本发明涉及一种在借助于液力粘合法粘合建筑工业用纺织品时用来涂敷纺织助剂、主要是上油剂的方法和装置。
Description
本发明涉及一种在借助于液力粘合方法粘合建筑工业用纺织品时用来涂敷纺织助剂、主要是上油剂的方法和装置。
在粘合由短纤维或长纤维组成的无纺布(纤维网)时采用纺织助剂,亦即所谓的上油剂是众所周知的,这种纺织助剂减小纤维之间的摩擦,因此允许无纺布按规定和更好地粘合。
通常不管用什么粘合方法,亦即是通过针刺机械粘合还是液力粘合,都直接在待粘合的纤维上涂敷这种纺织助剂,并在纤维表面上起所谓的润滑剂作用,以使在针刺过程中针更容易地无摩擦地穿过,或者在液力粘合过程中使纤维更便于滑动。
液力粘合方法是已知的,例如对于不同种类的纤维在EP-A 0 896080、EP-A 10 1064、EP-A 0 900 295、EP-A 0967 315、EP-A 0859 076、EP-A 0841 424、EP 0 727 517和EP-A 0 751 249中介绍过。
为了减小纤维/纤维的摩擦并达到均匀的粘合,按照本领域技术人员当前持有的看法,纺织助剂必须非常均匀和充分地表面覆盖地涂敷在表面上,以确保均匀的处理结果。
本发明的目的是,提供一种在无纺布(纤维网)借助于液力方法粘合时用来涂敷纺织助剂的方法,其中不需要复杂的涂敷方法便可达到希望的纺织助剂效果和实现均匀的粘合。
现在可以意想不到地发现,可以通过简单地给水来定量添加纺织助剂的方式来实现具有良好均匀性和没有效力损失的纺织助剂涂敷。
因此本发明的主题是一种在液力粘合方法中涂敷纺织助剂的方法,其特征为:在液体喷出高压喷枪之前,纺织助剂直接定量供入用于液力粘合的液体中。优选纺织助剂在方法处理的低压部段中定量供入。
对于本领域技术人员,合适的纺织助剂是公知的,并可在市场上买到。可以使用所有的各种用来对纤维上油处理的已知纺织助剂。
纺织助剂直接加入液体内,而不是在待粘合无纺布表面上。纺织助剂与液体一起均匀地到达待粘合的纤维组织上并穿过它。由于液体排出伴随着湿的产品,不管是液体还是纺织助剂都必须连续地定量补充,从而使液体量和纺织助剂浓度保持不变。浓度的检验和校正可以通过测量折射率方便地进行。
意想不到的是,与迄今为止本领域技术人员所持的观点不同,在向用于待液力粘合的液体定量添加纺织助剂的情况下也能达到均匀的更好地粘合。
定量添加的纺织助剂的量取决于纺织助剂的成分、液力粘合的工艺参数和待粘合无纺布的种类,特别是纤维特性、纤维组织和粘合后无纺布应该具有的性能。
待粘合无纺布可以由短纤维或连续长纤维组成。纤维尤其是由塑料,例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚酯或它们的混合物组成。其次无纺布也可以具有双组分纤维或者完全由这种纤维组成。另外无纺布也可以含有天然纤维成分,如纤维素、大麻、剑麻、椰子、洋麻等等。
纤维可以分别具有不同的组织结构和/或纤维横截面。
此外也可以通过本发明的方法将许多无纺布相互结合和粘合。
为此将二种或多种未粘合或预粘合的无纺布重叠铺放,接着通过接力粘合法在定量添加纺织助剂的情况下相互结合。
为了实施此方法,最好在一储存容器中制备所选择的纺织助剂,并通过一输入管连续地加入液力粘合装置的喷水系统。尤其是在储存容器上装设定量给料装置。为了调节输入量,通常采用一可通过适当的控制装置控制的无级可调的定量给料泵。通过一混和装置来保证纺织助剂在液体内的均匀分布。
由所述方法可以方便地通过液力方法达到无纺布的均匀度更高和可调的粘合。

Claims (7)
1.在用于由长纤维组成的建筑工业用纺织品的液力粘合方法中用来涂敷纺织助剂的方法,其特征为:纺织助剂直接定量供入用于液力粘合的液体中。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:纺织助剂借助于一定量给料泵加入液力粘合系统中。
3.按权利要求1或2的方法,其特征为:将两个或多个未粘合或预粘合的无纺布相互结合。
4.按权利要求1至3之任一项的方法,其特征为:待粘合无纺布或待结合无纺布由塑料如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺或聚酯或其混合物组成。
5.按权利要求1至3之任一项的方法,其特征为:待粘合无纺布或待结合无纺布由双组分纤维组成或含有双组分纤维。
6.按权利要求1至5之任一项的方法,其特征为:所述无纺布附加地含有天然纤维。
7.建筑工业用纺织品,它是按权利要求1至6之任一项的方法进行粘合的。
