Abstract
本发明涉及一种搬运风力设施转子叶片的设备。通过刚性托架构件以及至少一个固定连接其上的转子叶片容放装置,提供了一种可以简化搬运转子叶片的设备。对于这一点本发明是基于下述的实现,即当转子叶片容放于本发明的设备时,尤其的一方面是风力影响,另一方面是质量惯性的影响被减小了。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于搬运风力装置的转子叶片的设备。
背景技术
因为尺寸较大的原因,安装风力设施组件和其他组件的时候,转子毂和转子叶片是分开运送到安装施工地点的。在这里,它们才被组装成一个转子单元。
为此目的可考虑各种组装方案。一种方案是在地面上就将转子叶片安装到转子毂,然后通过起重机将整个转子单元运送到组装位置并在该位置安装。
在另外一种方案中,则是先将转子毂安装在风力装置的头部。然后再由起重机将转子叶片分别地吊至转子毂并且进行组装。
然而,两种情况下都必须搬运重达数吨的巨大转子叶片,然后将其精确移动至相应的位置并保持在该位置上。
起重机需要借助皮带(或链条)来提升转子叶片、并将其移动至安装位置并保持在该位置上。为此目的,皮带绕转子叶片的预定位置放置。然后吊升和运送转子叶片。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种可以简化转子叶片搬运的设备。
在本发明书的公开部分提出的一种设备中,该目的是通过一个刚性托架构件实现的,该刚性托架构件带有至少一个与之固连的转子叶片容放装置。
在这一方面,该发明基于下面的实现:即当转子叶片容放于根据本发明的设备中时,转子叶片安装过程中的风力影响和质量惯性的影响可减小。
设置于所述托架构件上的球状旋转铰链可使具有转子叶片的所述设备在限定旋转平面里进行转动。为了能通过机器实现这种转动,可以在球状旋转铰链上设置旋转驱动装置。
相互间隔设置的孔眼可用于各种任务,例如固定保险缆和/或导向缆。导向缆使得可以在所述转动机构驱动装置失效时或者取代该装置从地面上手动设置所述转子叶片的方位。
为了具体化一个格外简单的转子叶片容放结构,所述转子叶片容放装置可以一个是围住转子叶片至少三个侧面的框架。
根据本发明的一个改进,转子叶片容放装置的一侧上枢转安装有一锁定构件。该锁定构件可使所述转子叶片容放装置闭合于其第四侧,使得能够可靠地防止所述转子叶片从所述转子叶片容放装置的意外滑出。
为保证转子叶片安全地容放于所述转子叶片容放装置,在本发明一优选实施方式中转子叶片容放装置通过固定锁定关系(positively lockingrelationship)卡紧所述转子叶片。
在一特别优选的特征中,所述转子叶片容放装置是这样一种结构:在所述转子叶片容放装置和转子叶片之间布置有衬垫以防止转子叶片的损伤。
在一特别优选的特征中,这些衬垫是可膨胀的。这样当衬垫开始还未膨胀时,转子叶片可置于转子叶片容放装置内。一旦转子叶片处于预定位置,衬垫就可以以预定压力膨胀。这样,一方面,转子叶片可以固定在适当定位,另一方面,又可以有效防止转子叶片受到伤害。
为了能使用本发明的设备来运输转子叶片,在一特别优选的特征中,设备具有这样进一步的结构:设置有用于充满和/或排空所述可膨胀衬垫的阀。还设置有能量存储装置和/或压力存储装置和/或至少一个用于电线路和/或液压线路和/或充气线路的连接的插头连接器。本发明设备的这种结构意味着所述可膨胀衬垫以及能量存储装置和压力存储装置可以进行充注。这样他们可与所述线路分离并允许将所述设备与所述转子叶片一起运送,在这种情况下,可膨胀衬垫中的任何压力损失都能通过压力存储装置得到补偿。这里的能量存储装置可以是例如具有合适大小的电容或者是化学存储装置比如蓄电池,用来在这种情况下为控制系统和某些控制设备比如阀的启动提供所需能量。应该理解,这种情况下还包括相关的合适的传感器。
在本发明的另外一个实施方式中,所述设备包括了至少一个托架杆和至少一个托架板。其中所述托架杆嵌入转子叶片内的贯穿开口且终止于托架板。这种设置使得托架板形成用于转子叶片的接触面,并且可具有一合适的大尺寸并可加以合适地衬垫。托架杆贯穿转子叶片,使得转子叶片和托架装置之间形成固定连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中显示了托架构件10。所述托架构件10为矩形。托架构件10的中心部设置有球状旋转铰链12。即使本发明的设备处于刚性悬挂,例如通过螺栓固定在起重机辊的头部时,所述球状旋转铰链可使整个设备绕竖直轴转动。
与托架构件10相对设置有底部构件16。其与托架构件10有基本相同的尺寸和形状。在托架构件10和底部构件16之间设置有侧面构件14。孔眼16图示位于侧面构件14上。线缆可以穿过所述孔眼26,这样就能例如允许整个设备可以围绕其竖直轴转动,即使它已经被起重机升起。
托架构件10、底部构件16、侧面构件14的排列提供了一根据本发明的容放转子叶片的开启装置。为了使装置能将转子叶片的四个侧面都能包围起来,可以布置另一个侧面构件18。不过第二侧面构件18通过铰链22枢转安装至所述托架构件10。这样,第二侧面构件18的枢转运动可以打开一开口,通过该开口可以容放所述转子叶片或从所述设备中释放转子叶片。
同时也显示了所谓的容器拐角20,位于托架构件10和底部构件16的预定位置。一方面,这些容器拐角20可使本发明的所述设备与具有相同构造的其他设备相连,同时还在例如运输转子叶片的过程中,通过本领域公知的简单方式,连接至所述运输车辆。
为了致动第二侧面构件18,可设置相应的合适的驱动装置以致动所述球状旋转铰链12。可以理解,致动所述球状旋转铰链12的可以是驱动马达,同时可使用如电、液压或充气的装置用于致动第二侧面构件18。
