技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于修整(finishing)服装或类似物织物边缘部分的设备。
背景技术
已经知道在服装产品制造领域中,常常必须使得服装织物的边缘稳定,以防止织物在其边缘损坏。
然而此前解决上述问题的方法常常使用非常复杂的构造方式,另外,它们都不易于优化连接。
由于上述的原因,提供了完成修整的元件,从而改变织物的典型特征。
发明内容
因此,本发明目标是为了克服上述缺点,提供了用于一种用于修整服装制品织物材料或者类似物边缘部分的设备,它可以与织物类型无关地很好修整织物边缘部分,并且不使用缝合或缝合连接。
在上述目标范围中,本发明的主要目的是提供这样一种设备,可以方便快捷地进行修整操作,而不改变织物和其他使用材料的弹性特征。
本发明另一个目的是提供这样一种设备,通过进行边饰、边修整以及平整应用操作,可以方便快捷地进行修整操作,使得使用者的皮肤可以始终与纺织材料接触而不与塑性材料接触。
本发明另一个目的是提供这样一种用于进行服装制品织物边缘部分的修整的设备,由于其本身特别设计的特征,所以操作时非常可靠和安全。
根据本发明的一个方面,上述的目标和目的以及其他的目的,是通过一种修整服装织物边缘的设备而获得,这在下文中会变得更加明显,其特征在于,所述设备包括在支承框架上用于将粘合带引导至顶部轮和底部轮的导向元件,所述顶部轮和底部轮在限定工作表面的基部处在所述粘合带施加到其上的织物材料的边缘部分上运行;以及还设置有用于加热所述粘合带的加热装置、和用于冷却已完成物品的冷却装置。

具体实施方式
参考上述附图中的数字标记,在制作织物或服装等类似产品时用于修整织物边缘部分的设备大体上表示为数字标记1,它包括支承框架2,支承着用于引导粘合带的导向元件3,粘合带大体上表示为数字标记4,它通过进给组件从粘合带传送卷轴或滚筒进行供给。
更特别地,粘合带导向元件3布置成其出口端部位于顶部轮5和底部轮6,必须进行修整操作的织物材料在两轮之间通过,织物材料通常表示为T。
特别地,所述顶部轮5和底部轮6由驱动马达连接。

如果该修整机设计为平整使用所述粘合带,那么可以对织物材料T使用如图25清楚示出的单面粘合薄膜40,或者是图26示出的单一或单面粘合织物材料41。
在上述的两种情况中,提供了修边(trimming)组件,用于进行切割操作,在下文中将会进行更加详细的介绍。

如图8所示,修边装置包括旋转刀刃元件50,安装在上述的底部轮6上,并且与相对的刀刃元件51共同作用,刀刃元件51用于在管53的吸入口或入口52处进行修边操作,管53用于移走已修边材料。

