本发明涉及一种具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线与织物。本发明亦关于一种具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线与织物的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线与织物。本发明亦关于一种制造具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线与织物的方法。
背景技术
市售的防蚊衣物产品是运用染整方式(一般采用渍浸压吸方式)使具防蚊效果的化合物与纤维结合,但该化合物与纤维结合力差,在水洗过程易从纤维脱离,导致防蚊衣物产品的防蚊功效不持久。
鉴于此,目前极需一种具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线与织物及其制造方法。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种具有持久防蚊或抗菌(细菌、霉菌等)功效的纱线与织物,其中该纱线与织物经聚异氰酸酯与具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物处理,使具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物与纱线和织物形成紧密键结。由于具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物与纱线和织物之间的紧密键结,纱线与织物经多达25次的水洗后因含有足量防蚊或抗菌的化合物,而仍具有防蚊或抗菌的功效。
本发明亦关于一种制造具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效之纱线与织物的方法,其包含在浸渍步骤中加入聚异氰酸酯与具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物,再进行绞压、干燥与熟成,使具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物与纱线和织物紧密键结。
用于本发明的聚异氰酸酯具R-N=C=O的通式,R为具5至20个碳原子的烷基。其实例包括聚己基异氰酸酯、聚辛基异氰酸酯、聚壬基异氰酸酯与聚十二烷基异氰酸酯等。
百灭宁(permetrin)(CAS认证号码52645-53-1)与辛基异噻唑酮(octylisothiazolone)(CAS认证号码26530-20-1)为两种常用的具有防蚊与抗菌功效的化合物。
百灭宁具驱蚊效力,亦可抑制细菌、霉菌的扩张和生长。经鼠类急性经口性毒性测试,其LD50达470毫克/千克。经兔子急性皮肤性毒性测试,其LD50大于2500毫克/千克。
辛基异噻唑酮具驱蚊效力,亦可抑制细菌、霉菌的扩张和生长。经鼠类急性经口性毒性测试,其LD50达270毫克/千克。经兔子急性皮肤性毒性测试,其LD50达311毫克/千克。同时,其皮肤耐受性亦通过化学测试指导委员会(OECD)与欧洲联合委员会认证。
具体实施方式
本发明具有持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线与织物的制造方法包含在浸渍步骤中加入聚异氰酸酯及具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物。一般制造织物的流程包含精练、退浆、前定型、染色、干燥、固着、浸渍、绞压、干燥、熟成、印花、皂洗、后整理等步骤。视需要,可在不影响织物防蚊或抗菌功效的前提下调整处理步骤或在各步骤间加入额外处理。例如,当加工基材为聚酯时,可在前定型与染色步骤间进行减量处理以改善手感。或者,当加工基材为聚酯时,为中色色泽(染料浓度例如为1.0至3.0%时)或深色色泽(染料浓度例如大于3.0%时)的考量时可进行还原洗处理。或者,在适当阶段进行检验,对布面质量(如色相、均匀度等)进行管制。
以下分别详述本发明的步骤。
*精练、退浆
选择适宜操作条件让胚布进行精练、退浆步骤。例如以400至600码/匹的胚布进行精练、退浆,以便于去除胚布表面上的油污与杂质。精练、退浆液温度可选择在70℃到110℃,优选在80℃到110℃,速度为50到60米/分钟。
*前定型
精练、退浆后,将胚布送到定型机施以定型。定型速度例如为15到120米/分钟,定型温度例如为100到210℃。
*染色
选择适当染料,例如酸性染料、分散性染料、阳离子性染料、反应性染料、士林染料、直接染料中的任一种,进行染色加工,再配合适当的助染剂,用AIR FLOW气流式染色机、JIGGER染色机、WINCH染色机、BEAM染色机、喷射式染色机(JET DYE)、或快速染色机(RAPID)等以介于50℃到150℃的温度进行染色。
*干燥、固着
以适当温度(例如100到120℃)与干燥机(例如连续式干燥机)将胚布烘干后,在适当温度(例如140到180℃)进行固着。
若加工基材为Nylon素材,为了提升牢度水平,则可以单宁酸、柠檬酸等固着剂进行固色处理。
*浸渍、绞压、干燥与熟成
将适量含有聚异氰酸酯(5到20重量%)的溶液与含有百灭宁(3到10重量%)或辛基异噻唑酮(3到10重量%)的混合液,以适当比例(例如1∶2)混合,即相当于30克/升的聚异氰酸酯加上60克/升的百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮混合液,将该混合液加入浸渍药槽中,使胚布在浸渍药槽中浸渍。浸渍可为单次浸渍或二次浸渍。再进行绞压、干燥和熟成,使百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮紧密结合在胚布之上。绞压的压力可为2.0至4.0千克/平方厘米,干燥温度可为100到120℃,熟成温度可为120到170℃。
*印花
将布料置于印花机(例如滚筒印花机或自动网板),使用适当的印染糊剂,以5到300米/分钟的速度将印花图案印在布面,再经50℃到210℃干燥,100℃到210℃固着等印花流程,此时印染糊剂已与合成纤维结合。
*皂洗
