Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种接口壳体,具有一壳体基本部分、一可回转地安装在壳体基本部分上的盖板件、一在壳体基本部分内的用来安装电气插接装置的插头和/或插座件的盆状凹坑。
背景技术
这种接口壳体是已知的,它例如可以固定在一配电箱门等等的缺口上,并尤其是设计成高防护特性的。
这里需要这种接口壳体结实,然而紧凑、成本低廉的结构,并且可以方便地实现高的防护等级。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决这个问题。
本发明通过权利要求1的内容实现这个目的。据此壳体基本部分具有一环绕包围盆状凹坑的平面法兰段,盖板件在其外围区内同样法兰形地平面贴合在此法兰段上,并且凹坑具有至少一个或多个壁,它们以一小于90°的角相对于法兰平面锐角形布置,并且至少一个穿过壁的插头和/或插座件装入此壁内。
壁的倾斜设置允许保持相对于法兰平面小的结构深度,然而这里也可以安装较笨重的插接件或其他装置。这里法兰可以用简单的方式实现密封的结构形式,并创造用于实现高防护等级(例如IP65)的前提条件。凹坑最好设计得用来安装一记忆棒-倾斜安装在一相对于法兰平面锐角布置的壁上。
被插头和/或插座件穿过的壁最好与法兰平面成一30°至60°之间的角度布置,以实现特别紧凑和牢固的结构方式。这里还存在这样的可能性,即直接将不同类型的连接件,特别是RJ45或USB连接件内置在壁内。
在高防护等级的结构方面特别是优先设置在法兰或盖板件上的一环形槽内的密封圈证明对于密封法兰段和盖板件之间的区域是有利的。

具体实施方式
图1-6表示一按本发明的带一壳体基本部分2的接口壳体1的不同视图,一盖板件3借助于铰链4-见图2-可回转地安装在壳体基本部分2上。
壳体基本部分2具有一盆状凹坑5,它被一法兰段6环形包围-见图2至5,盖板件3在其外围区域7内同样法兰形地平面贴合在此法兰段上。
在法兰段6上-或在与其相配的外围区7上-形成一环形槽18,槽内装一密封圈19,它使接口壳体1在关闭状态在法兰段6和外围区7之间密封(这里看不到)。
法兰段6此外还用来将接口壳体1安装在壁,例如配电箱等等的门的缺口内。这里接口壳体1的安装例如借助于多个穿过法兰段6的螺钉8进行。
壳体基本部分2和盖板件3之间的锁9防止接口壳体1未经允许的开启。
接口壳体在凹坑区内具有许多缺口,它里面分别以密封的方式装入至少一个或多个插头或插座件10-12。
其中凹坑5具有至少一个,这里是两个壁14、15,它们相对于法兰和盖板件平面不是直角布置,它们相对于法兰平面确定一小于90°的锐角α,特别是30°至60°之间的角。这里其余的壁13相对于图1的平面成直角或与它平行。
由于壁14、15“倾斜”布置,插头或连接适配器,如记忆棒(Memorysticks)16-图6-可以特别节省空间地装在凹坑5内,而相对于法兰段的最大深度不必与插头或插座件或者Memorysticks 16的深度相当。
这种接口壳体1使得可以不打开在它里面安装接口壳体1的配电箱或壁便可将对应插头或插座件或其他装置如所示的Memorysticks16连接在插头或插座件10-12上,并可以对集成在配电箱或机器内的控制装置进行编程、检验等等。
一种特别的优点在于,接口壳体可以以密封的结构形式方便和经济地实现,其中可以满足较高的防护等级,如IP67。
接口壳体优选由牢固和结实的塑料组成,其中盖板件也可以设计成透明的,以便可以看到接口壳体的内部,而不必将它打开。
在成锐角布置的壁14、15上可以连接极其不同的插接件,如不同结构类型的多极插头,如USB、RJ45,RS232,Centronics等等接口。按图1标准的RJ45和USB的插头或插座的导电元件或金属零件直接内置在壁14、15之一内,并被塑料以密封的方式包围。
这里在法兰段6上最终还形成多个标记区块17,以便方便地贴上标记等等。

Claims (9)
1.接口壳体(1),具有
a)一壳体基本部分(2),
b)一可回转地装在壳体基本部分(2)上的盖板件(3),
c)一在壳体基本部分(2)内的用来安装电气插接装置的插头和/或插座件(10-12)的盆状凹坑(5),此插头和/或插座件穿过凹坑(5)的至少一个壁,其特征为:
d)有一环绕包围盆状凹坑(5)的平面法兰段(6),盖板件(3)以其外围区(7)同样法兰形地平面贴合在该法兰段上,
e)其中凹坑(5)具有至少一个或多个这样的壁(14,15),它们相对于法兰平面成一小于90°的角锐角形布置,并且至少一个插头和/或插座件(10-12)装在这些壁内。
2.按权利要求1的接口壳体,其特征为:由插头或插座件(10-12)穿透的壁(14,15)与法兰平面成一在30°至60°之间的角度布置。
3.按权利要求1或2的接口壳体,其特征为:凹坑(5)设计用来安装记忆棒(16)。
4.按权利要求1、2或3的接口壳体,其特征为:插头或插座件按RJ45和/或USB标准设计。
5.按上述权利要求之任一项的接口壳体,其特征为:它按高防护等级的密封结构类型设计。
6.按上述权利要求之任一项的接口壳体,其特征为:在法兰段(6)上-或在盖板段(2)的相配的外围区(7)上-形成一环形槽(18),它里面装一密封圈(19)。
7.按上述权利要求之任一项的接口壳体,其特征为:法兰段(6)设计用来将接口壳体(1)安装在一壁例如配电箱等等的门的缺口内。
8.按上述权利要求之任一项的接口壳体,其特征为:壳体基本部分(2)和盖板件(3)之间构成有一锁(9)。
9.按上述权利要求之任一项的接口壳体,其特征为:盖板件(3)做成透明的。