另外,在所述板上还提供了温度传感探测器,设计用来通过电子控制器探测和保持设定温度恒定。
在上面公开的底板中也进行同样的控制。
特别地,该设备可以根据设备的运行速度很容易地调节空气传送顶部喷射的空气流速。
更特别地,入口空气流速是通过脚踏驱动设备以渐进步骤操作自动调节的。
第一步,将设置为50%比率的电动阀或者电磁阀打开,第二步,打开100%开度的电磁阀,而在第四和第五步中,所述的两个电磁阀都是打开的。
对于上面提到的底部喷嘴也进行同样的调节。
在这里提供了用于启动顶部和底部空气射流的电子系统,包括光导纤维光电管,当它被覆盖时,就会激励空气射流,在织物材料进给轮工作时就启动,而在所述织物材料进给轮停止时就不启动。
本设备还包括一个冷却系统,包含布置在装置后部的吹气喷嘴70。
该设备还包括织物切割系统,用于分割处理过的工件,所述切割系统在图14中示出,包括有靠气动驱动缸72驱动的切割刀刃元件71,以方便地切除织物或者边缘。
切割操作可以靠手动指令或者也可以使用两个驱动光电管73和74进行,驱动光电管73和74分别布置在所述轮5和6的前面和后面。
因此,当工件没有覆盖第一光电管73时,设备1以固定的传送速度开始工作,使得第二光电管74也不被覆盖,从而启动精确的切割操作,因为准确地探测或者感应出了给定时间内的横断间隔。
为了施加带子4,可以根据织物的类型、弯曲半径以及其他变量,正确地改变带子或织物的张力。
在应用操作的过程中,也可以根据织物自身的弯曲折叠或者切割,改变上述的在相同织物部分上的张力变量。
为了达到上述的要求,这里包括特别设计的设备可以正确改变带子的张力并且根据工件进给将上述变量正确编程。
更特别地,该设备或装置实际上包括由负载传感器控制的驱动带进给器,包括薄膜键盘控制面板的电子控制器,和适当布置的滚筒、线圈或盒式保护带支架110,以及用于起动已编制的张力程序的拐点驱动器。
另外,如图15和16中清楚示出的,也可以提供包括中心芯部81的镶边组件80,使得粘合带可以从其中通过。
其中所述的中心芯部一部分与翻边元件82相邻接布置,翻边元件用来向上翻起粘合带上的织物材料T。
该组件还包括预热元件,用于将导向组件预热,导向组件特别包括热空气吹气喷嘴,用来将热空气吹到织物材料顶部或者表面上。
所述预热装置包括在导轨3背面上限定出的凹槽90,其中容纳的管道91被引导至顶部喷嘴,从而提供预热操作,如图18中所示的。
图17中,在设备或机器上提供了这种公开类型的加热。
其中的后者,如图32中所示,还包括与圆盘刀刃元件96相接触运行的修边刀刃元件95。
与这相关的,还应当指出,如图34中所示的,本发明还提供一种机器或设备,它适于修整织物材料的边缘,而不用进行缝合操作并且具有大大减薄的厚度,从而提供了纺织品的手感以及良好的并且时间持久的弹力性能。
本设备可以靠使用几个可互换的配件提供不同的修整操作,包括边饰或镶边操作,或者施加边缘操作。
特别地,边饰操作使用包括有点状施加的粘合材料的单面粘合织物带、或者使用包括单面或单一粘合的点状粘合材料的包覆弹性元件,从而在两个织物表面上覆盖织物的端部。
靠正确进行镶边操作的第二修整操作可以使用布置在织物中间和端部的连续双面粘合薄膜实现,织物向上翻转从而与上述的双面粘合薄膜相粘接。
所述镶边操作也可以使用带有双面粘合点状图案的弹性或弹力元件来进行,双面粘合点状图案的弹性或弹力元件被布置在织物材料的周边部分,并将织物材料转过180。,从而使其两个端部与上述的双面粘合点状弹性元件粘接。
根据许多种不同的施加方法,第三修整系统通过施加边缘部分而实现。
在第一种方法中,连续单面粘合薄膜在所述织物材料的端部表面上被施加到织物材料上。
在第二种修改实施例中,通过织物材料带支承单面粘合点状粘合材料,织物材料在其侧面边缘被修整;在第三种修改实施例中,通过使用弹性元件支承单面粘合点状粘合材料,边缘被施加到织物材料上。
另外,根据本发明的设备也可以使用连续的粘合薄膜,粘合薄膜可以是单面粘合类型或双面粘合类型,或者也可以使用在其上点状施加了粘合材料的织物带或弹性元件。
此外,也可以在上述的织物带或弹性元件4上提供点状粘合材料,单面粘合类型或双面粘合类型的都可以。
图33详细示出了装置99的改进实施例,装置99用于加热要用在制造的纺织品上的材料带4,从而完成修整而不用缝合织物材料的边缘。
所述的图33示出了滑动导轨100,用于滑动地引导将施加到将被休整的织物上的材料带,该导轨包括电阻101,设计用来加热形成所述滑动导轨100的材料。
在所述滑动导轨中还提供了两个传送管道102,设计用来输送在端部103输出的热空气。
所述热空气传送管道102连在加热器装置104上,加热器装置104包括温度控制探测器(termistor)105。
所述温度控制探测器105可以准确调整使用加热电阻的所述导轨的温度,当获得设置的温度时,加热电阻会接通或断开。
所述电阻101特别是作为预热元件来预先加热粘合带滑动导轨,所述粘合带沿着所述导轨纵向滑动地进给,所述导轨的侧壁106从其中间部分突起。
从上述所公开的可以明显地看出,本发明完全达到了想要的目标和结果。
特别要指出的是本发明提供了一种设备,该设备通过边饰、镶边操作、或者平整施加稳定材料带可以完全自动地在织物的边缘部分进行修整操作。
在所有公开的实施例中,没有使用缝合操作,并且与使用者皮肤的接触总是通过织物元件进行,在织物元件上提供点状施加的粘合材料,因此不会对使用者的皮肤造成伤害。
所公开的本发明可以进行多种修改和变动,它们所有都在本发明的范围之内。
另外,所有的结构零件都可以用技术上等同的其他元件替换。
在本发明的实施中,可以根据需要任意选择使用的材料以及可能的尺寸和形状。