选择适宜操作条件进行印花布的皂洗,例如以300到700码/匹的速度进行以便于去除布面上的杂质与加工剂。皂洗液温度可选择50℃到120℃,速度为40到70米/分钟。
*后整理
视需要再进行柔软、拨水、防水或特殊机能加工处理。例如,使布匹经过内装柔软剂的药槽进行柔软加工,或使布匹经过内装拨水剂的药槽进行拨水加工,再送到防水机以适宜速度(例如35到55米/分钟)、适宜刮刀高度(60到100毫米,如80毫米)、适宜角度(0.75到1.05毫米,例如0.95毫米)与温度(110到130℃,例如120℃)进行防水加工。防水后的布匹需存放适宜时间进行架桥。接着,视需要进行后定型。后定型所完成的布匹即为成品。
若加工素材为聚酯织物时,为了追求卓越舒适的手感,可在前定型与染色之间进行减量处理。所属领域的技术人员可选择合宜的减量加工剂例如氢氧化钠,碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠等,在机台如染色机或连续式机台对胚布进行减量加工。
持久防蚊或抗菌功效的测试
测定布料中百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮含量。当布料的百灭宁≥10ppm或辛基异噻唑酮≥8ppm时,显示该布料具有防蚊或抗菌功效。
(1)检测方法—以萃取法萃取布料中所含化合物
检测设备:高效率液体层析仪(HPLC)
(2)检测流程
以水洗25次(水洗方法:JIS L02173-103法)后,将布料与二氯甲烷混入索司勒萃取器中,萃取4小时后,将萃取液放入高效率液体层析仪中,测定百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮含量。
以下实施例进一步说明本发明,所属领域的技术人员可由之更清楚了解本发明的实施。
*实施例
以450码/匹的胚布投入进行精练、退浆,精练、退浆液温度约为90℃,速度为55米/分钟。精练、退浆后,将胚布送到定型机以80米/分钟,200℃加以定型。将含有聚壬基异氰酸酯(12.5重量%)的溶液与含百灭宁(6.5重量%)或辛基异噻唑酮(6.5重量%)的混合液以1∶2混合比加入浸渍药槽中。将胚布置于浸渍药槽中进行浸渍、绞压(压力为3千克/平方厘米)、干燥(温度为110℃)与熟成(温度为145℃)。接着进行印花加工,可选择适当的印染糊剂,用滚筒印花机或自动网板印花机,以15±1米/分钟的速度,将选定的印花图案印于布上,再经110℃干燥及160℃固着处理。再将此织物以450码/匹进行皂洗,皂洗液温度100℃,速度为55米/分钟。皂洗后再经过内装拨水剂的药槽进行拨水加工,再送到防水机以45米/分钟、刮刀高度80毫米、0.95毫米的角度与120℃进行防水加工。防水后的布匹需存放16小时以上进行架桥,接着进行后定型,后定型所完成的布匹即为成品布。
检测及结果
以萃取法及HPLC分别检测所制得布料的化合物含量(L0,即水洗前的含量)与经水洗25次后的化合物含量(L25),检测结果如下表所示。
上表结果显示布料经过25次水洗的百灭宁含量>10ppm,辛基异噻唑酮含量>8ppm,证实布料确实具有持久防蚊与抗菌功效。
本申请案所述的实施例仅为本发明的具体实施例,但是本发明之要旨并不局限于此。任何以本发明所实施的变化或修饰皆被涵盖在本案的权利要求范围内。
Claims (16)
1.一种具持久防蚊或抗菌功效的纱线,该纱线经聚异氰酸酯与具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纱线,其中该聚异氰酸酯具R-N=C=O的通式,其中R为具5到20个碳原子的烷基。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纱线,其中该具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物为百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述之纱线,其依JIS L02173-103标准经水洗25次后仍具防蚊或抗菌功效。
5.一种具持久防蚊或抗菌功效的织物,其中该织物经聚异氰酸酯与具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的织物,其中该聚异氰酸酯具R-N=C=O的通式,其中R为具5到20个碳原子的烷基。
7.根据权利要求5所述的织物,其中该具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物为百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮。
8.根据权利要求5所述的织物,其依JIS L02173-103标准经水洗25次后仍具防蚊或抗菌功效。
9.一种具持久防蚊或抗菌功效之纱线的制造方法,其包括在浸渍步骤中加入聚异氰酸酯与具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其中该聚异氰酸酯具R-N=C=O的通式,其中R为具5到20个碳原子的烷基。
11.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其中该具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物为百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮。
12.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其中该纱线依JIS L02173-103标准经水洗25次后仍具防蚊或抗菌功效。
13.一种具持久防蚊或抗菌功效之织物的制造方法,其包括在浸渍步骤中加入聚异氰酸酯与具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物。
14.根据权利要求13所述的制造方法,其中该聚异氰酸酯具R-N=C=O的通式,其中R为具5到20个碳原子的烷基。
15.根据权利要求13所述的制造方法,其中该具防蚊或抗菌功效的化合物为百灭宁或辛基异噻唑酮。
16.根据权利要求13所述的制造方法,其中该织物依JIS L02173-103标准经水洗25次后仍具防蚊或抗菌功效。
