需要同时采用几个电台的技术已经由Martinez的美国专利4517562(1985年5月)提出，但是该专利仍然没能解决甚至没能认识到关于在大范围区域内安排和协调通信的困难的问题。这些问题由于可用RF频谱的竞争或者可能由于数据提供者和数据接收者之间的距离而恶化。
需要促进使用无线电信号来与分布在相对较大地区的设备进行通信的系统和方法。
发明内容
本发明包括用于开发和传送视/听射频活动的系统和方法。管理节点接收广播确定信息和广播非确定信息，并将至少一条广播非确定信息与一条广播确定信息匹配，作为视/听活动的开发的一部分，这个活动优选通过副载波频率发送到一个远程设备。
另一个方面包括一个用来开发和传送视/听活动到具有无线电波接收机的设备的系统，其中的管理节点设置为：从多个无线电台接受广播确定信息；作为广播确定信息和广播非确定信息的一项功能，自动开发视/听活动；传送视/听活动到使用具有副载频的无线电波的设备。
更进一步的方面包括一个包含具有显示区的远程设备的系统，该显示区位于从该远程设备请求视/听活动的信息用户的视线内。多个无线电台响应要求广播确定信息的请求，管理节点响应要求视/听信息的请求，这个响应基于广播确定信息和广播非确定信息两者之一或两者兼有。视/听活动通过副载波频率发送到该远程设备。
应当理解，本发明的主题对于为汽车音响系统提供可视活动非常有用。
通过以下对发明优选实施方式的详细陈述以及附图，本发明的多种目的，特征，方面和优点将更为明显，附图中同样的附图标记表示同样的部分。

图1是传送可视数据到无线电接收机的现有技术系统的示意图。
图2是管理节点接收广播确定信息和广播非确定信息的实施方式的示意图。
具体实施方式
首先参照图1，现有技术系统100包括广播电台110，各种类型的信息120-160，及无线电接收机170。已知无线电台以股票报价120，头条新闻130，交通报道140，体育得分150，天气报道160等形式发送可视信息到无线电接收机170。
图2中，系统200通常包括多个无线电台210，发送广播确定信息215到管理节点220。管理节点220也可以接收诸如股票报价230，头条新闻240，交通报道250，广告260，体育得分270，和天气报道280的广播非确定信息。广播确定信息和广播非确定信息是可视活动的典型部分(未示出)，该活动被传送到RF发射机290，随后广播送到设备295，如车载无线电接收机或移动信息处理设备。
在此定义，视/听活动包括可以用人眼光学(可视地)感知或人耳听觉感知的信息(即数据)。视/听活动包括以电子形式存储的图形，声音，文本，符号，照片，图像，因此视/听信息可能暂时不易由视觉或听觉所感知。因此，通过无线电波传送的数据也是视/听活动的一部分，尽管这些数据在其现有状态不可由视觉或听觉识别。视/听活动典型地包括内容数据和日程相关数据，如发送时间，广播频率，RF发射机的位置。另外，可以定制视/听活动的格式以适应现有技术，如RDS(无线数据服务)，RBDS(无线广播数据服务)，和DARC(数据无线信道)，因此，可视活动可以包含与下列领域相关的数据：节目识别(PI)；节目服务(PS)名称；自动频率切换(AF)表，交通节目(TP)识别，交通通告(TA)信号，节目类型名称(PTYN)，无线电文本(RT)，交通信息频道(TMC)，和节目类型(PTY)。虽然视/听活动至少包括一条广播确定信息和/或广播非确定信息，但要指出的是这并不是必要条件。因此视/听活动的主题可能是不包含任何广播确定信息的广告。
无线电台210通常是通过无线电波发送信息到普通的无线电接收机和其他设备的实体(如KIIS FM，KBIG，WNEW等)。但是，需要理解的是，无线电台的概念不应该只局限在能发送广播确定信息215到管理节点220的电台的范围内。
广播确定信息215是与无线电波信息的广播相关的信息。例如，广播确定信息包括播放表(如歌名或歌曲内容及歌曲播放的相关次数及日期)，节目信息(如节目名或内容，片断，地点，和播放的相关次数及日期)，可用频谱(如传送可视活动的可用频率)，广告时间间隙，广告内容，无线电台发射机的物理位置，无线电广播的覆盖范围。优选地广播确定信息215通过因特网被传送到管理节点220，但是其他的传输路径和方式，包括诸如美国邮件的非电子方式，也是合适的。
相反的，广播非确定信息230-280定义为管理节点接收到的不是广播确定信息的信息。作为源端(未示出)和管理节点220之间通信的结果，广播非确定信息方便地进入系统，这种通信可能是在因特网上的数字数据异步通信。可以预计，大量广播非确定信息将来自于诸如AP和UPI的新闻服务，但是广播非确定信息的来源并不限制整个发明思想。
管理节点220通常包括多个优选地基于网络(连接到因特网)的集中的服务器，但甚至也可以是分布式的。服务器，包括RAID驱动，可以在地理上是分布的和镜像的。
