Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于永磁同步电机式潜艇推进装置的电机(1),它具有一定子(2),该定子中设有一定子绕组(3)。为了将这种电机构造成有更高冗余度的可用性,并且用很少的费用就能极大地减少该电机运行时产生的噪音,同时确保与现有技术相比有更大的防匝间短路和防对地短路的安全可靠性,本发明建议,该定子绕组(3)设计成波状绕组(3)并具有大量的绕组相(4),该波状绕组(3)的各个绕组相(4)分别通过一单独的单相变流器(WR)供电,这些变流器(WR)以变流器组件(6)的形式位于该同步电机(1)的内部,并且沿轴向设置在一个A侧轴承端盖(11)和一个B侧轴承端盖(12)之间的一个变流器固定支架(13)内。

Description

用于永磁同步电机式潜艇推进装置的电机
本发明涉及供一种以永久磁铁励磁的同步电机来推进潜艇的驱动装置用的电机,它具有一个带有定子绕组的定子。该同步电机还具有一个其上设有永久磁铁的转子。
这样一种电机例如在欧洲专利EP-B-0 194 433中有详细的描述,并越来越多地应用在潜艇的驱动装置中,因为这样一种应用还伴随所需位置空间的显著减少,并由此给潜艇的制造厂家节省下很多费用成本。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,进一步改进这样一种用于永磁同步电机式潜艇推进装置的电机,使之与现有技术相比有更高冗余度的可用性,并且用很少的费用就能极大地减少该电机运行时产生的噪音,同时确保与现有技术相比有更高的防匝间短路和防对地短路故障的安全可靠性。
上述技术问题按照本发明这样来解决,即,所述以永久磁铁励磁的同步电机的定子绕组设计成波状绕组并具有大量的绕组相,该波状绕组的各个绕组相分别通过一单独的单相变流器供电,这些变流器以变流器组件或模块的形式位于该同步电机的内部,并且沿轴向设置在一个A侧轴承端盖和一个B侧轴承端盖之间的一个变流器固定支架内。由于根据本发明将定子绕组设计成波状绕组并使之具有大量的绕组相,且该波状绕组的各个绕组相分别通过一单独的单相变流器供电,与现有技术相比,就明显提高了防匝间短路和防对地短路的安全可靠性。而且,这样一种电机即便在单极匝间短路和对地短路的情况下也仍能继续运行。通过按照本发明将这些设置于变流器组件中的变流器置于该同步电机的内部,且沿轴向设置在一个A侧轴承端盖和一个B侧轴承端盖之间,则使得潜艇的整个驱动设备有很高的紧凑性,并相对于外部的干扰影响在很大程度上不敏感,此外,在很大程度上减小了由变流器发出的电磁波干扰。由于设计成波状绕组的定子绕组的各个绕组相分别通过一单独的单相变流器供电,则可实现高的冗余度。另外,基于用单相变流器单独供电,就可有益地采用电磁场的谐波来形成扭矩,这是因为通过向绕组相实行单相馈电可以实现定子电流几乎任意一种随时间的变化特性曲线。随之便尤其可以这样选择所述定子电流的时间特性曲线,即,使得干扰性的摆动力矩特别小,并进而满足对潜艇驱动设备提出的很高的低噪音要求。上述电机的变流器可有利地按组件或模块化方式构造。
按照本发明的电机的一有利的扩展设计,其波状绕组设计成棒形绕组。按照本发明电机的另一有利的扩展设计,所述永磁同步电机的设计成波状绕组的定子绕组具有偶数数量的绕组相,由此使得在每个变流器组件中可有利地设置两个变流器。通过选择所述绕组相和变流器的偶数数量,可另外有利地实现分别有一半的变流器与船舶电网的两个分电网中的其中一个连接,并由此实现负载在两个分电网上的均匀分配。
按照本发明电机的永磁同步电机可有利地具有24个绕组相,有24个变流器和分别有两个变流器设置其中的12个变流器组件与它们相配置。
每个变流器组件也可以具有一个或多个变流器。
下面借助附图所示实施方式对本发明予以详细说明,附图中:
图1是本发明电机的一实施形式的原理性结构的局部剖视图,该电机带有一个永久磁铁励磁的同步电机和设置在该电机机壳中的变流器;
图2是图1所示实施形式的本发明电机的绕组相和变流器的原理性布置示意图。
在图1中以局部剖视图的方式示出的带有一永久磁铁励磁的同步电机1的一个电机在潜艇中被用作推进驱动装置。这样一个驱动设备的永磁同步电机1的主要组成部件是一个带有一定子绕组3的定子2。
在图示实施方式中,所述定子绕组3被设计成波状绕组3。该设计成波状绕组的定子绕组3尤其如图2中所示出的那样具有许多绕组相4。在图2所示的定子绕组3中设有24个绕组相4。
每个绕组相4分别和一个与之相配属的变流器(WR101至WR112以及WR201至WR212)的连接借助连接导线5实现。所述同步电机1的设计成波状绕组3的定子绕组3的每个绕组相4分别通过一个仅仅为该绕组相4所设置的变流器WR被供电。向所述定子绕组3馈电的变流器WR位于该永磁同步电机1的内部,并且沿轴向设置在一个A侧轴承端盖11和一个B侧轴承端盖12之间的一个变流器固定支架13内,而且位于变流器组件6内。
在图2所示实施例中,每两个变流器WR,亦即变流器WR101和WR102,WR103和WR104,WR105和WR106,WR107和WR108,WR109和WR110,WR111和WR112,WR201和WR202,WR203和WR204,WR205和WR206,WR207和WR208,WR209和WR210,WR211和WR212分别组成一个变流器组件6。
每六个变流器组件6通过一根为其设置的连接导线7或8与一个船舶电网的其中一个分电网9或10连接。
作为每个变流器组件6具有两个变流器WR的替代方案,也可以是由两个以上的变流器WR组成一个变流器组件。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于永磁同步电机式潜艇推进装置的电机(1),它具有一定子(2),该定子中设有一定子绕组(3),其特征在于,该定子绕组(3)设计成波状绕组(3)并具有大量的绕组相(4),该波状绕组(3)的各个绕组相(4)分别通过一单独的单相变流器(WR)供电,这些变流器(WR)以变流器组件(6)的形式位于该同步电机(1)的内部,并且沿轴向设置在一个A侧轴承端盖(11)和一个B侧轴承端盖(12)之间的一个变流器固定支架(13)内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于,所述波状绕组(3)设计成棒形绕组。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的电机,其特征在于,所述波状绕组(3)具有偶数数量的绕组相(4),与这些绕组相对应配置有相同数量的变流器(WR)。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,设有多个变流器组件(6),在这各个变流器组件(6)中分别设有一个、两个或多个变流器(WR)。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,分别有一半的变流器(WR)与船舶电网的两个分电网(9,10)中的其中一个连接。
6.按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,所述同步电机(1)具有24个绕组相(4),有24个变流器和变流器设置其中的12个变流器组件与它们相配置。
