系扣到被锚固到海床上的浮船坞边。软管连接16从连接单元1通过海水18延伸到设置在海床12上的管路20,该管路20连接到岸上的气体接收设备(未显示)。
具体实施方式
在卸货操作期间,推进机械4使锚链10保持张紧,由此船舶被保持在距浮船坞14安全距离的位置。因此,在卸货操作期间不需要为了定位的目的而使用别的拖船。
如图2所示,管道连接22的一个端部连接到船舶8的装载集合管(未显示),同时相对的端部连接到连接单元1的接收管24,如图3所示。接收管24将进入的液化气引导到四个气体泵26,所设置的气体泵26是为了将进入的液化气的压力提高到适合于随后的气化和传送的压力。
液化气通过高压气管28从气体泵26流到四个水下气化器30。在气化器30中,足够的热量施加到液化气,使其在现有的压力下气化。
气化以后,气体通过集气管32,软管连接16和管路20流向岸上的接收设备(未显示)。
海水由工作时在水下的海水泵36抽吸,经由抽吸过滤器38和海水管路40通过气化器30和相应的出口管42,然后返回大海18。
在气化器30中,作为海水和液化气之间的温差的结果将热量传送给气体而使液化气气化。
在海水温度不足以提供气体所需热量的区域,气体的加热可以全部或部分通过使用来自其他能源的能量而达到,例如来自船上的蒸汽锅炉(未显示),或来自船上的,连接单元(1)上的或岸上的其他能源(未显示)。

Claims (3)

1.一种在开放的海面上进行来自船舶(8)的LNG的再气化的方法,其中使用了设置成连接到船舶(8)的装载集合管的连接单元(1),以及其中连接单元(1)配备再气化设备(30)和将再气化LNG输送到接收设备需要的管路,该连接单元(1)通过管路连接(22)从船舶接收LNG,并且通过所述再气化设备再气化LNG,然后将气体泵送到接收地点,其特征在于,连接单元(1)在连接到船舶(8)和从船舶(8)脱离连接的操作过程中通过其本身的推进机械(4)将其自身和船舶(8)联系起来。
