Abstract
本发明提供一种防爆裂的充气轮胎,包括胎面部(1)、胎侧部(2)和胎圈部(3),胎体(4)跨过胎面部、胎侧部和胎圈部设置,在所述胎侧部的内侧设有加强橡胶(5),所述胎圈部由缠绕多根钢丝的胎圈芯(30)和设置在胎圈芯上部的胎圈填料(31)构成。其中,所述胎圈填料包括:第一胎圈填料(311),设置在胎圈芯的上方;第二胎圈填料(312),设置在第一胎圈填料的外侧,且位于轮圈凸缘(61)的上部;第三胎圈填料(313),设置在第二胎圈填料的上方。由此,在急转弯时,能够防止胎圈从轮圈脱离,预先可防止引起大型事故,且可防止因胎侧部的刚性增加引起的乘车舒适感下降现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及对胎侧部的刚性进行加强且在轮胎爆裂时也能够以一定的速度行驶的防爆裂的充气轮胎。更详细地说,本发明所涉及的防爆裂的充气轮胎对胎圈填料的结构进行了改进,由此可防止因胎侧部的刚性增加引起的乘车舒适感下降现象,在急转弯时,能够防止胎圈从轮圈脱离。
背景技术
一般,充气轮胎通过轮胎内部的空气压支承车辆的重量。如果在轮胎的内部不存在空气压,则轮胎只能在其内面与轮圈紧贴的状态下行驶。
如果在这种状态下强制行驶,则轮胎的胎侧部会损坏,即使对破损的轮胎进行修理,也不能再发挥轮胎功能。
为了解决所述问题,如图1所示,在现有技术中有下述方案,在胎侧部2的内侧面设置加强橡胶5,由此在轮胎内部不存在空气压时,使轮胎的胎侧部2支承车辆的重量。
但是,上述的现有技术存在如下问题,即,胎侧部2的刚性超标,所以从路面通过胎侧部2传递的冲击无法在胎侧部2被缓冲,从而通过胎圈填料和胎圈芯按照原来大小传递到车辆上,因此破坏了乘车舒适感和操纵稳定性。
另外,因为所有的负荷集中在胎圈底面32而胎圈部3不能与轮圈6牢固地贴紧,所以在急转弯时,胎圈部3会从轮圈6脱离,会引起大型事故。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种防爆裂的充气轮胎,这种轮胎对胎圈填料的结构进行了改进,由此可防止因胎侧部的刚性增加引起的乘车舒适感下降的现象,并且能够防止在急转弯时胎圈从轮圈脱离。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的防爆裂的充气轮胎按照下述方式构成。即,包括胎面部、胎侧部和胎圈部,胎体跨设在胎面部、胎侧部和胎圈部中,在胎侧部的内侧设有加强橡胶,所述胎圈部由缠绕多根钢丝的胎圈芯和设置在胎圈芯上部的胎圈填料构成,其中,所述胎圈填料包括:第一胎圈填料,设置在胎圈芯的上方;第二胎圈填料,设置在第一胎圈填料的外侧,且位于轮圈凸缘的上方;第三胎圈填料,设置在第二胎圈填料的上方。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
图2为本发明的防爆裂充气轮胎的示意性截面图。
如图2所示,本发明的充气轮胎包括胎面部1、胎侧部2和胎圈部3,胎体4跨设在胎面部1、胎侧部2和胎圈部3中。在胎侧部2的内侧设有加强橡胶5。胎圈部3由缠绕多根钢丝的胎圈芯30和设置在胎圈芯30上部的胎圈填料31构成。其中,胎圈填料31包括:第一胎圈填料311,设置在胎圈芯30的上部;第二胎圈填料312,设置在第一胎圈填料311的外侧,且位于轮圈凸缘61的上方;第三胎圈填料313,设置在第二胎圈填料312的上方。
另外,胎体4对第一胎圈填料311进行包卷,并从第二胎圈填料312的外侧面到内侧面进行包卷,包卷了第二胎圈填料312后的胎体4的端部位于第一胎圈填料311的内侧。
这样构成的本发明的轮胎形成有多个胎圈填料31,特别是通过使第二胎圈填料312和第三胎圈填料313位于轮圈凸缘61的上方,由此将通过胎侧部2传递到胎圈部3的负荷和冲击通过第三胎圈填料313和第二胎圈填料312传递给轮圈凸缘61,可使负荷和冲击分散,能够提高乘车舒适感,通过对胎体包卷结构的胎体张力进行调节,增加胎圈底32和轮圈6的结合力,在急转弯时,能够防止胎圈部3从轮圈6脱离。
本发明并不限于上述实施例,在本发明的技术构思的允许范围内可多样地进行变形而实施。
如上所述,本发明具有如下效果。即,通过轮胎的胎体包卷结构的胎体张力,在急转弯时,能够预防胎圈部从轮圈脱离而引起的大型事故,而且,通过刚性强的胎侧部传递的负荷和冲击能够通过分为多个且在较宽区域分散设置的各个胎圈填料被吸收并缓冲,由此,能够防止因胎侧部的刚性增加而降低乘车舒适感的现象。
Claims (2)
1.一种防爆裂的充气轮胎,包括胎面部(1)、胎侧部(2)和胎圈部(3),胎体(4)跨设在胎面部(1)、胎侧部(2)和胎圈部(3)中,在所述胎侧部(2)的内侧设有加强橡胶(5),所述胎圈部(3)由缠绕多根钢丝的胎圈芯(30)和设置在所述胎圈芯(30)上方的胎圈填料(31)构成,其特征在于,所述胎圈填料(31)包括:第一胎圈填料(311),设置在所述胎圈芯(30)的上方;第二胎圈填料(312),设置在所述第一胎圈填料(311)的外侧,且位于所述轮圈凸缘(61)的上方;第三胎圈填料(313),设置在所述第二胎圈填料(312)的上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的防爆裂的充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎体(4)对所述第一胎圈填料(311)进行包卷,并从所述第二胎圈填料(312)的外侧面到内侧面进行包卷,包卷所述第二胎圈填料(312)后的所述胎体(4)的端部位于所述第一胎圈填料(311)的内侧。