一个设备是否分类为管理节点220通常依赖于功能。管理节点220的功能安排可视活动的发送，选择频率，选择RF发射机，对数据编码以符合适当的协议和技术，对准设备(如通过序列号，地段号，位置，人口统计信息，心理信息，元数据参数)，通过反馈回路证实和审核(包括第三方审核)实际的RF发送，提供详细的报告，基于可用性或其他标准(如：拍卖)的动态定价；第三方软件集成的接口应用和维护订阅者(源端)和消费者(远程设备用户)的网络接口。管理节点220也负责与市场领导者合作(如：在电子销售和RF信号广播中)，接收，维护和匹配来自于无线电台的广播确定和广播非确定信息。由于安排播放和选频是管理节点的功能，所以，根据定义，安排播放和选频的设备就是管理节点，而不管其他的因素，如位置。例如，在地方广播电台选频的设备是管理节点220。
RF发射机290优选地由播送广播确定信息215到管理节点220的无线电台210操作。在其他次优选实施方式中，RF发射机可独立于无线电台，并仅仅用于播送和有选择地编码可视活动。可由管理节点220或其他一些实体包括RF发射机来对视/听活动进行编码以用于无线电广播。预计所述发射机可以在AM，FM，TV，(北美的NTSC和DTV，其他一些国家的PAL和DVB)，蜂窝/PCS，卫星频道内广播无线信号，而且期望，主信道和副载波信道都可以用来发送数据。
优选设备295是允许RBDS，RDS，和/或DARC的汽车音响。该设备也可以具有其他允许通过无线电波接收视/听活动的适当技术。除了汽车音响，下面是未包含的预想设备列表：移动信息处理设备，PDA，蜂窝电话，GPS设备，大众运输显示设备，购物中心显示设备(如自助服务亭)，机场显示设备，娱乐场所显示设备，运动赛事显示设备，街道设施(如车站的长椅)，视频游戏，电视，移动音频设备(如随身听，MP3播放器，等)。
关于设备295，通常预想有显示屏(未示出)连接到设备295。显示屏的一个实例是收音机前面的液晶屏。这里，并不认为显示屏的尺寸是个限制，但是，优选的显示屏是0.5英寸*2英寸。这样，显示屏上所示信息(即视/听活动)可以在显示区域滚动或翻页。进一步预计，视/听活动可用来输入GPS或其他补充系统。设想一个包括交通信息的视/听活动。交通信息可用来有选择地输入到一个GPS系统，该系统将考虑交通信息并计划绕行。本概念的一个扩展包括关于道路封闭的运输部门信息。
在一个优选类的实施方式中，用户可以选择存储视/听活动或部分活动。可以通过按方向盘上的按钮或其他合适的方法如语音命令“保存”来激发存储选项。对于需要保留活动信息的汽车司机，这种能力尤其有用。
设备295可以有按钮或一些其他设备来开启/关闭视/听活动的接收。另外，视/听活动可以是要求预付费的订阅的主题，这样，访问参数(未示出)可用来控制设备295是否接收广播通信。在使用访问参数的实施方式中，用户可提交请求以设置访问参数，该参数通常位于远程设备上。典型地这样的请求命令发送到管理节点220。因此，广播通信可包括远程设备的唯一的标识(如序列号，VIN)，而且，作为访问参数的值的功能，远程设备295可以接收通信。虽然本实施例是以单个远程设备为目标，但是，并不能由此推断出访问参数仅仅操作单个远程设备这个必要条件，实际上，通信可以以多个序列号和地址段为目标。
另一个方面包括重叠以增加成功通信的可能性的广播。例如，单个设备可以位于多于一个RF发射机295的射程内，因此，在射程内各个发射机可进行“重复”发射。当一个295发射机发生故障或出现干扰时，这是尤其有用的。
确认RF通信的信息可由确认服务器298跟踪，该信息包括接收确认，接收日期和时间，以及响应设备的RF数据接收的其他有用信息。通信失败表明远程设备不可操作或不再在发射机的地理射程内。
参考具体实施例图2较容易理解。南加利福利亚州的一个无线电台KIIS发送节目表到管理节点。节目表包括Brittany Spears的一首歌，管理节点将字符“Brittany Spears”与广播非确定信息比较。可能在包含音乐会日期的文件的一项上匹配。管理节点获取匹配信息并创建包含信息“6月22日在Staples观看Brittany Spears演出”的视/听活动。这条信息成为由管理节点安排的可视活动的一部分，并依照由管理节点产生的发送时间表发送到多个RF发射机。RF发射机通过副载频将活动发送到设备。在另一种实施方式中，视/听活动可包含语音数据如“嗨，我是Brittany，谢谢听我的歌”。
在另一个实施例中，司机启动车内内置音响的RBDS。响应广播确定信息的请求，无线电台将所述信息发送到管理节点。本实施例中，无线电台A可能发送如下广播确定信息“上午10:30股票报道”，而无线电台B可能发送广播确定信息“上午11点股票报道”。利用广播确定信息，管理节点可匹配广播非确定信息“微软股票上涨6点”。而后，管理节点开发视/听活动，在该活动中，信息“微软股票上涨6点”在上午10:30播放给调谐到电台A的设备，在上午11点播放给调谐到电台B的设备。视/听活动的传送可利用副载波频率，优选地是发生在用主频率播送信息时。
