因此,在本发明车辆用灯具的制造方法中,由于通过激光熔敷接合,故可短时间地进行接合作业,另外,容易控制对激光吸收剂照射的照射能量,因此,不会有多余的相熔部分溢出侧部,外观良好。
另外,由于激光吸收剂通过激光照射而变成透明,故透过内部配光镜看到的是底层颜色,即使在这一点上,也不会影响外观。
在本发明另一方面中,由于所述激光吸收剂揉进内部配光镜的材料树脂中,故内部配光镜的体积比外部配光镜和灯体的体积小,因此,揉进的激光吸收剂的量少,不会产生过高的价格。
在本发明又一方面中,在照射激光的工序中,激光透过内部配光镜,同时在内部配光镜的接合面会聚,因此,激光的照射能量有效地作用在吸收剂上。
在本发明再一方面中,所述激光吸收剂通过例如进行涂装等提供给相对于内部配光镜的接合面的部件的接合面,激光透过内部配光镜进行照射,因此使用的激光吸收剂的量极少量就够了。
在本发明另外一方面中,由于在两个部件的接合面之间插入揉进有激光吸收剂的垫片,故激光吸收剂的量减少。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图说明用于实施本发明车辆用灯具的制造方法的最优形态。
图1表示根据本发明制造的车辆用灯具之一例。
车辆用灯具10包括具有在前面开设的两个凹部21、21(图1(b)仅表示一个)的灯体20,这些凹部21、21的前面被内部配光镜30、30覆盖,另外,设有内部配光镜30、30的外侧被外部配光镜40覆盖。而且,光源灯泡50、50(图1(b)仅表示一个)支承在灯体20上,位于上述凹部21、21内。
上述灯泡20、内部配光镜30、30及外部配光镜40通过进行热塑性树脂的射出成形而形成。而且,内部配光镜30、30通过激光熔敷支承在灯体20上。
在灯体20的凹部21的开口边缘形成有台阶部22,该台阶部朝向前方的面23作为接合面。
在内部配光镜30的周边部形成有向外侧突出的凸缘31,该凸缘31的后面32作为接合面。
而且,内部配光镜30的凸缘31与灯体20的台阶部20嵌合,且内部配光镜30的接合面32与灯体20的接合面23接触。此时,形成在内部配光镜30的接合面32和灯体20的接合面23的接触界面含有激光吸收剂的状态。总之,只要是构成在两个接合面32、23的接触界面存在激光吸收剂的状态即可,其具体的形态没有关系。
作为形成在两个接合面32、23的接触界面存在激光吸收剂的状态的一个形态,也可以在内部配光镜30或灯体20的成形用树脂材料中揉进酞氰等激光吸收剂,利用揉进该激光吸收剂的树脂材料射出成形内部配光镜30或灯体20。由此,形成在两个接合面32、23的接触界面存在激光吸收剂的状态。另外,在成形用树脂材料中揉进激光吸收剂时,在更小型部件中揉进激光吸收剂能够廉价地进行成形。即,可在比灯体20小的内部配光镜30的成形用材料中揉进激光吸收剂,降低总体费用。
另外,作为在接触界面存在激光吸收剂的形态,具有例如通过印刷法在内部配光镜30的接合面32或灯体20的接合面23上涂敷激光吸收剂的方法。
另外,将揉进激光吸收剂的垫片夹入两个接合面32、23之间也可以形成在接触面存在激光吸收剂的状态。
在将内部配光镜30激光熔敷在灯体20上时,不必在内部配光镜30的整周进行激光熔敷。即,由于灯具内部的防水通过灯体和外部配光镜40间的接合部实现,故内部配光镜30只要不脱落地固定在灯体20上即可。例如图2所示,在内部配光镜30的接合面32上,在周向大致等间隔分离的四个位置涂敷激光吸收剂60,在这四个位置进行激光熔敷即可。
图3表示在内部配光镜30中揉进激光吸收剂时的激光熔敷工序,从激光头70照射的激光71从前方透过内部配光镜30的凸缘31,会聚于接合面32。由此,激光71被内部配光镜30的接合面32吸收,该接合面32发热且熔融,进而由于热传导,灯体20的接合面23也发热且熔融,由此,两个接合面32、23形成相熔的状态,融合并熔敷。然后,通过冷却接合面32、23,两者构成固定状态。
