Abstract

Description

用于V型内燃机的曲轴
本发明涉及一种用于V型内燃机的曲轴。
为更好地理解本领域的现有技术及现有技术中存在的问题,首先将结合附图中的图1来描述一种已知的在美国专利US4730512中公开的曲轴。
该专利描述了一种用于V型六缸内燃机的曲轴,总体以附图标记1表示。特别是,该轴1包括由附图标记21至24(从图1中看为从左至右)表示的四段轴颈(journals),和由附图标记41至46表示的六个曲轴销(crank pins)。这些轴颈和曲柄销依次由以附图标记61至69表示的九个曲柄臂(crank arms)连接,其中第一曲柄臂61、第二曲柄臂62、第八曲柄臂68和第九曲柄臂69上分别设置有整体式平衡物61′、62′、68′和69′,用以平衡曲轴1。
如上所述的现有技术装置的主要问题是,为了借助于和曲轴形成为一体的平衡物来平衡曲轴,分别插入在前面的两段轴颈21-22和后面的两段轴颈23-24之间的两对端部曲柄臂61-62和68-69的外侧曲柄臂61和69,必须明显比其相应的内侧曲柄臂62或68厚。这种更大的厚度意味着曲轴的两个端部跨长X的明显增加,也就是说,在轴颈组21-22和23-24之间延伸的长度,相对于在轴颈22和23之间延伸的中间跨长Y而言,会导致曲柄臂62和68分别与相邻的曲轴销41-42和45-46连接的区域内的弯曲应力的增加。
当然,可以加大这些重要区域,以提高这些区域的抗应力性能,但是这又会导致曲轴整个长度的额外增加,因此也会导致发动机长度的增加。
本发明的目的是提供一种曲轴,其比如前所述的现有技术好,尤其是不需增加端部跨度的轴向尺寸就能获得平衡。
根据本发明,上述目的可以借助于一种具有如权利要求1所限定的特征的曲轴来实现。而且从属权利要求中还限定了多种改进特征。
下面将以参考附图结合实施例的方式来详细描述本发明,但并不局限于实施例,其中:
图1是根据前述现有技术的曲轴沿轴平面局部截取的侧视图;和
图2是根据本发明的曲轴的侧视图。
参考图2,该图中和图1中相同的零部件以相同的附图标记表示,一种用于V型六缸内燃机的曲轴总体由附图标记1表示,沿图中从左至右看,该轴依次包括第一轴颈21,第一曲柄臂61,第一曲轴销41,第二曲柄臂62,第二曲轴销42,第三曲柄臂63,第二轴颈22,第四曲柄臂64,第三曲轴销43,第五曲柄臂65,第四曲轴销44,第六曲柄臂66,第三轴颈23,第七曲柄臂67,第五曲轴销45,第八曲柄臂68,第六曲轴销46,第九曲柄臂69和第四轴颈24。
与前述的现有技术相同,曲轴相对于中间元件即第五曲柄臂65对称的那些元件形成为相等厚度的组。而且,为平衡该曲轴,第一曲柄臂61,第二曲柄臂62,第五曲柄臂65,第八曲柄臂68和第九曲柄臂69上设置有相应的整体式平衡物61′、62′、65′、68′和69′。
与前面所采用的术语相一致,在说明书的其它部分以及权利要求要求中,术语“跨度”将用于表示曲轴上位于两个相邻轴颈之间的一段,而且,分布在曲轴的两个轴向端部的跨度将被称为“端部跨度”,而轴向安插分布于两个端部跨度之间的跨度将被称为“中间跨度”。
在图2所示的实施例中,曲轴1的两个端部跨度分别安插于轴颈组21-22和23-24之间,而单个中间跨度则位于轴颈22和23之间。
根据本发明的第一基本特征,为避免在曲柄臂62和68分别与相邻的曲轴销组41-42和45-46相连接的区域内的任何弯曲应力的增加,两个最外侧的曲柄臂61和69的轴向尺寸可适当地减小,可使它们基本上与相邻的曲柄臂62和68的轴向尺寸相等,借此轴的两个端部跨度和中间跨度一样都具有相等的轴向长度Y。
