Abstract

本发明是在收容高功能性液体化妆品喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器中,关于内容物定量吐出结构的发明。本发明的内容物定量吐出结构包括安装在容器内的、在活塞托构件的下部具有液体流入孔的集液室,在中心杆的下部具有倾斜的段坎和托坎及具有液体吸入孔的要槽和开闭液体流入孔的开闭部,被夹在杆的要槽的弹性抽水构件,在其平面部具备内壁面开闭上述液体吸入孔的空间,在活塞内部与活塞一体形成,支撑中心杆的圆筒型气缸。在本发明的另一个构成例,为了简化结构而与活塞一体形成的圆筒型抽水体在活塞托构件的圆筒型气缸内升降而直接开闭中心杆的液体吸入孔,从而使内容物定量吐出。

Description

喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构
技术领域
本发明是在于主要收容高功能性化妆品的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器中关于使其内容物定量吐出的结构的发明。
背景技术
一般,以防止皱纹、缓和皱纹、美白作用、切断紫外线等目的使用的精华液、高级奶液、日晚霜等高功能性化妆品,其特性上,主原料大部分为维他命类或天然自然抽出物,而这些原料特别敏感而露在空气(氧气)或阳光(紫外线)中时,容易腐败。
为了解决上述问题,以前就有以各种结构生产的无空气类型(airless type)的化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,但,这些都是按喷管头,突出内容物后,其头重新复原的“喷管头复原型”结构,所以结构上把内容物充进、包装后,容器内上层部仍有空气层,因而容器内的内容物总跟空气(特别是氧气)接触而进行相互作用,从而具有容易腐败的致命缺点和其结构非常复杂的问题。
先行的韩国公开专利公报公开号第1999-0066973号“液体或者浆糊物质用吐出装置及其装配方法”中介绍有内容物的突出方法,但其构成为根据喷管头下压的压力而一次性吐出内容物而不能把内容物定量吐出。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决如同上述的诸问题而研究发明的。本发明的目的是提供一种喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,从而吐出内容物以后该容器内仍没有上层部的多余的空气层,容器内总是只以实内容物体积灌满。因而可以把内容物从空气阳光等,安全地保存下来。而且在使用中,也跟别的喷管头复原型一般的空气化妆品容器不同,每按一次喷管头时,内容物的抽水构件下降到所定距离,其下降的距离之量的内容物被吐出来,同时内容物的流入口因形成在中心杆的下端的阀门而被闭锁,从而使喷管头不再下降,实现定量吐出。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图详细地说明根据本发明的优选实施例。
在于包括收容液体化妆品的容器10,密封上述容器10的底面的密封构件15,安装在上述容器10的上部,具备喷管孔21的喷管头20,内装在容器10内,使弹性肋条31密封在上述容器10的内壁的活塞构件30,上述活塞构件30被固定,具有圆筒型气缸41的活塞托构件40,上端部套在上述喷管头20,在通往液体通路51的中心杆50和喷管头20施加弹力的弹簧60的真空类型化妆品容器中,喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构包括:中心杆向导圆筒30,在上述活塞构件30的中心部一体地形成,上述中心杆50的下部被夹;集液室400,设置在上述活塞托构件40的下部,具备液体流入孔401;液体流入孔401与上述集液室400和容器10的化妆品液体收容室相连通,形成在上述活塞托构件40的底面;要槽500,在上述中心杆50的下部周围壁,上部具备往下倾斜的段坎501,下部具备托段坎502;开闭部503,形成在上述中心杆50的下端,开闭上述液体流入孔401;液体吸入孔504,穿孔在上述要槽500中;弹性抽水构件600,内壁602被夹在上述要槽500里的空间601穿孔在平面部603,使上述要槽500的液体吸入孔504开闭,设置在上述中心杆50,使外周壁跟上述活塞托构件40的圆筒型气缸41的内壁贴紧。
图5,图6是表示本发明的另一个构成例的。它为了简化结构而不具备上述弹性抽水构件600,也能使定量吐出成功而下端构成具备开闭部503的,与中心杆50的身体部贴近的圆筒型抽水体310跟活塞构件30一体地构成,从而使其在与活塞托部40一体形成的抽水气缸410内升降,而使上述圆筒型抽水体310直接开闭穿孔在上述中心杆50的液体吸入孔504。
图样中未说明符号700是外套盖子。
以下参考图样详细地说明如同上述构成的本发明的效果。
通过上述容器10的底面收容内容物后,把上述密封构件15套住,容器10内就产生压力,因这压力而弹性抽水构件600就张开,而通过上述液体流入孔504流入内容物,可以吐出,而上述中心杆向导圆筒300下压着弹性抽水构件600的平面部603,从而其抽水构件就打不开,可以在收容内容物时,防止其内容物的流出。
收容在上述容器10内的液体化妆品,靠上述活塞构件30或密封构件15而维持容器内无空气的完全密封的状态。
图1的状态是:靠介入在上述活塞构件30和喷管头20之间的弹簧60的弹力而喷管头和固定在喷管头20的中心杆50和被夹在上述中心杆50的要槽500的弹性抽水构件600上升的状态。在此状态下,容器10内的化妆品,通过液体流入孔401,流入到形成在上述活塞托构件40的圆筒型气缸41的下部的集液室400里。
在如同上述的状态下,要突出液体化妆品时,按一下如同图2的状态上升的喷管头20,喷管头20和中心杆50就下降,同时当弹性抽水构件600下降,形成在中心杆50的下端的开闭部504在闭锁液体流入孔401的状态下,继续下降的弹性抽水构件600的压力施加在集液室400内的液体化妆品中,从而集液室400内的压力就上升,中心杆50继续下压弹性抽水构件600时,上述弹性抽水构件600的平面部603就往里压瘪而贴近于上述要槽500的内壁,从而闭锁上述液体吸入孔504的空间601的内壁602的下部就张开(请参考图2,图4)而集液室400的液体化妆品通过液体吸入孔504流入到中心杆501的液体通路51,往喷管头20的喷管孔21吐出。
上述要槽500的上部形成的段坎501往下倾斜而中心杆50下降时,上述中心杆50的倾斜的段坎501下压弹性抽水构件600的平面部603而平面部很自然地往里压瘪的同时内壁602的下部就张开。
而且中心杆50的开闭部503把流入孔401阻塞的状态下,液体化妆品就再也不能通过液体流入孔401流入,从而喷管头20就不能再下降,因而只是收容在集液室400的定量的液体化妆品吐出。
如此强制被压的喷管头放手时,因弹簧60的弹力而弹性抽水构件600的内壁602就堵塞液体流入孔504,同时开闭部503就打开液体流入孔401而因弹性抽水构件600的上升而产生的吸引力,容器10内的液体化妆品就流入到集液室400,以液体化妆品流入到集液室的量,活塞构件30和喷管头20就下降。
图5,图6,图7,图8表示本发明的定量结构的另一个构成例。
与活塞构件30一体形成的圆筒型抽水体310,在与活塞托构件40一体形成的抽水气缸410中升降而开闭液体吸入孔504。当下压喷管头20而下降时,中心杆50也同时下降,穿孔在中心杆50的液体吸入孔504脱离上述圆筒型抽水体310的下端部,靠中心杆50的下降压力而通过液体吸入孔504,吐出内容物;当中心杆50下降,开闭部503堵塞液体流入孔401时,内容物就再不吐出。因此,定量吐出就容易实现,也可以省略上述弹性抽水构件600而具有结构简单,制作容易的优点。
如同上述,根据本发明的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构具有结构简单、作用效果优秀的优点。因为本发明容器内没有空气层,从而可以防止内容物的腐败,而且操作简单,密封状态良好,可以延长内容物的保存期间,同时靠简单的操作,用一次的抽水动作可以吐出定量的内容物。

