Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用在电加热吸烟系统中的加热器。
背景技术
以前已知的普通点燃型卷烟通过烟草燃烧将香味传送给使用者。大量主要是烟草的易燃材料作为被提供具有典型燃烧温度的热量的结果而被氧化,喷烟时在普通卷烟中的典型燃烧温度超过800摄氏度。
末端点燃的卷烟具有与之相关联的一些被觉察到的缺点。在喷烟之间闷烧的过程中,它们之间产生侧流烟,对一些不吸烟者来说这可能是令人讨厌的。此外,一旦被点燃,末端点燃的卷烟必须被完全消耗或者丢弃。重新点燃一根末端点燃的卷烟是可能的,但是由于和香味、味道以及气味相联系的主观原因,这通常是不希望的。
包括电打火机和适合与打火机结合的特别设计的卷烟的电吸烟系统在几个共同转让的美国专利中公开,包括美国专利5591368、5878752、5093894、5225498、5060671、5095921、5388594和5499636,其每个在此列为参考。
在美国专利5878752的一实施例中,如图1和2所示,吸烟系统21包括圆柱形卷烟23和可再度使用的手持打火机25。卷烟23可以插入到打火机25的前端29的孔口27和从孔口27移开。在一个或多个喷烟循环之后卷烟23被扔掉。打火机25最好在比卷烟23次数更多的喷烟循环后扔掉。打火机25包括机壳31并且具有前和后部33和35。用于提供能量给加热卷烟23的加热器元件120的电源37最好布置在打火机25的后部35。后部35最好可以容易地打开和关上,例如具有螺纹或簧扣元件,以利于更换电源37。前部33最好容纳与在后部35中的电源37电连接的加热器元件和电路。机壳31最好适合于舒适地握在吸烟者手中,并且在目前的优选实施例中,具有大约10.7cm×3.8cm×1.5cm的总尺寸。电源大小为加热卷烟23的加热器元件提供足够的功率。电源37最好是可更换的和可充电的,并且可以包括例如电容器、或更优选的电池之类的设备。在打火机的前部33最好设置基本上圆柱形的加热器支架39,用于加热卷烟23并且最好用于相对于打火机25在合适位置固定卷烟,还设置电控制电路41,用于将预定数量的能量从电源37传送到加热器支架39的卷烟加热器元件120。
多个金属加热器120布置成以可滑动的方式接收卷烟的烟草杆状部分的形式。这种吸烟系统的众多优势之一是打火机对于多个卷烟的可再用性。在美国专利5878752中公开的并在图1和2中所示的加热器支架中,卷烟将通过在图2的右边的渐缩开口插入到卷烟加热器支架的基本上圆柱形的空间中,所述空间由具有接收卷烟的开口端的环形帽83、圆柱形空气通道套管87、外套管84、包括加热器叶片120和电导销或导线104A和104B的加热器装置所限定。衬套49将卷烟停止在卷烟加热器支架中的期望位置上,因此加热器叶片120被布置成围绕卷烟的外围紧密配合。美国专利5878752中公开的加热器支架显示了空气通道套管87,通过它空气可以轴向流动以到达加热器叶片120与卷烟接触的点。间隙125、126和130可以为被吸进与插入的卷烟接触的空气提供通道。
发明内容
根据本发明的实施例为电吸烟系统的加热器叶片在气流分布上提供了良好的改进,这导致系统的总浮质传送的增加。
在美国专利5878752中公开的加热器的修改中,气流通道套管87可以去除,并且空气通过在套管200中的径向孔被引到加热器叶片。在经过打火机25机壳31中的一个或多个开口之后,空气可以到达套管200的外部。虽然在图1中未显示,这些开口通常设成穿过在打火机25的前部33的机壳31。已经讨论过穿过围绕加热器叶片的套管的侧孔可能导致将气流引到加热器的受限区域。受限空气流到加热器叶片和卷烟,卷烟的高温分解也受到限制,并且在生成的浮质中产生的总颗粒物质受到限制。因此,限制空气流到加热器叶片可能导致加热器不能生成足以提供期望的香味和气味给吸烟者的浮质。
根据本发明的实施例用于具有加热卷烟的电源的吸烟系统的加热器支架包括内围壁,所述内围壁具有至少一个开口,开口穿过围壁从围壁的外围表面伸到内表面,并且还包括至少一个流动分配元件,其位于所述至少一个开口内部并且从内表面向内延伸。该至少一个流动分配元件包括与加热器支架的内部流体连通的多个开口。多个加热器元件布置在内围壁之内的加热器支架的内部,并且围绕插在加热器支架中的卷烟的外围紧紧地固定。从流动分配元件到加热器支架内部的开口从每个流动分配元件的中心轴线径向向外伸出,并且确保当空气从流动分配元件通过孔在不同方向引入时,气流在加热器支架内部混合。

具体实施方式