Claims (22)

1、一种用于修整服装织物边缘的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括在支承框架上用于将粘合带引导至顶部轮和底部轮的导向元件,所述顶部轮和底部轮在限定工作表面的基部处在所述粘合带施加到其上的织物材料的边缘部分上运行;以及还设置有用于加热所述粘合带的加热装置、和用于冷却已完成物品的冷却装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述顶部轮由摇杆支承,摇杆受驱动活塞作用,以升高所述顶部轮并调节施加在所述顶部轮上的压力。
3、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备适于通过采用单面粘合织物带进行镶边操作,单面粘合织物带可被折叠成在所述织物材料上成跨接的关系。
4、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备适于通过适合折叠织物材料边缘的折叠装置并在其中引入双面粘合带在所述织物材料上进行镶边操作。
5、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括用于平整施加粘合带的装置,所述粘合带包括单面粘合薄膜或单面粘合织物材料。
6、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括修边装置,修边装置包括施加到所述底部轮、并与修边相对刀刃元件相互配合的旋转刀刃元件。
7、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括吸入口部,用于移去已修边材料。
8、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置包括顶部喷嘴和底部喷嘴,用于传送热空气射流至所述粘合带。
9、如权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置包括用于每个所述喷嘴的电加热铝板,电加热铝板包括有多个管道,其中布置有用于加热空气的相应多个青铜过滤器。
10、如权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括顶部加热板和底部加热板。
11、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括用于独立地设置顶部空气射流和底部空气射流温度的设置装置。
12、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括空气流速调节装置,用于调节进入空气的流速。
13、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括电子系统,用于起动空气射流,即顶部空气射流和底部空气射流,所述电子系统包括光导纤维光电管,当它们被覆盖时,就接通空气射流,空气射流在所述织物进给轮工作时就启动,而在所述织物进给轮停止时就不启动。
14、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述冷却装置包括布置在所述设备后部的吹气喷嘴。
15、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括用于切割所述带子的切割装置,所述切割装置包括由气动缸驱动的切割刀刃元件。
16、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括第一和第二光电管,它们分别布置在所述切割刀刃元件驱动轮的上游和下游。
17、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括带张力改变装置,用于根据工件进给运动改变所述带的张力。
18、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括用于预热导向装置的预热装置,导向装置包括布置在所述导向装置后面形成凹槽中的喷嘴供应导管。
19、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括镶边组件,镶边组件包括用于使粘合带从其通过的中心芯部,还提供了与所述中心芯部长度邻接的镶边边缘部分。
20、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括加热装置,用于加热将施加到制造的纺织品上的所述粘合带,从而修整织物边缘部分而不用进行缝合操作,所述加热装置包括用于将施加到要修整的织物材料上的粘合带的滑动导轨,所述滑动导轨包括电阻,用来加热形成所述滑动导轨的材料,在所述滑动导轨中有两个热空气传送管道,用来从所述滑动导轨端部传送热空气。
21、如权利要求20所述的设备,其特征在于,所述热空气传送管道连接到包括温度控制探测器的加热装置上,所述探测器可以调节通过加热电阻由所述导轨获得的温度,在获得设置的温度时,加热电阻可以接通或者切断。
22、如权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于,所述电阻作为预热元件来预先加热所述粘合带滑动导轨,所述粘合带沿着所述导轨纵向进给。