图2所示为本发明设备以及转子叶片29的侧视图。附图中本发明设备由托架构件10、底板16、第一侧壁14以及第二侧壁18组成,其中第二侧壁18枢转安装至托架构件10,所述设备内部设置有衬垫24,所述衬垫一方面可以将转子叶片29牢靠保持在其预定位置,另一方面可以保护转子叶片29免受由设备造成的损伤。
衬垫24是可膨胀的(通过气体或液体)。这样转子叶片29可以没有任何问题地容放于所述设备中或从其释放,同时转子叶片29仍可以一种简单方式获得支撑。此时衬垫24可充以预定压力,转子叶片在此压力29下可以被牢靠支撑而不受损伤。
图3表示的是本发明设备的一可选实施方式。该实施方式中的托架构件10稍小,但仍然具有球状旋转铰链12。应该理解,此时在球状旋转铰链12处还可提供适当的驱动装置。
纵向承载杆28布置在托架构件10的相对两侧。再次位于托架构件10相对两侧在这些承载杆28上安装转子叶片容放装置,包括上件11、侧面构件14以及底部构件16。此处显示转子叶片容放装置开口于一侧。应该理解,也可以在这个位置设置枢转安装的构件,从而允许所述转子容放装置可以在其开口侧闭合,使得可以再次将容放于其内的转子叶片的所有四个侧面均环绕起来。为清楚起见,此处省略了容器拐角(见图1附图标记20)以及孔眼(见图1附图标记26)。
本发明设备的该可选实施方式具有较低的固有重量。不过该装置中各个构件的设计应使相关强度足够。图4为本发明设备的又一个实施方式。这套设备特别适用于顶侧和下侧(即根据升力原理工作的转子叶片的减压侧和增压侧)之间具有通孔的转子叶片。该实施方式中托架构件10上同样设置有球状旋转铰链12。载杆30与托架构件10紧接,其一端与托架构件10固接。载杆30的一端设置有载板32,它与托架构件10相对。载板32可释放地安装于载杆30;这样,在移去载板32后,载杆30可以穿过转子叶片的通孔。随后载板32固定至载杆30上为载板32设置的所述端,这样将转子叶片(未示出)夹紧到位。
由于在间隙配合的情况下,载杆30可以一种特别简单的方式通过转子叶片上的通孔(未图示),但在运输操作中不希望这种间隙,因此可以在载杆上设置可变化的部分34,如可膨胀波纹管,用于填充所述载杆30和转子叶片(未图示)之间的中部间隔从而消除间隙。
图5展示了本发明设备的又一个实施方式。该设备同样拥有带球状旋转铰链12的托架构件10。另外,同样的,载杆30安装在托架构件10上,而载板32置于载杆的相对端。需要指出的是,在本实施方式中,载杆30可绕载杆纵轴转动地连接于托架构件10。载杆30的中心部也有锁定构件36。
关于锁定构件36的结构可以有多种不同的选择。这些方案包括固定锁定构件,它在插入转子叶片后可与载杆30一起转动,以至与设置于转子叶片内的对应的开口接合,从而形成与转子叶片的可释放但是牢固的连接方式。
可以理解,还可以设置可移动构件,它从原处移动入锁定位置,以形成转子叶片和所述设备之间的连接。
Claims (16)
1.一种搬运风力设施的转子叶片的设备,其特征在于刚性托架构件(10)以及固定连接于其上的至少一个转子叶片容放装置(11、14、16、18、30)。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于设置于所述托架构件(10)上的球状旋转铰链(12)。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于所述球状旋转铰链(12)处的旋转机构驱动装置。
4.如前述权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于沿所述托架构件(10)的纵向彼此间隔、用于拖曳线缆的孔眼(26)。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转子叶片容放装置(11、14、16、18、30)的形式为托架框架(11、14、16、18),其在三个侧面围绕所述叶片转子(29)。
6.如前述权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转子叶片容放装置(10、11、14、16)的一侧上枢转安装有锁定构件(18)。
7.如前述权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转子叶片容放装置(10、11、14、16)通过固定锁定关系卡紧所述转子叶片(29)。
8.如前述权利要求任一项所述的设备,其特征在于设置于所述转子叶片容放装置(10、11、14、16、18、30)和转子叶片(29)之间的衬垫(24、34)。
9.如权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于可膨胀的衬垫(24、34)。
10.如权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于用于充满和/或排空所述可膨胀的衬垫(24)的阀。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的设备,其特征在于能量存储装置和/或压力存储装置和/或至少一个用于电线路和/或液压线路和/或充气线路的连接的插头连接器。
12.如权利要求1到4中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转子叶片容放装置包括至少一个垂直于所述托架构件(10)延伸的载杆(30)。
13.如权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,载板(32)可释放地固定于所述载杆(30)的远离托架构件(10)的一侧。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述载杆(30)的截面至少部分可以变化。