至此，动态创建，选择和安排无线频率通信的具体实施方式和应用已经说明。但是，对于本领域的技术人员应当明确，在此，除了上述说明，不偏离本发明概念的更多的修改是可能的。因此，除了所附权利要求书的精神，本发明的主题不应受到限制。而且，在解释说明书和权利要求书时，所有的条款应使用与上下文一致的最大可能方式解释。特别是，术语“包含”应解释为以非专有的方式引用元素，组件，步骤等，表明所引用的元素，组件和步骤可以被提出或使用，或与其他未明确引用的元素，组件，步骤组合。

Claims (28)

1.一种用于开发视/听活动以传送到具有无线电波接收机的设备的方法，包括：
从多个无线电台接收广播确定信息的管理节点；
该管理节点接收广播非确定信息；
该管理节点通过至少部分地将一条广播非确定信息和一条广播确定信息匹配创建视/听活动；和
通过无线电波传送所述视/听活动到所述设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述广播确定信息包括歌曲和艺术家的名称。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法，其中所述广播非确定信息包括艺术家的音乐会日期。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述广播确定信息包括金融片断。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法，其中所述广播非确定信息包括股票报价。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述匹配步骤自动执行。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述视/听活动包括由至少一条广播确定信息和广播非确定信息所激发的广告。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述视/听活动进一步包括图形。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括传送视/听活动到多个RF发射机的步骤。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中传送视/听活动的步骤进一步包括针对特定的交通工具。
11.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中至少部分视/听活动包括交通信息，并传送该交通信息到导航系统。
12.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括保存至少部分视/听活动到永久存储媒介的步骤。
13.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述设备包括远程信息处理设备。
14.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述设备包括允许RDS的接收机。
15.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述设备包括允许RBDS的接收机。
16.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中所述设备包括允许DARC的接收机。
17.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中无线电波具有FM副载波波段的频率。
18.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括在所述设备上显示至少部分视/听活动的步骤。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法，其中显示步骤进一步包括滚动显示这部分视/听活动。
20.一种用于开发和传送视/听活动到具有无线电波接收机的设备的系统，包括：
管理节点被编程为：
从多个无线电台接收广播确定信息；
自动开发视/听活动作为广播确定信息和广播非确定信息的一项功能；和
传送所述视/听活动到使用具有副载波频率的无线电波的设备。
21.如权利要求20的系统，其中所述广播确定信息包括与无线电台覆盖范围相关的地理覆盖区。
22.如权利要求20的系统，其中所述广播确定信息包括可用带宽。
23.如权利要求20的系统，其中所述广播非确定信息包括广告。
24.一种系统，包括：
远程设备，其具有一个显示区，该显示区在从该远程设备请求视/听活动的信息用户的视线范围内；
响应广播确定信息的请求的多个无线电台；和
响应基于至少一条广播确定信息和一条广播非确定信息的视/听活动的请求的管理节点，由此，所述视/听活动通过副载波频率被广播到所述远程设备。
25.如权利要求24的系统，其中用户请求视/听活动作为认知过程的一部分。
26.如权利要求25的系统，其中认知过程包括允许RDS的决定。
27.如权利要求24的系统，其中用户通过触摸显示区请求视/听活动。