Claims (6)

1.一种喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,其中真空类型化妆品容器包括收容液体化妆品的容器(10),密封上述容器(10)的底面的密封构件(15),安装在上述容器(10)的上部,具备喷管孔(21)的喷管头(20),内装在容器(10)内,使弹性肋条(31)密封在上述容器(10)的内壁的活塞构件(30),上述活塞构件(30)被固定,具有圆筒型气缸(41)的活塞托构件(40),上端部套在上述喷管头(20),在通往液体通路(51)的中心杆(50)和喷管头(20)施加弹力的弹簧(60);其包括:
中心杆向导圆筒(30),在上述活塞构件(30)的中心部一体地形成,上述中心杆(50)的下部被夹;
集液室(400),设置在上述活塞托构件(40)的下部,具备液体流入孔(401);
定量吐出手段,设置在上述中心杆(50)的下部的要槽(500)和被夹在上述要槽(500)中,具有吸入或排出上述集液室(400)的液体的功能的弹性抽水构件(600);和
定量吐出手段,靠上述中心杆(50)被套住,与上述活塞构件(30)一体形成的圆筒型抽水体(310),而使内容物定量吐出。
2.权利要求1所述的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,其中上述中心杆(60)的下端具备开闭上述液体通入孔(401)的开闭部(503)。
3.权利要求1所述的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,其中,上述要槽(500),上述具有往下倾斜的段坎(501),下部具有托坎(502),内壁有液体吸入孔(504)穿孔。
4.权利要求1所述的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,其中,上述弹性抽水构件(600)具有设有开闭上述液体吸入孔(504)的内壁(602)的空间(601)的平面部(603)。
5.权利要求1所述的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,其中,上述圆筒型抽水体(310)与活塞构件(30)一体地构成。
6.权利要求1所述的喷管头下降型真空类型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构,其中,上述抽水气缸(410)与活塞托构件(40)一体地构成。