图4表示在内部配光镜30的接合面32涂敷激光吸收剂60时的激光熔敷工序,从激光头70照射的激光71从前方透过内部配光镜30的凸缘31,会聚在涂敷于接合面32的激光吸收剂60上。由此,激光71被涂敷于内部配光镜30的接合面32上的激光吸收剂60吸收,该激光吸收剂60发热,且由于热传导,内部配光镜30的接合面32及灯体20的接合面23也发热且熔融,由此,两个接合面32、23构成相熔的状态,融合并熔敷。然后,通过冷却接合面32、23,两者构成固定状态。
图5表示在内部配光镜30的接合面32和灯体20的接合面23之间夹入揉进激光吸收剂的垫片80的状态下进行的激光熔敷工序,从激光头70照射的激光71从前方透过内部配光镜30的凸缘31,会聚于揉进激光吸收剂的垫片80上。由此,激光71被揉进激光吸收剂的垫片80吸收,该垫片80发热,且由于热传导,内部配光镜30的接合面32及灯体20的接合面23也发热且熔融,由此,两个接合面32、23构成相熔的状态,融合并熔敷。然后,通过冷却接合面32、23,两者构成固定状态。
另外,激光71照射的方法有各种方法。例如,如图6所示,使激光头70沿箭头方向扫描,在达到熔敷位置x、x...时照射激光71的方式;如图7所示,在激光头70固定的状态下,通过反射镜91将激光71导向电流反射镜92上,并通过使电流反射镜92旋转将激光71照射到规定的熔敷位置x、x...(激光71仅在电流反射镜92的角度成为规定角度时进行照射)的反射镜控制方式;如图8所示,使用固定多个激光头70、70...,暂时对数处熔接位置x、x...进行激光71、71...的照射的瞬时方式等。
如上所述,在本发明的车辆用灯具的制造方法中,由于通过激光熔敷接合内部配光镜和其它部件,故可在短时间内进行接合作业,另外,由于可容易地对激光吸收剂的照射能量进行控制,故不会有多余的相熔部分溢出侧部,外观是良好的。
另外,由于激光吸收剂通过照射激光而变成透明,故透过内部配光镜看到的是底层颜色,在这一点上也不会影响外观。
作为提供激光吸收剂的方法,若采用在接合的部件中的一个的材料中预先揉进的形态,则可简化内部配光镜的组装工序的作业,通过简化工序可实现成本的降低。
另一方面,若采用涂敷激光吸收剂的形态,则内部配光镜的组装工序中的作业工数增加,但与在部件的材料中揉进激光吸收剂的情况相比,可降低材料费用。
另外,在采用在两个部件的接合面之间插入揉进有激光吸收剂的垫片的形态时,可减少激光吸收剂的使用量。
另外,在上述的实施例中表示的各部分的具体形状及结构都只不过是表示实施本发明时进行的具体化的一例,本发明的技术范围并不限于此。
本发明在具有内部配光镜的车辆用灯具中外观良好且可靠地进行内部配光镜和其它部件的接合中是适用的。

Claims (5)

1、一种车辆用灯具的制造方法,其通过激光熔敷将具有在外部配光镜的内侧覆盖比外部配光镜窄的区域而配置的内部配光镜的车辆用灯具的包含所述内部配光镜的两个部件进行接合,其特征在于,所述接合的两个部件分别具有接合面,其包括将所述两个接合面以在界面含有激光吸收剂的状态重合的工序和从一个部件的接合面的背面对所述激光吸收剂照射激光的工序。
2、如权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具的制造方法,其特征在于,所述激光吸收剂揉进内部配光镜的材料树脂中。
3、如权利要求2所述的车辆用灯具的制造方法,其特征在于,照射激光的工序中,激光透过内部配光镜,同时在内部配光镜的接合面会聚。
4、如权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具的制造方法,其特征在于,所述激光吸收剂例如通过涂装等提供给相对于内部配光镜的接合面的部件的接合面,激光透过内部配光镜照射。
5、如权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具的制造方法,其特征在于,在两个部件的接合面之间插入揉进激光吸收剂的垫片。
