Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管接头,特别涉及一种适合于在容易腐蚀的环境下使用的管接头。
背景技术
已往公知的管接头包括从后端侧插入管的管状主体、嵌合在从主体的后端侧伸出的管周围上的前环和后环、紧固该前环和后环将管固定在主体上的盖形螺母。
上述管接头上使用的后环,为了提高其硬度和强度,实施了渗炭或氮化这样的热处理。该热处理能在不减少强度和硬度的情况下减小后环尺寸,从而使管接头小型化。但是,其缺点是该后环使整个配管的耐腐蚀性降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供使后环的强度和硬度提高并且耐腐蚀性不降低的管接头。
本发明的管接头具有从后端侧插入管的管状主体、嵌合在从主体后端侧伸出的管的周围的前环及后环、将前环及后环紧固而将管固定在主体上的盖形螺母,其特征在于,后环由合金制成,该合金包含有:按照重量%,C:0.001~0.01%、Si:≤5%、Mn:≤2%、P:≤0.03%、S:≤100ppm、O:≤50ppm、Cr:18~25%、Ni:15~25%、Mo:4.5~7.0%、Cu:0.5~3.0%、N:0.1~0.3%,其余部分实际上是Fe和其它不可避免的杂质。
根据本发明的管接头,后环的材质是合金,该合金包含有:按照重量%,C:0.001~0.01%、Si:≤5%、Mn:≤2%、P:≤0.03%、S:≤100ppm、O:≤50ppm、Cr:18~25%、Ni:15~25%、Mo:4.5~7.0%、Cu:0.5~3.0%、N:0.1~0.3%,其余部分实际上是Fe和其它不可避免的杂质,所以,可提高后环的硬度和强度,同时不使随着其硬度和强度的提高而容易变差的耐腐蚀性降低。
该管接头中,维氏硬度是按照管<前环<后环的顺序增大,最好是管的维氏硬度为150~200,前环的维氏硬度为250~300,上述合金制后环的维氏硬度为350~400。当为这样时,后环吃进管的量大,因此,可用前环及后环将管强力地紧固。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
在该说明书中,前后关系是以图1和图2为基准,图的左侧为前,右侧为后。如图1和图2所示,该发明的管接头具有从后端侧插入管(32)的管状主体(接头部件)(31)、嵌合在从主体(31)后端侧伸出的管(32)的周围的前环(33)及后环(34)、将前环(33)及后环(34)紧固而将管(32)固定在主体(31)上的盖形螺母(35)。
在主体(31)的中间部外周形成朝外的凸缘(36),在其前后两端部的外周上分别形成了外螺纹部(37)(38)。在主体(31)的后端部内周上形成了内径比前侧的部分稍大的大径部(31a),在其后端部内周上形成了越向前越细的锥面(31b)。
在盖形螺母(35)的前端部侧的内周上形成了内螺纹(35a),该内螺纹(35a)与主体(31)后端部的外螺纹部(38)螺纹配合。在盖形螺母(35)的后端部形成了朝内的凸缘(35b)。
在前环(33)的外周上形成了与主体(31)后端的锥面(31b)吻合的锥面(33a),在前环(33)的后端部内周上形成了越往前越细的锥状的环形凹部(33b)。在后环(34)的前端形成有越往前越细的锥状的环形凸部(34a),该环形凸部(34a)嵌入前环(33)的凹部(33b)内。
在上述管接头(30)中,当拧紧盖形螺母(35)时,盖形螺母(35)的朝内的凸缘(35b)的前面与后环(34)的后面相抵接,使其前进。于是,后环(34)的凸部(34a)嵌入前环(33)的凹部(33b)内,使前环(33)与后环(34)一起前进,前环(33)的前端部与主体(31)的锥面(31b)相靠接。当进一步拧紧盖形螺母(35)时,使得前环(33)及后环(34)的各前端部向内方变形,吃进管(32)中,管(32)被强力地紧固。
各部件(31)(32)(33)(34)(35)的材质如下,主体(31)、管(32)、前环(33)及盖形螺母(35)是由SUS316制成。后环(34)是合金制,该合金包含有:按照重量%,C:0.001~0.01%、Si:≤5%、Mn:≤2%、P:≤0.03%、S:≤100ppm、O:≤50ppm、Cr:18~25%、Ni:15~25%、Mo:4.5~7.0%、Cu:0.5~3.0%、N:0.1~0.3%,且其余部分实际上是Fe和其它不可避免的杂质。另外,维氏硬度是,SUS316制的管(32)为180左右,上述合金制的后环(34)是400左右,前环(33)经过加工硬化而成为300左右。
作为后环(34)的材质使用的合金,由于可提高后环(34)的硬度,所以可形成以管(32)<前环(33)<后环(34)这样的顺序增大的硬度差,结果,后环(34)的凸部(34a)吃进管(32)的量大,因此,可将管(32)强力地紧固。另外,上述合金具有即使提高硬度其耐腐蚀性也不降低的优点,所以能提高紧固力并保持耐腐蚀性。
工业实用性
本发明的管接头,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,而且可替换已往的管接头,所以能用于提高在容易腐蚀的环境下使用的管接头的耐腐蚀性。
Claims (2)
1.管接头,包括从后端侧插入管的管状主体、嵌合在从主体后端侧伸出的管的周围的前环及后环、将前环及后环紧固而将管固定在主体上的盖形螺母,其特征在于,后环由合金制成,该合金包含有:按照重量%,C:0.001~0.01%、Si:≤5%、Mn:≤2%、P:≤0.03%、S:≤100ppm、O:≤50ppm、Cr:18~25%、Ni:15~25%、Mo:4.5~7.0%、Cu:0.5~3.0%、N:0.1~0.3%,而且其余部分实际上是Fe和其它不可避免的杂质。
2.如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于,维氏硬度是按照管<前环<后环的顺序增大,管的维氏硬度为150~200,前环的维氏硬度是250~300,上述合金制后环的威氏硬度为350~400。