根据本发明的另一基本特征,为确保曲轴1在减小了第一和第九曲柄臂61和69的轴向尺寸的情况下仍能保持平衡,该曲轴包括两个安装在各自轴颈21和24的外侧的附加平衡物71和72。平衡物71和72的轴向尺寸和上述曲柄臂61、62、68和69的轴向尺寸相等。
最后,根据本发明的另一方面,为了限制曲轴1的长度,用于固定飞轮(未示出)的承座(seat)80(在图2中已示出)直接形成于面对着该飞轮的平衡物72中。
如上提出的装置具有以下几方面的优点:
—可使曲轴的长度沿曲轴的不同跨度平均分布,确保了轴能始终保持平衡;
—由于后面的端部跨长的减小,因而减小了曲轴端部跨度上的应力;
—通过将用于固定飞轮的承座直接形成于最靠近所述飞轮的最外侧的平衡物中的方式,限制了曲轴的长度;而且
—与现有技术相比,减小了具有相同轴向尺寸的曲轴的质量。
当然,在保持本发明的原理不变的情况下,与此处纯粹以非限制性举例的方式所描述的实施方式和制造方式相比,还可以在很大范围内改变具体实施方式和制造方式。
尤其是,即使此处是参考V型六缸发动机来描述本发明的,但本领域的技术人员应该理解,本发明可以等效地应用到任何V型发动机中,不管气缸的数量是多少。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于内燃机的曲轴(1),其包括两个延伸分布在相应的轴颈组(21-22,23-24)之间的端部跨度,和至少一个轴向插入分布在所述两个端部跨度之间的中间跨度;曲轴(1)的每个跨度都包括一对曲轴销(41-42,43-44,45-46),每个曲轴销都连接在两个相应的曲柄臂(61-62,62-63,63-64,64-65,65-66,66-67,67-68,68-69)上;其中至少与设置在曲轴(1)的两个轴向端部的曲轴销(41,46)相连接的曲柄臂(61,62,68,69)上设置有相应的整体式平衡物(61′,62′,68′和69′),其用以平衡曲轴(1);
其特征在于:轴向最外侧的曲柄臂(61,69)的轴向尺寸被减小,以使曲轴(1)的端部跨度的长度(Y)基本上与所述至少一个中间跨度的长度相等;其特征还在于:曲轴(1)还包括两个安装在轴向最外侧的轴颈(21,24)的外侧的平衡物(71,72)。
2、根据权利要求1的曲轴,其特征在于所述两个附加平衡物(71,72)的轴向尺寸基本上相等。
3、根据权利要求2的曲轴,其特征在于所述两个附加平衡物(71,72)的轴向尺寸与两个轴向最外侧的曲柄臂(61,69)的轴向尺寸相等。
4、根据权利要求1的曲轴,其特征在于至少一个承座(80)设置在所述面对着飞轮的两个附加平衡物(71,72)的一个(72)中,其用以将飞轮固定到曲轴(1)上。
5、一种用于V型六缸内燃机的曲轴(1),其包括第一至第六曲轴销(41-46),第一至第四轴颈(21-24),第一至第九曲柄臂(61-69);所述第一和第二轴颈(21,22)和第三、第四轴颈(23,24)分别轴向界定出了曲轴(1)的两个端部跨度;第二和第三轴颈(22,23)轴向界定出了曲轴(1)的中间跨度;曲轴(1)的每个跨度都包括一对曲轴销(41-42,43-44,45-46),每个曲轴销都连接在两个相应的曲柄臂(61-62,62-63,63-64,64-65,65-66,66-67,67-68,68-69)上;其中至少第一、第二、第八和第九曲柄臂(61,62,68,69)上设置有相应的整体式平衡物(61′,62′,68′,69′),其用以平衡曲轴(1);
其特征在于:第一和第九曲柄臂(61,69)的轴向尺寸被减小,以使曲轴(1)的端部跨度的长度(Y)基本上与中间跨度的长度相等;其特征还在于:曲轴(1)还包括两个分别安装在所述第一和第四轴颈(21,24)的外侧的附加平衡物(71,72)。
