Abstract

发明领域
本发明的主题是在炼焦炉组的炉中同时进行炼焦煤,尤其是各种炼焦煤的组合物的高温裂解来利用废橡胶的方法。
技术背景
迄今,以使用过的橡胶产品,如汽车轮胎、内胎、输送带、胶管等形式的废橡胶在有限的范围内经过机械制造来获得所谓的“研磨产品”。然而,绝大多数废橡胶被直接作为废物倾倒或者在露天燃烧、在废物燃烧厂通入氧气燃烧或在水泥厂的转炉中燃烧。
这种利用方式导致自然环境的污染和退化,以及能够再用于橡胶制品生产的有价值元件的损失。
发明内容
根据本发明同时进行炼焦煤的高温裂解来利用废橡胶的方法包括将预先制备和破碎的炼焦煤共混物炉料填充到炼焦炉组的后继炉中,特征在于在具有填充炉压缩系统的炼焦厂中,每一炼焦煤共混物炉料包括加入到颗粒尺寸为0.1-5.0mm、用量为95-99重量%的炼焦煤中的颗粒尺寸为0.1-5.0mm、用量为1-5重量%的橡胶颗粒形式的橡胶粒。在具有重力装料系统的炼焦厂中,优选颗粒尺寸为0.1-20mm。以这种方式形成的炼焦煤炉料和橡胶颗粒的混合物通过机械压缩来增稠,直到获得全部炉料的均一结构。在不通入氧气的密闭体系中,至少900℃的温度下,伴随煤的同时高温裂解来进行废橡胶利用的过程。
本发明的优点是有害产物排放的明显减少,该有害产物至今由在敞开体系中通入氧气的废橡胶燃烧所形成,自然环境的污染和退化的降低,废弃物的消除,而且还有碳衍生物的回收,其可被直接再用于化学工业,包括橡胶制品生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在配备有合适筛网的球磨机中制备和破碎炼焦煤的共混物,以获得1-5mm的颗粒尺寸。将14,850kg的上述炼焦煤共混物装入炼焦炉组的一个炉中。然后,将颗粒尺寸为5mm的150kg橡胶颗粒加入已置于炼焦炉组的炉中的煤共混物中。将炼焦煤和橡胶颗粒的组合物机械压缩以获得所有炉料的均匀结构。以相同的方式,用含有预先制备和破碎的炼焦煤和橡胶颗粒组合物的贮槽来进行炼焦炉组的其它炉的填充。
完成炉填充之后,在封闭体系中不通入氧气、不形成废弃物、900℃温度下、伴随煤的同时高温裂解来进行废橡胶利用工艺。
结束时,该利用工艺从炼焦炉组的每个炉得到:11,400kg焦炭、35.25kg氨、183kg苯、745.5kg焦油、5,034Nm焦炉气。
实施例2
如实施例1中进行,每个炼焦炉组的炉填充14,550kg的煤和450kg橡胶颗粒的组合物。
完成废橡胶利用工艺之后,从每个炉得到以下产物:11,460kg焦炭、35.25kg氨、183kg苯、745.5kg焦油、5,043Nm焦炉气。
正如可从以上实施例所归纳的,取决于橡胶颗粒和煤共混物的比例,根据需要,在控制下,采用煤的同时高温裂解来利用废橡胶的工艺得到不同量的产物。

- 一种在炼焦炉组的炉中同时进行煤的高温裂解来利用废橡胶的方法,其中将预先制备和破碎的炼焦煤共混物填充到每个后继的炉,其特征在于每一炼焦煤共混物炉料包括加入到颗粒尺寸为0.1-5.0mm、用量为95-99重量%的炼焦煤中的颗粒尺寸为0.1-5.0mm、用量为1-5重量%的橡胶颗粒形式的橡胶粒,在重力装料系统中,优选颗粒尺寸为0.1-20mm,将所形成的炼焦煤炉料和橡胶颗粒的组合物通过机械压缩来增稠,直到获得全部炉料的均一结构,并且随后在不通入氧气的密闭体系中,至少900℃的温度下,伴随煤的同时高温裂解来进行废橡胶利用的过程。
