Abstract

Description

流体分配附件
本发明涉及流体分配附件,特别是涉及对其中使用有填缝及密封剂充填料的喷嘴的改进。
发明背景
填缝充填料、粘合流体和密封剂等通常在芯筒中出售以用于压胶枪,其中该芯筒在一端具有可移动支承板,且在另一端具有出口。压胶枪包括用于芯筒的支架和作用在芯筒可移动端壁上的活塞。芯筒的出口端由具有开口的板件紧固在压胶枪上。喷嘴连接到芯筒中的开口上,且贯穿压胶枪的前板件中的开口。当按压扳机时,压胶枪的活塞向前移动,且推压芯筒的可移动壁,结果使得内含物穿过芯筒开口和喷嘴挤出来。
当使用者松开扳机来释放压力时,会产生这样的问题,即残留的流体会持续地通过出口和喷嘴排出。这会造成了浪费和溢出,而且还需要对其进行清洁。这增加了技术人员的工作时间,且带来了不便。
美国专利4009804、4572409、5236105、5529225和6119903等致力于解决过量喷射或者流淌的问题,其中对压胶枪的扳机和活塞操作进行了修正,以使得活塞可以向后移动,从而从出口处回收充填料。在实践当中,这些解决方案都不是很成功。
本发明的一个目的是以一种低廉方便的方法来解决上述问题。
发明简要描述
为此,本发明提供了一种用于压胶枪的喷嘴,其安装有弹性部分;当扣动该压胶枪的扳机时该弹性部分被压缩,且当释放扳机时该弹性部分恢复到原来的形状以扩大喷嘴的内部容积。
弹性部件可以是可伸缩件或波纹管形状,其最初由将被挤出的充填料的压力进行压缩,且在压力减小时能够进行扩张,从而可以将喷嘴中的充填料从喷嘴出口吸回到喷嘴内。喷嘴可以由合成塑料或聚合材料在模具中制成一体的产品。该聚合材料可以是聚烯烃,比如聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
因为喷嘴较为低廉,且可以在各种压胶枪(无论是机械式还是气动式)中工作;因此,与不对喷嘴进行修正的现有技术试验相比,喷嘴可提供更有效的解决方案。
在一个实施例中,本发明提供了一种喷嘴,其包括:
a)中空主体部分,其具有较宽的入口孔和较窄的出口孔;
b)可弹性压缩部分,其安装在具有中空主体的中空主体部分中,其中该可弹性压缩部分具有面对喷嘴入口的入口和面对喷嘴出口的出口;
c)该可弹性压缩部分的出口直径大于可弹性压缩部分的入口直径。
这样的布置方式使得嵌入件可放置在传统的喷嘴中。嵌入件可以是中空的可伸缩件;当充填料压靠着嵌入件然后流经嵌入件时,该可伸缩件在挤出过程中被挤压。当由于扳机的释放而使得压力降低时,可弹性伸缩件扩张,且从喷嘴出口吸回多余的充填料。
在另一个实施例中,本发明提供了一种喷嘴,其包括:
a)中空主体部分,其具有较宽的入口孔和较窄的出口孔;
b)可弹性压缩的折叠式凸缘,其在邻接喷嘴入口处沿主体部分的径向延伸。
在这种布置方式中,凸缘安放在芯筒的端部和压胶枪的出口板之间。在挤出过程中,折叠式凸缘被压缩;但是,一旦扳机释放,充填料的弹性会使折叠式凸缘张开,增加喷嘴的内部体积,并从喷嘴出口处向后回收充填料。
喷嘴和弹性部分可以由同一种聚合材料制成,其中该聚合材料具有弹性,可用作弹簧。
发明详细说明
以下参考附图来说明本发明的优选实施例,其中:
图1是本发明所应用的压胶枪芯筒和喷嘴的示意图;

