技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的、用于电信数据技术设备的配线连接模块。
技术背景
常用于电信和数据技术设备的配线连接模块包括两排连接接点,它们设置在外壳的一个端面上。DE 27 25 551例如公开了一种这样的配线连接模块。该配线连接模块包括在电缆侧的第一排连接接点和在跳线侧相对配置的第二排连接接点,在电缆侧的接点可被视为输入接点,在跳线侧的接点可被视为输出接点,不过信息流也可以反过来。在这两排接点之间设置中间接点,其内可以插入测试插头或保护插头。这种保护插头的例子是3点式或5点式过压保护模块或者分级保护电路。如果现在在中间接点内插入一个这样的过压保护件,则中间分接头还有部分相邻的分接头将不再能用于检查和测试目的,或者为了检查和测试目的,必须把过压保护模块再次取下来,因此,在这段时间内,接点未受到保护。
DE 100 29 649公开了一种用于电信数据技术设备的配线连接装置,它包括一个外壳,在该外壳内设置可从外部触及的输入接点和输出接点,用于连接导线或者芯线,该外壳中形成有一个空腔,在该空腔内,在输入接点和输出接点之间设置功能元件。输入接点和输出接点要么设置在该外壳的同一端面上,要么可以设置在相对的端面上,在这里,输入接点设置在一个端面上,而输出接点设置在另一个端面上。由此可以明显分开电缆侧和跳线侧,使单根芯线或者电缆彼此不受影响。
在传输网络中,在电信网络的节点之间,除其他部件外还使用STM1接口,该接口与多个发送机和接收机连接,它例如由电子单元构建,目前其传输容量例如为每信道2兆位/秒。
发明内容
因此,本发明以所述技术问题为基础,提供一种用于电信数据技术设备的便于用户使用的配线连接模块,特别是用在传输网络的节点之间的配线连接模块。
所述技术问题的解决方案通过具有权利要求1的特征的主题给出。本发明的其它有利改进方案由从属权利要求给出。
为此,输入接点的结构形式是至少两排彼此对置的接点,输出接点被构造成至少一个插头连接器,至少第一排的两个输入接点和至少第二排的两个输入接点与至少一个插头连接器的输出接点连接,其中,第一排和第二排的输入接点通过至少一个印刷电路板与插头连接器的输出接点连接。由此,可以给一个信道分配4根芯线,其中两根芯线用于接收数据,另两根芯线用于发送数据。在此,在输出侧通过插头连接器进行跳线非常简单,所以,可以使用预先成型的电缆。
在输入侧,该配线连接模块以便于用户使用的方式形成,因为可以给用于接收用户数据的所有芯线分配一排输入接点和给用于发送用户数据的所有芯线分配另一排输入接点。由此,在输入侧提供发送和接收方式明确的区分,与在常规的端子板中相似,通过两排连接接点把系统侧和跳线侧分开。第一排和第二排的所属输入接点与它们的公共的插头连接器的连接在此通过至少一个印刷电路板进行。
在本发明的一个优选的实施例中,第一排和第二排的输入接点作为绝缘位移端子接点构造。
在另一个优选的实施例中,插头连接器以RJ-45插孔的形式构成。在给一个信道只分配4根芯线的实施例中,相应地,RJ-45插孔只有4个接点与输入接点连接,例如接点3-6连接,与此相反,接点1、2、7、8保持在不连接状态下(按照RJ-45的接点编号)。
插头连接器最好同样以彼此相对的两排的形式设置。在这种情况下,在输入接点和输出接点之间的电气连接必须部分交叉,因为必须从每一插头连接器向第一排输入接点引出两根导线和向第二排输入接点引出两根导线。
因此,在另一个优选的实施例中,在外壳内设置两个彼此相对的印刷电路板,它们彼此电气连接,这里通过电气连接实现交叉。两个印刷电路板的电气连接优选通过一个扁平带状电缆进行。不过原理上也可以使用其他电气连接例如插接件。
在另一个优选的实施例中,在印刷电路板上设置功能元件和/或保护元件,它们在电气方面位于输入接点和输出接点之间,例如滤波电路、放大电路或者过压保护元件。
在另一个优选的实施例中,外壳由多个部分构成,该外壳的至少一个部分用金属构成。除令人愉快的外观外,该金属外壳允许使用至少一个由该外壳形成的接地夹直接形成和通过触点垫可与印刷电路板连接。其他优选方式是,该金属外壳使用用于成型杆和/或成型轨的连接元件构造。
其他优选方式是给输入接点分配分离接点,其中优选给每一接点对分配用于测量和检验目的的一个自己的分离接点。代替分离接点也可以使用开关或者连接接点。

具体实施方式
图1表示在一个电信网络内的可能环境中的配线连接模块1。该配线连接模块1包括输入侧E和输出侧A,输入侧和输出侧的概念在这里只用于定义,因为信息流在两个方向上发生。在输入侧E上设置多个发送模块S1-Sn和多个接收模块E1-En。发送模块和接收模块每个例如为2兆位/秒的传输容量设置并以电子单元形式构成。单个发送模块S1-Sn在此也可以包括在一个上位发送单元SE中。同样,接收单元E1-En也可以包括在一个接收单元EE中。在发送单元和接收单元SE、EE之间的连接通过常规的电信电缆FK实现,在此,例如把每一芯线对分配给一个模块。在输出侧A设置一个采用SDH技术的STM1模块,在输出侧A和STM1模块之间的连接通过预先成型的插线电缆PK实现。然后,在配线连接模块1中包括属于一个公共信道的发送和接收模块的芯线对,并作为“信道电缆”传送给STM1模块。在输入侧E上在此发生按照发送和接收模块的分离,这在后面还要详细说明,而在输出侧执行信道分离。在此应该指出,发送单元和接收单元SE、EE也可以一起作为STM1模块构成,亦即配线连接模块1在两个STM1模块之间设置。

Claims (12)
