Abstract

本发明公开了一种锌锰干电池正极帽极其加工工艺,它是用为马口铁材料,采用渐进模逐步拉伸冲制而成。本发明具有材料、工艺成本低,产品质量好,无环境污染问题等优点。由于马口铁材料代替铜镀镍、铁镀铜、镀镍材料,使材料成本大大降低,并且不再镀镍、镀铜,杜绝了镀镍、镀铜废液处理和排放,减少了环境污染。又经过6~10道逐步拉伸,每道变形较少,最终产品精度高,外观更光亮。

Description

锌锰干电池正极帽及其加工工艺
技术领域:本发明涉及一种干电池正极帽的材料及其加工方法。
技术背景:锌锰干电池的正极帽,第一代是用H62或H68,厚度在0.20~0.25mm铜片冲制而成,故称铜帽,后来发现在铜帽上再镀镍,能使电池外观更美观,所以以后电池行业里全部使用镀镍铜帽。
因为铜的资源少、价格贵,逐渐出现了铁帽镀镍,以降低成本,但铁帽经常出现锈蚀,影响了电池外观,造成整批电池退货。后又在铁帽上先镀铜,再镀镍,而且镀上的铜层必须把铁全部遮盖住,才能保证铁不生锈。这样一来二次电镀的成本大大增加,而且二次电镀的废液,造成环境污染。而要处理废液又必须投入大量资金,使得许多工厂难以承受。
近年来出现了用马口铁材料来代替铜、铁等材料加工正极帽,此举虽可降低成本,但由于冲制工艺所限,只能用厚度在0.26mm以上材料来生产,如用0.25mm以下的材料生产出来的正极帽镀层表面就会被破坏,并破碎脱落,废品率极高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:采用新材料及新工艺来加工正极帽,简化传统工艺,使成本大大降低,并且保证产品质量。
本发明是这样实现的:它是用马口铁材料制成,材料的厚度为0.16~0.25mm。
所述的马口铁材料硬度为T2~T2.5,镀锡层厚度为2.8~11.2g/m2
其加工工艺是采用6~10道渐进模逐步拉伸冲制而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有材料、工艺成本低,产品质量好,无环境污染问题等优点。由于马口铁材料代替铜镀镍、铁镀铜、镀镍材料,使材料成本大大降低,并且不再镀镍、镀铜,杜绝了镀镍、镀铜废液处理和排放,减少了环境污染;用6~10道渐进模冲制工艺,每道模具尺寸非常精确,又经过6~10道逐步拉伸,每道变形较少,最终产品精度高,外观更光亮。
具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:以生产1号电池帽为例,采用马口铁材料,硬度为T2.5,厚度为0.20mm,镀锡层厚度为5.6g/m2,经6道自动渐进模逐步拉伸冲制出来的锌-锰干电池正极帽产品符合中华人民共和国行业标准QB 1971.1-94。

1、一种锌锰干电池正极帽,其特征在于:它是用马口铁材料制成,材料的厚度为0.16~0.25mm。
2、按照权利要求1所述的锌锰干电池正极帽,其特征在于:所述的马口铁材料硬度为T2~T2.5,镀锡层厚度为2.8~11.2g/m2
3、一种如权利要求1所述的锌锰干电池正极帽的加工工艺,其特征在于:它是用渐进模逐步拉伸冲制而成。
4、按照权利要求3所述的锌锰干电池正极帽的加工工艺,其特征在于:它是采用6~10道渐进模逐步拉伸冲制而成。