图1示出了传统的压胶枪10,其包括具有扳机机构14的支架12,其中该扳机机构14包括扳机28和作用于芯筒20的端壁22上的活塞30。芯筒20的出口端24安有喷嘴接口26,其中壁24抵靠着支架12的分配端壁16,且喷嘴接口26突伸穿过端壁16中的U形开口18。通常利用螺纹端42将喷嘴40紧固到喷嘴接口26上,以使得喷嘴贯穿开口18。在使用当中,芯筒中填充有密封剂填缝复合物等,且活塞30压靠着芯筒20的端壁22,以使得密封剂等挤压穿过喷嘴接26而进入喷嘴40,并到达喷嘴的出口端。
图2至6显示了本发明的第一实施例,其中喷嘴40包括临近喷嘴40入口端64的折叠式径向延伸凸缘54。图2至6中的喷嘴具有带螺纹的凸起部46,其在主体部件44的入口端64处具有内螺纹42。充填料经入口64进入喷嘴40,流经内部空间66,并经喷嘴分配出口48退出。主体部件44包括圆筒部分52,其连接到终止于分配出口48处的锥形区段50上。主体部件44封装了内部空间66。凸缘部分54包括沿周向包围着入口64的端壁56,其中该端壁56形成了凸缘的一侧,且通过桥接区段60连接到另一个壁58上。凸缘54在其释放状态下具有内部空间62,该内部空间62和喷嘴内部空间66相连通。喷嘴被装配到图1中的芯筒20的喷嘴接口26上,以使得凸缘54位于支架的端壁16的芯筒侧上;从而,凸缘壁58抵靠着支架壁16,喷嘴端壁56抵靠着芯筒端壁24,且喷嘴接口26被拧入到凸起部46内。
图2至6中的喷嘴,通常可通过注坯吹塑的方法来方便地制造。
在使用当中,对压胶枪的扳机进行挤压,会通过芯筒施加压力以挤压凸缘54,从而空间62的体积会减小,如图3所示。当松开扳机且施加的压力减小时,桥接区段60的弹性材料会确保壁56和58弹簧式地分开,以回到如图2所示的释放状态。此时,空间66的内部容积增大,且空间66中的充填料68会扩张到空间62内,如图6所示。这意味着,阻止了充填料从喷嘴48中泄漏。
本发明的第二实施例如图7至9所示,其中嵌入件70容置在传统喷嘴40的内部72,该喷嘴40具有入口孔74和比入口孔74要窄的出口76。嵌入件70由波纹管形状或可伸缩件形状的弹性聚合体83组成,其中该弹性聚合体83具有入口端86(该入口端86的开口90被承载表面92所包围)和出口端84(该出口端84的出口孔88在直径上比入口90要窄)。嵌入件70安放在喷嘴40中,以使得入口端86邻接喷嘴40的入口74,且嵌入件70的出口端84面对喷嘴40的出口76。当充填料在压力作用下进入喷嘴40时,该充填料作用在承载表面92上,以使得压缩可伸缩件83且减少嵌入件70的内部容积。当松开扳机来释放挤出压力时,可伸缩件83的弹性使其恢复到释放状态,并增加内部容积。这使得位于嵌入件开口下游处的充填料可从喷嘴40处退回到嵌入件70内,以防止内含物流淌。
上述两个实施例都可以使用注射成型来制造,且优选的充填料是聚乙烯,特别是低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的混合物。
显而易见,本发明针对流淌或者过量喷射的问题提供了独特的解决方案,减少了脏乱和技术人员的清除时间。
可以理解,只要不偏离本发明的核心教导,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种的变化或改进。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于压胶枪的喷嘴,其安装有弹性部分;当扣动压胶枪的扳机时该弹性部分被压缩,且当释放扳机时该弹性部分恢复到原来的形状以扩大喷嘴的内部容积。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其中该喷嘴是由弹性聚合材料形成的一体成型喷嘴。
3.一种喷嘴,包括:
a)中空主体部分,其具有较宽的入口孔和较窄的出口孔;
b)可弹性压缩部分,其安装在具有中空主体的中空主体部分中,其中该可弹性压缩部分具有面对喷嘴入口的入口和面对喷嘴出口的出口;
c)该可弹性压缩部分的出口直径大于该可弹性压缩部分的入口直径。
4.如权利要求4所述的喷嘴,其中所述嵌入件由弹性聚合材料一体成型。
5.一种由权利要求4所限定的、用于分配喷嘴中的嵌入件。
6.一种喷嘴,包括:
a)中空主体部分,其具有较宽的入口孔和较窄的出口孔;
b)可弹性压缩的折叠式凸缘,其在邻接喷嘴入口处沿主体部分的径向延伸。
7.一种如权利要求6所限定的喷嘴,其中该喷嘴是由弹性聚合材料形成的一体成型喷嘴。
