技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将附件紧回到金属窗和门上的元件。
本发明得到开发特别是用以将铰链紧固到金属窗或门的框架上,所述框架通常由铝或相似的合金制成。然而,本发明不限于该具体应用领域。
背景技术
为了解决将铰链紧固到具有相当大的重量的窗或门框架上的问题,内螺纹金属销钉的使用变得越来越普遍;这种销钉被插入和紧固在金属型材的孔内,所述金属型材形成了窗或门的固定框架和活动框架。一旦销钉被插入相应的孔中,它们允许使用螺钉用以紧固铰链。
在文献US-B-6702534中描述了一种适于该目的的销钉的第一实例,所述文献披露了一种具有圆柱形套的扩张销钉(spreader dowel),所述套设有第一和设有第二系列的贯通狭槽,所述贯通狭槽形成了径向可扩张的区域。所述套具有内螺纹且其具有直径更小的区域,所述区域可受到螺钉端部的接合以产生所述套的向外径向扩张。这种解决方案的主要缺点在于当螺钉被拧紧时,销钉受到相当大的径向扩张,且这将导致窗或门的轮廓产生变形。
在文献WO-A-0238897中披露了第二种已公知的解决方案,所述文献描述了一种用于将铰链紧固到铝窗或门上的衬套,所述衬套具有与窗或门的金属型材上的孔接合的自攻丝外螺纹。这种第二解决方案的缺点是安装工人在将自攻丝销钉紧固到金属型材上时所花费的时间相对较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使得可以克服现有技术中存在的问题的增强的紧固元件。
根据本发明,通过一种具有技术方案中阐述的特征的紧固元件实现所述目的。

