技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵,特别是一种用于沐浴露或洗发素等乳液瓶上作抽取乳液的乳液泵。
技术背景:
现有用于沐浴露或洗发素等乳液瓶上作抽取乳液的乳液泵结构如图4所示,包括按头1、上玻珠2、主柱3、大螺牙锁4、螺牙7、活塞9、副柱10、弹簧11、本体12、下玻珠13和吸管14,上玻珠2与主柱3构成上单向阀,下玻珠13与本体12构成下单向阀;其中螺牙与乳液瓶瓶口的外螺纹相配,使用时将按头1旋转使之与大螺牙锁4分离,副柱10在弹簧11的作用下带动活塞9一起向上运动,活塞9与下玻珠13之间的本体12内的空腔内产生负压而使下玻珠13向上打开,上弹珠2将主柱3的上开口关闭,乳液瓶内的乳液被吸入本体产生负压的空腔内;当活塞9被完全顶起后,如压下按头1使活塞9向下运动,下弹珠13将本体12的下开口关闭,上弹珠2被本体12内的乳液向上顶而打开,乳液从按头1的出口处喷出;在长期使时因瓶内乳液的减少,所以必须在本体12上部开有换气孔8使瓶内空腔通过主柱3与大螺牙锁4之间的间隙与大气相通,否则瓶内将产生真空而使瓶子变形。
上述现有的乳液泵存在以下缺点,当生产厂家向瓶内灌装乳液后打好包装直到消费者将按头旋转脱离大螺牙锁时的这段过程中,因搬运时可能将瓶子倒置,瓶内乳液即从换气孔8流入本体12与主柱3之间的空隙15内,开启时旋转按头1使之脱离大螺牙锁4,本体12与主柱3之间空隙内的乳液将沿主柱3与大螺牙锁4间的间隙被主柱3带出瓶外,既污染环境又浪费了乳液。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有乳液泵中存在的在运输过程如果将瓶子倒置就会造成在开启按头时将本体12与主柱3之间空隙内的乳液从主柱3与大螺牙锁4间的间隙被主柱3带出瓶外对环境造成污染和浪费乳液的问题而提供一种即使在运输过程中将瓶子倒置也不会对环境造成污染或浪费乳液的乳液泵。
技术方案:
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种乳液泵,包括按头、上单向阀、下单向阀、主柱、螺牙、活塞、弹簧、本体和吸管;其特征在于螺牙与按头间设有保险环,该保险环设有薄弱区;本体的侧壁上对应活塞处开有换气孔。保险环的作用是防止在运输过程中按头被压下,此时,即使将瓶体倒置,因换气孔被活塞的侧壁封住,所以瓶内乳液不能经换气孔进入活塞上侧的本体内。用户使用前将保险环的薄弱区拉断,当压下接头时,活塞与换气孔分离,从而平衡瓶内压力。
有益效果:
由于采用了本实用新型所述的技术方案,使用前按头不能被压下,而此时,本体上的换气孔正好被活塞的侧壁封闭,即使将乳液瓶倒转,瓶内乳液也不会流入活塞上侧的本体内;使用前将保险环的薄弱区拉断,压下接头,活塞与换气孔分离,大气经换气孔进入瓶内,从而平衡瓶内压力。因此本实用新型所述的乳液泵即使在运输过程中将瓶子倒置就不会发生对环境造成污染和浪费乳液的问题。

具体实施方式:
图1是本实用新型所述的乳液泵的内部结构示意图。从图1中可见,所述的乳液泵,包括包括按头21、上单向阀、下单向阀、主柱24、螺牙25、活塞26、弹簧23、本体27和吸管29;其中上单向阀由活塞26和主柱24及其主柱24上的泄液孔2401构成,下单向阀由本体27和玻珠28构成,螺牙25与按头21间设有保险环22,保险环22设有薄弱区2201(见图3);本体27的侧壁上对应活塞26处开有换气孔2701。保险环的作用是防止在运输过程中按头被压下,此时,即使将瓶体倒置,因换气孔被活塞的侧壁封住,所以瓶内乳液不能经换气孔进入活塞上侧的本体内。用户使用前将保险环22的薄弱区2201拉断后,保险环22与液乳泵分离,压下接头21时,按头21带动主柱24下移,因活塞26与本体27内壁间有摩擦而使主柱上的泄液孔2401与活塞26的内孔分离,按头继续下滑时带动活塞26下移,玻珠28将本体27下部与瓶体相通的开口关闭(即下单向阀关闭),本体内的乳液经泄液孔2401流向按头21并经按头上的出口流出(上单向阀打开),同时活塞26与换气孔2701分离(图2的状态);解除按压按头21的压力后,按头21在弹簧23的作用下向上复位,主柱上的泄液孔2401进入活塞26的内孔(上单向阀关闭),玻珠28与活塞26之间的本体空间内产生负压,玻珠28与本体下部的通孔分离(下单向阀打开),瓶内乳液经吸管29被吸入本体27内腔。
