发明领域
本发明涉及获得由硫化橡胶制成的、具有“上拉(pull-up)”特征的板,优选复合板的方法或工艺,尤其是获得鞋底的方法或工艺,所述“上拉”特征是指它们受到机械应力如弯曲或牵引时经历色度(chromatic)变化。
背景技术
这种方法适于橡胶板,尤其是复合板,以及从所述板获得的鞋底,设计有多个工序,如冲切(die-cutting)、铣削(milling)和/或修底边(trimming),以在鞋的预定部分如鞋底弓提供不平的形状,和/或获得沿鞋底边的、朝鞋帮稍微“上升”的外缘,如公开在于2003年8月5日提交的、以本发明申请人名义申请的、题目为“复合橡胶板”的意大利专利申请VR2003A000096中。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供获得橡胶板,尤其是复合橡胶板的方法,由橡胶板通过冲切可以获得多个鞋底,在后续的工序中其表面可以经历所需的色度变化。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种适于获得橡胶板、并从中获得鞋底的方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种实施起来相对简单而廉价的方法,该方法基本不影响橡胶底的生产成本。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了获得橡胶板的方法,该方法包括提供并热硫化包含许多不同混合物的至少一层,由此获得带或板,并且
其特征在于它包括:
-将至少一层适于提供所谓上拉效应的可延展涂装产品涂覆到所述的所得板或带的至少一个表面上,并
-向所述板或向通过对其冲切所得的鞋底上施加机械应力,确定所述上拉效应产品的所需色度变化。
有利的是,一层或多层上拉效应产品包括蜡和油的溶液,或蜡的分散体,或清漆。

具体实施方式
实施例1
制备由硫化橡胶制成的复合板,并将Arz-3-33产品的涂料或涂层,即清漆(油和蜡的溶液,或水溶性蜡的分散体)直接喷到橡胶板上,所述清漆由Arzignano-Vicenza-Italy的Stahl Italia S.p.A.公司生产销售。通过将所述板弯曲和/或拉伸和/或压缩,获得上拉效应,即板上接受机械应力部分的色调变化或永久性发亮。
通过对以上述方式加工并进行修边、从橡胶复合板获得的鞋底施加机械应力获得相同的效应。
实施例2
生产具有总厚度为4mm、由硫化橡胶制成的复合板(具有不同硬度的两层)。在所述板上,使用凹面辊延展涂覆包含74%透明清漆Idropol 4417和25%NeroSpecial的一层,所述Idropol 4417和Nero Special分别由位于Thiene-Vicenza-Italy的Polaris S.r.l公司和位于Robbecchetto-Milan-Italy的SIC S.p.A公司生产。Idropol4417是透明而发亮的树脂,当用Nero Special颜料着色时产生光滑而发亮的黑色底漆。
使清漆干燥,同时使用具有凹表面的辊延展涂覆第二层上述的Arz-3-33清漆。
使第二层清漆干燥,即得半光亮的具有上拉效应的完工表面。对表面施加弯曲应力,即得到灰色调的光亮效果。
实施例3
生产厚度为3mm的硫化橡胶复合板。在所述板上,涂覆由Polaris S.r.l公司生产的一层Idropol 44004 Nero清漆。当该层清漆干燥时,使用具有凹表面的辊涂覆包含90%Arz-3-33和10%Ocra染料的第二层清漆,Ocra染料由SIC S.p.A生产。
使第二层清漆干燥,再次使用具有凹表面的辊涂覆第三层Idropol 44017,产生光亮而透明的罩面漆。
第三层干燥后,获得具有光亮罩面漆表面的板,经受机械应力后表现出淡黄色的光亮。
实施例4
重复实施例3的步骤,但使用由硫化橡胶制成的单层板,获得与实施例3相同的结果。
上述发明易于在权利要求书所限定的范围内进行各种修改和改变。

Claims (8)

1.一种获得橡胶板或带的方法,包括:
提供并热硫化至少一种橡胶混合物,以获得由硫化橡胶制成的带或板,并且
其特征在于它包括:
-将至少一个适于提供所谓“上拉”效应的涂装产品层涂覆到所述板或带的至少一个表面上,并
-向所述板或向通过对其冲切所得的鞋底上施加机械应力,确定所述上拉效应产品的所需色度变化。
2.权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于每一层上拉效应产品包含蜡和油的溶液。
3.权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于每一层上拉效应产品包含蜡的分散体。
4.权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于所述的上拉效应产品包含Arz-3-33。
5.权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于每一层上拉效应产品包含至少一种染色清漆。
6.前面权利要求任一项中所述的方法,其特征在于包括向所述的至少一层上拉效应产品涂覆至少一种底漆。
7.通过前面权利要求任一项中所述方法获得的橡胶板或鞋底,具有通过对所述板或鞋底施加机械应力而获得的色度效应。
8.一种橡胶复合鞋底,包含至少一层相对硬的橡胶和一层相对软的橡胶,其中所述鞋底可以经历至少一次修边操作,涂覆至少一层上拉效应产品。