具体实施方式
参见图1,数字10表示根据本发明的紧固元件。紧固元件10由内部设有螺纹孔的由金属材料,例如由钢制成的单块体形成。紧固元件10被插入和紧固在用于窗和门框架的金属型材中。型材12具有外壁14,所述外壁具有平滑外表面,和至少一个与外壁14平行的内壁16。作为插入紧固元件10之前的预先操作,安装工人在壁14、16中钻出直径相等的同心贯通孔18和20。
紧固元件10具有直径恒定的圆柱形中心部分22和两个端部24、26。孔18、20的直径略小于圆柱形中心部分22的直径。端部24用作插入部分且其具有截锥形状,所述形状具有与圆柱形中心部分22的直径相等的较大的直径且沿圆锥轮廓朝向前端渐细。位于插入部分24的相对侧的第二端部26用作止挡部分。部分26具有喉部28,所述喉部的直径与圆柱形中心部分22的直径大体上相等。喉部在轴向方向上由内肩部30限定出边界,所述肩部具有大于喉部28的直径的外径。肩部30的外径通过截锥部分32连接到圆柱形中心部分22上。在肩部30的相对侧,喉部28在轴向方向上由环形套环34限定出边界,所述套环由多个具有棱锥形状的突出齿部36形成。
紧固元件10设有第一系列纵向贯通沟槽38,所述沟槽在圆柱形中心部分22的一部分上和在插入部分24上延伸。纵向沟槽38限定出能够相对于静止构型径向向内变形的第一可变形部分40。圆柱形中心部分22优选在第一可变形部分40处具有滚花外表面。
紧固元件10包括第二系列纵向贯通沟槽42,所述沟槽在圆柱形中心部分22的一部分上和在止挡部分26上延伸。在轴向方向上,第二系列贯通沟槽42优选占据圆柱形中心部分22的未被第一系列贯通沟槽38包括的部分。在周向方向上,贯通沟槽38、42优选交错布置,以使得第二系列的每个沟槽42大体上在相对于第一系列的两个相邻沟槽38的中心线上。第二系列的贯通沟槽42形成了在止挡部分26上延伸的第二可变形部分44,包括喉部28和截锥形状连接部分32。第二可变形部分44能够相对于不变形的位置径向向内变形。
紧固元件10设有由图5和图6中的附图标记46表示的螺纹内孔,所述螺纹内孔在轴向方向上至少延伸圆柱形中心部分22的整个长度。在紧固元件10的不变形静止位置中,螺纹孔46具有圆柱形状,所述形状具有与孔46的内螺纹的名义直径相等的恒定直径。
参见图1和图2,紧固元件10通过沿轴向方向的移动被插入到金属型材12的对齐的孔18、20中。由于圆柱形中心部分22的静止直径(resting diameter)略小于孔18、20的直径,因此紧固元件10被插置在孔18、20内部。为了执行该插置操作,可使用能够被放置在紧固元件10的头部上的插置工具47,从而借助锤子在沿图2中的箭头48所示的方向上施加插置力。
插入部分24有利于紧固元件10插入孔18、20中和第一可变形部分40的向内径向压缩。在插置操作中,截锥连接部分32导致产生了第二可变形部分44的向内径向压缩。当止挡部分26的肩部30超过孔18的壁厚时,止挡部分26扩张直至其使得喉部28的外表面与孔18的内表面接触。通过这种方式,获得了紧固元件10的止挡部分26与金属型材12的壁14的卡扣接合。
图3示出了紧固元件10在其插置入金属型材12内的操作末尾时的位置。在该位置处,紧固元件10相对于型材12被稳定保持,这归因于第一可变形部分40与孔20的轻微加力的接合和喉部28与孔18的卡扣接合。第一可变形部分的外表面上的滚花用以阻止紧固元件10相对于型材12产生转动。
止挡部分26形成了稳定的止挡,所述止挡阻止了紧固元件10沿轴向方向相对于型材12的所有进一步运动。一旦安装完成,止挡部分26的环形套环34从壁14的外部分突出出来。在图3所示构型中的紧固元件10的两个可变形部分40、44相对于其静止构型沿径向方向向内弹性变形。
在将紧固元件10推进进入金属型材12中后,操作者可紧固铰链半件50。通常情况下,有必要设置两个互相平行的紧固元件10以便紧固铰链半件。铰链半件50被设置在型材的壁14的外表面上且每个紧固元件10的环形套环34被放置在铰链半件50的相应的通孔52处。因此,通过将紧固螺钉54插入和拧入每个紧固元件10的螺纹孔46中,完成了铰链50的安装。图5和图6示出了螺钉54被拧紧后的构型。
在插入螺钉54之前,螺纹孔46的直径略小于螺钉54的名义直径。拧紧螺钉54导致紧固元件10向外径向扩张,从而使得,一旦螺钉54被拧紧,圆柱形中心部分22的外径大体上回复成与处于未变形状态,即紧固元件10插置入孔18、20内之前的状态下的圆柱形部分22的直径相同的直径。
在螺钉54的拧紧过程中,铰链半件沿轴向方向压靠在型材12上。环形套环34的突出齿部36与铰链半件50的孔52的内壁互相抵触,且被插置入孔52的壁内。
当安装完成后,根据本发明的紧固元件10具有大体上与其处于未变形状态时具有的直径相等的外径。紧固元件10实现了与金属型材12的壁14、16的稳定且坚固的连接,而不需要相关的径向变形,且因此使型材12变形的危险最小化。铰链半件50通过止挡部分26的环形套环34上的抵触而被推进,因此即便是在相当大的载荷的作用下也可获得了没有余隙的稳定连接。止挡部分26的环形套环36受到螺钉54外壁的径向支承,因此其不会作为棱锥形状齿部36和铰链半件50的孔52的壁之间抵触的结果而向内变形。此外,当安装完成后,螺钉54大体上在螺纹孔46的整个长度上且在与螺纹联接装置的名义直径相等的直径上与紧固元件10的内螺纹46接合。这使得可获得螺钉54和螺纹孔46之间的最佳联接状态。
自然地,根据本发明的紧固元件可具有多种相对于在此所描述和图示说明的变型,而不因此偏离所附技术方案限定出的本发明的范围。

Claims (4)

1、用于将附件(50)紧固到金属窗和门框架(12)上的元件,包括:
具有圆柱形中心部分(22)的单块金属体(10),所述圆柱形中心部分具有内螺纹孔(46);
具有截锥形状的插入部分(24),所述截锥形状具有朝向一端从所述圆柱形中心部分(22)的直径减少的直径;
止挡部分(26),包括由肩部(30)限定出边界的圆周喉部(28),所述肩部的外径大于所述圆柱形中心部分(22)的直径,所述肩部(30)的外径通过截锥形部段(32)连接到所述圆柱形中心部分上;
第一系列纵向贯通沟槽(38),所述沟槽在所述圆柱形中心部分(22)的长度的一部分上和在插入部分(24)上延伸且所述沟槽限定出能够相对于不变形静止构型向内弹性变形的第一部分(40);和
第二系列纵向贯通沟槽(42),所述沟槽在所述圆柱形中心部分(22)的长度一部分上和在止挡部分(26)上延伸且所述沟槽形成能够相对于所述不变形静止构型向内弹性变形的第二部分(44)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的紧固元件,其中所述止挡部分(26)具有环形套环(34),所述环形套环从相对于所述肩部(30)的相对部分在轴向方向上限定出所述喉部(28)的边界。
