发明目的
如说明书的标题所言,本发明是关于一种内反射准直透镜,它与那些已有的或认为是这种类型的准直透镜相比具有显著的相关性和优越性。
本发明的目的是成功地扩大了侧壁的光反射面,而没有额外地增加镜头的深度。
背景技术
现在的光准直透镜由一个通常是漏斗状的主体构成,其直径较小的较低的底座中含有一发光二极管。
从准直透镜合适的内部几何结构开始,发光二极管发出的光发射向准直管的侧壁,在该处所述光向外反射出去以产生希望的照明。
现在的准直管只有单一侧反射面把发光二极管发出的光反射出去。
发明内容
总的来说,本发明的内反射准直透镜在结构的基本特征是,在它的侧壁形成多个反射面。根据这个特征,透镜的截头圆锥状的镜头表面具有一个或多个错开,所述错开产生朝外且平行的不同的表面路径,因此显著增加了由二极管发出的光的反射。
通过这种结构,由于具有为了实现更大的光发射幅度而形成多个反射面,该准直管的高度与传统的准直透镜所需要的高度相比可以相同或甚至更小。
本发明的另一个特征是传统的截头圆锥状的准直管表面在它的边缘有这么一个形状变化:由于在两个垂直方向上边缘有四个铣削,其周线几乎是正方的。这样构成聚光灯时,可以减少了两个或更多的准直管之间的光发射盲区,此外形成更加均匀的总光发射面。

-由于增加了向外的光的发射幅度,所以节省了组建聚光灯所用的准直管。
-由于该准直管的高度要比得到相同的向外光发射幅度的其他准直管的高度要小,因此使用这种准直管,可以获得尺寸较小的聚光灯。
-由于上边或自由边的近似正方形的形状,使得两个相邻的准直管之间的光发射盲区减小。这样,光发射面更均匀,暗区也得以减少。

具体实施方式
参考图中使用的数字,我们可以看到本发明提出的内反射准直透镜总体上由附图标记1表示,其包括两个用于发光二极管4产生的光的反射面2和3。所述发光二极管安装在准直镜头1的通常为截头圆锥状的较低底座的空腔5中。
截头圆锥状表面3相对于初始的截头圆锥状表面2向外错开而形成,表面2和3在平行方向是异相的。
准直透镜1的内表面用附图标记6表示,并在其底座中限定有一球形凸起7。
附图标记8指的是环形壁,该环形壁在截头圆锥状的表面2和3之间的转换区域或交界处以类似圆柱形裙子的方式下延。
我们可以看到,钟形形状的传统的准直透镜中圆形的自由边通过4次两两平行地铣削,对镜头的侧壁产生了影响,从而形成4个圆弓形的表面,由凹形弧定义了虚直边,这些可以在表示准直透镜1的正视图的图3中楚地看到。这些铣面由附图标记9表示。
在传统的准直透镜中,或我们关注和能实现本发明目的的准直透镜中,由发光二极管4发出的分散的光线变成另一束平行光线,如图2所示,图中只画出了部分光线。比较本发明的准直透镜1的光发射幅度和图2中由附图标记10指代的用点线表示的传统镜头所产生的光发射幅度,我们可以推出:后者要产生和前者一样的光发射幅度,由于只有一个光反射面,因此透镜就必须有更高的高度。当然这个单光反射面是准直透镜1的初始反射部分2的延伸。
特别参考附图5,标记11指代传统的准直透镜,由点线表示,在图中示出的实施例的本例子中,该准直透镜11与根据本发明中的具有反射面2和3的准直透镜1相比只有单一反射面。可以看到,准直管11具有和准直管1一样高度的话,其光发射幅度就明显较差。

Claims (2)

1.一种漏斗状类型的内反射准直透镜,在其较小的底座中提供有发光二极管,该发光二极管发光经侧壁向外反射形成一平行光束,其特征在于,在侧壁上包括若干个光反射面(2,3),由于是朝着截头圆锥状的表面的外面平行移动的,形成一个或多个的错开,从而同样高度的准直管(1)能产生更大的光发射幅度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内反射准直透镜,其特征在于,所述侧壁的外表面在其环形边缘上具有在两个垂直的方向上的4个铣面(9),这样定义了一个大致正方形的形状,该形状允许在不同的单元合在一起组成一个更大的光发射面时能够减少盲区或暗区。