在下文描述具有改进的气流的电吸烟系统的加热器支架。电加热吸烟系统在美国专利5388594和5878752中有更详细的描述,因此全部列为参考。在本申请的图1和2中显示了在前述专利中所描述的电加热吸烟系统中使用的支架。特别设计的卷烟可以插入到在加热器支架39的前端的孔口27和从孔口27移开。加热器支架39最好是基本上圆柱形的,并且相对于支撑加热器支架的电加热吸烟系统将卷烟固定在适当位置。如图2中所示,电控制电路还可以设置在电加热吸烟系统内部,用于将预定数量的能量从电源传送到卷烟加热器元件120。大体圆形的接线端毂110被固定例如焊接到在卷烟加热器支架39的内部,例如被固定到衬套49上,如图2中所示。
加热器支架39包括多个径向隔开的加热器叶片120,其被支撑着从毂110伸出,如图2中所示。加热器叶片120在电路(未示出)的控制下通过电源单独供电。
加热器元件120可以包括用于加热烟草的任意合适的加热器元件以散发烟草香味。例如,加热系统可以包括在前述参考专利中公开的任意电阻和感应加热系统。
卷烟被插在加热器支架39的孔口27中,并且被插入到加热器支架39的基本上圆柱形的空间中,所述空间由具有接收卷烟的开口端的环形帽83和圆柱形套管87限定,除了图1中所示的轴向空气通道在根据本发明的实施例中不再设置之外,所述圆柱形套管87如图1中所示的那样。加热器支架39还可以包括外表面或套筒,其最好还形成打火机25的外机壳31,加热器装置包括加热器叶片120、用作加热器装置的加热器元件的公共导线的电导销或公共导线104A、104B以及衬套49,接线端毂110被紧固到所述衬套49上。
如图5中所示,根据本发明的实施例的加热器支架39包括同心地围绕着加热器叶片120的内部圆柱形套管或套筒200,其设有开口,流动分配元件20穿过所述开口而插入,如图5A中更清楚地显示的。如图6中所示,内套筒或套管200被外套筒或套管同心地包围,所述外套筒或套管也设有开口302和304,所述开口最好从在内套筒或套管200中的开口近似径向向外设置。外套筒或套管300最好形成打火机25的外部,或图1中所示的机壳31。
已经发现,相对于插入的卷烟主要横向或径向的气流产生从卷烟加热器叶片径向向内的更理想的浮质流动。图5、5A和6中显示了经过在内套筒200中的侧孔插入的流动分配元件20,并且在图3A和3B中示出其细节,所述流动分配元件20有助于保证进入内套筒200的气流在内套筒200内部的加热器叶片中间均匀分布。
如图3A和3B所示,流动分配器20是大体上中空的封闭端圆柱,其具有4个孔,穿过靠近圆柱的封闭端的围壁20c。孔30a、30b、30c和30d可以穿过靠近流动分配元件20的封闭端20a的流动分配元件的围壁20c,并且围绕流动分配元件的周围均匀分布。在图3B中所示的实施例中,孔处于90度分离的位置,但是在本发明的范围内,其它替换形式是可能的和可预期的。
如图5和5A中所示,两个流动分配元件穿过内套筒或套管200的侧壁突出,彼此隔开180度,并且朝加热器支架的内部径向向内延伸。开口30a、30b、30c、30d位于内套管200的的内部,因此穿过流动分配元件20的气流在加热器支架39内部更均匀地分布。当空气从流动分配元件20离开进入到内套管200的内部时,图3B中所示的开口迫使空气在四个不同方向上被引导。
外部套筒或套管300最好形成同心地包围内套管200的打火机的外机壳,并且设有开口302、304,所述开口最好从流动分配元件20的位置穿过内套管200径向向外。当吸烟者在插在加热器支架39内的卷烟上吸气时,在外套筒300的外部的环境空气穿过开口302、304进入并且被引至流动分配元件20中。外套筒或套管300最好形成容纳加热器支架39的打火机的外机壳,这样开口302、304朝外部环境空气敞开。
空气被穿过流动分配元件20的通道分配之后进入加热器叶片120周围的空间,由此产生的改进气流增加了浮质的总传送,所述浮质是通过加热插在加热器叶片120内的卷烟所产生的。通过加热靠近加热器叶片120的烟草所产生的总颗粒物质的传送上的改进经测量大约比通过不具有流动分配元件20使气流更好地分配到加热器叶片120及其周围的优点的加热器支架传送的总颗粒物质多10%。
在不脱离在此和随后的权利要求中所描述和限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,对本领域的技术人员来说,很多修改、替换和改进是显然的。特别是穿过流动分配元件的开口的数目不限于4个,并且开口可以不以90度分布在围绕分配元件的圆周位置。此外,虽然示出了穿过内套管200的围壁互相距离约180度的两个流动分配元件20,流动分配元件的数目以及穿过内套管或套筒200的它们的位置可以改变。
虽然结合上述示例性实施例描述了本发明,很多替换、修改和变更对本领域的技术人员来说是明显的。因此在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以获得本发明的示例性实施例。
