Abstract

本发明涉及钢铁冶炼连铸中间包整体内衬。该内衬的衬体由底板和侧壁构成一体，是由石英砂同粘合剂制成的。衬体的保护层里设有金属网骨架，侧壁上设有溢流口，底板上设有冲击板和钢水流出口。衬体外还装有便于吊装的金属提升带。本发明的有益效果是：由于该内衬是事先制好的整体结构，使用时只需吊装在中间包内即可，省工省时且质量得以保证；拆卸简单容易，不伤及中间包永久层。经测试，该内衬可比以往挂板或涂抹的内衬延长使用寿命一倍以上。

连铸中间包整体内衬
一、技术领域：本发明涉及钢铁冶炼连铸用的一种中间包整体内衬。
二、背景技术：目前，钢铁冶炼连铸用的中间包内衬是由挂硅板或镁砂等耐火材料涂抹而成。其缺点是砌抹时费工，劳动强度大，粉尘和气味影响操作，尚得连续烘干15小时以上；使用寿命短，更换内衬易伤及中间包的永久层。
三、发明内容：本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种装卸方便、省工省时、使用寿命长、拆卸时不伤及中间包永久层的连铸中间包整体内衬。为此，采用的技术方案是：本发明的衬体由底板和侧壁构成一整体，是由石英砂和粘合剂制成的；衬体的保护层里设有金属网骨架，在侧壁上设有溢流口，底板上设有冲击板和钢水流出口。衬体外还装有便于吊装用的金属提升带。本发明的有益效果是：由于该内衬是事先制好的整体结构，使用时只需吊装在中间包内即可，省工省时且质量得以保证；拆卸简单容易，不伤及中间包永久层。经测试，该内衬可比以往挂板或涂抹的内衬延长使用寿命一倍以上。

五、具体实施方式：现结合附图例举本发明一优选实施例。参见图1可知，衬体1由底板和侧壁构成一整体，其里面的使用层是用70-150目的高密度精制石英砂同高强度合成树脂粘合而成，其外的保护层用40-70目的低密度石英砂同合成树脂粘结而成，其保护层内还设有不锈钢金属网骨架3，衬体1的侧壁上设有溢流口2，底板上设有三个钢水流出口4和冲击板5。在衬体1外还装有若干条金属提升带6。

1、钢铁冶炼连铸用的一种中间包整体内衬，其特征是衬体(1)由底板和侧壁构成一体，是由石英砂和粘合剂制成；在衬体(1)的保护层里设有金属网骨架(3)，侧壁上设有溢流口(2)，底板上设有钢水流出口(4)和冲击板(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的整体内衬，其特征是衬体(1)外还装有金属提升带(6)。
