Abstract

本发明涉及一种酸性板形正极板,该正极板由二块结构相同的导电板叠合而成,导电板叠合面四周布置主筋;每一块导电板上冲制有数量相等的进液孔,导电板叠合面上涂复铅粉,采用进液孔在导电板叠合面上加工成卷边或在导电板叠合面上布置加强筋的措施,来加强铅粉涂层在极板中的结合牢度,从而使铅粉在极板中,不易脱落,提高正极板的使用寿命。

Description

一种铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板
本发明涉及一种铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板。
目前普遍使用的铅蓄电池的酸性正极板,例如普通和干荷的蓄电池起动形正极板,其基本构造是一个板栅(图1)的两面涂覆活性物质(铅粉)。这种板栅式正极板存在以下缺陷:一是没有外围保护层,因而活性物质易脱落,使用寿命较短,一般只有一年左右;二是板栅缺乏韧性;三是起动电流较小。《电池手册》(国防工业出版社出版)公开一种箱式极板,是一种用多孔性的薄铅板,覆盖在涂膏式负极板两面制成的极板。这种结构的极板仍存在活性物质易脱落的缺陷。
本发明的目的在于克服已有酸性正极板活性物质易脱落,使用寿命短的缺陷,提供一种活性物质难脱落,使用寿命较长的新型铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板。
本发明的技术方案是包括导电板和铅粉涂层,正极板由二块结构相同的导电板叠合而成,导电板叠合面四周布置主筋,每一块导电板上冲制有数量相等的进液孔,进液孔在导电板叠合面上留有卷边,以加强铅粉涂层在极板中的结合牢度,从而使活性物质夹在导电板之间,不易脱落,提高正极板的使用寿命。采用这种结构的正极板,使用寿命一般在四年左右。
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明的技术内容作进一步说明。

该实施例是进液孔在导电板叠合面上留有卷边的铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板。图2反映其中一块导电板的结构图,另一块导电板结构相同,从略。
本铅蓄电池酸性板形正极板,包括导电板1和铅粉涂层5,正极板由二块结构相同的导电板1叠合而成,导电板1叠合面四周布置主筋3,每一块导电板1上冲制有数量相等的进液孔2,进液孔2在导电板1叠合面上留有卷边(见图4),铅粉涂层5附在导电板1叠合面上。进液孔2的卷边在冲制孔时形成,二导电板1叠合时,进液孔2一一对应。本实施例的进液孔2的孔径少于3毫米,孔距基本等于孔径。导电板主筋3厚度根据极板大小决定,其作用是围住铅粉涂层5,并作为电流主要通道,一般为5毫米,大型极板可增至1厘米。对于大型极板,可以在导电板叠合面上增设加强筋4(见图3),以进一步增强极板强度。为增强正极板的韧性,本实施例的导电板1(即锌板)中含有10%锡。两导电板1叠合用固定销或铆钉紧固,或用包皮将二导电板1包覆一起。本实施例采用包皮结构,即在一块导电板边缘上设置包皮,将另一块导电板叠合其上,翻转包皮卷边包住。
本酸性板形正极板可用作各种酸性蓄电池的正极板,尤其适用作起动型正极板。

Claims (5)

1、一种铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板,包括导电板和铅粉涂层,正极板由二块结构相同的导电板(1)叠合而成,导电板叠合面四周布置主筋(3),每一块导电板上冲制有数量相等的进液孔(2),其特征在于进液孔在导电板叠合面上留有卷边,以加强铅粉涂层在极板中的结合牢度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板,其特征在于其中一块导电板的边缘上设置包皮。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板,其特征在于导电板叠合面上布置加强筋(4)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板,其特征在于导电板中含有10%锡。
5、根据权利要求3所述的铅蓄电池的酸性板形正极板,其特征在于导电板中含有10%锡。