Claims (18)
1.一种电吸烟系统的加热器支架,所述加热器支架包括:
内围壁,所述内围壁具有至少一个从内围壁的外围表面伸到内表面的穿过内围壁的开口;
至少一个流动分配元件,位于所述至少一个开口内,并且从所述内表面向内伸出,所述流动分配元件具有与所述加热器支架的内部流体连通的多个开口;以及
多个加热器元件,在所述内围壁中排布在所述加热器支架的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,所述内围壁是圆柱形的,并且两个所述流动分配元件彼此隔开约180度地延伸穿过所述内围壁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,每个所述流动分配元件沿着近似垂直于所述加热器的中心轴线的轴线伸到所述加热器的所述内部,并且在每个所述流动分配元件中的所述开口从每个所述流动分配元件的所述轴线径向向外延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,每个所述流动分配元件具有四个从流动分配元件的轴线径向向外延伸的所述开口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,在每个流动分配元件中的所述开口中的两个在近似平行于加热器支架的中心轴线的方向上延伸,并且在每个流动分配元件中的所述开口中的两个在近似垂直于加热器支架的中心轴线的方向上延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的加热器支架,其特征在于还包括围绕所述内围壁的外围壁。
7.根据权利要求6所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,所述外围壁设有至少一个通孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,外围壁是围绕内围壁的大体上圆柱形的围壁,并且所述至少一个通孔之一从每个所述至少一个流动分配元件近似径向向外设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,空气流经过位于所述外围壁中的每个所述通孔并且进入每个所述流动分配元件,以便通过在所述流动分配元件中的所述开口被分配到所述加热器元件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,所述内围壁是圆柱形的,并且两个所述流动分配元件彼此隔开约180度延伸穿过所述内围壁。
11.根据权利要求10所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,每个所述流动分配元件沿着近似垂直于所述加热器支架的中心轴线的轴线延伸到所述加热器支架的所述内部,并且在每个所述流动分配元件中的所述开口从每个所述流动分配元件的所述轴线径向向外延伸。
12.根据权利要求11所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,每个所述流动分配元件具有从流动分配元件的轴线径向向外延伸的四个所述开口。
13.根据权利要求12所述的加热器支架,其特征在于,在每个流动分配元件中的所述开口中的两个在近似平行于加热器支架的中心轴线的方向上延伸,并且在每个流动分配元件中的所述开口中的两个在近似垂直于加热器支架的中心轴线的方向上延伸。
14.一种操作电加热吸烟系统的方法,包括:
在加热器叶片与卷烟之间建立有效接触;
在空气被抽吸通过卷烟之前,通过促使空气流相对于插入的卷烟在不同方向上流动而将空气流引导靠近所述加热器叶片;
在电加热器吸烟系统中的加热器叶片与卷烟之间建立有效接触;以及
在与有效接触的卷烟相邻的位置沿多个方向引导空气流。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,空气流穿过至少一个空气流分配元件,所述空气流分配元件具有与加热器内部的加热器叶片周围的空间流体连通的开口。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述至少一个空气流分配元件中的开口至少在相对的方向上引导空气流。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述开口在四个不同方向上引导空气流。
18.一种包括打火机和卷烟的吸烟系统,所述打火机包括根据权利要求1-13中任意一项所述的加热器支架。
