Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀部件,它包括框架、至少一个第一入口、至少一个第二入口以及至少一个出口。
背景技术
本发明涉及所谓的延迟阀,它应用于压力介质系统中,在压差达到预置值后的被触发时,打开通道。如已知的,这类阀相当复杂,特别在气体压力介质的情况,已遭遇到有关气密性方面的问题。另一方面,当应用于阀部件可能长时期不用的场合时,如在灭火系统中,阀部件的可靠运行也是一个重要设计因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一个完全新的介决方案,从而可能避免现有技术的缺点。本发明的目的是建造一种可靠的装置,它特别适用于灭火应用中。
本发明涉及一种阀部件,此阀部件包括:框架;至少一个用于连接至触发管线的第一入口;至少一个第二入口;至少一个出口;至少一个爆破盘,在未爆破时,该爆破盘关闭从第二入口至少至出口的通道;以及一个活塞部件,该活塞部件包括剌穿部件,用于以从触发管线被压力推动至第一入口的方式剌穿爆破盘;此阀部件的特征在于,当爆破盘已剌穿时,所述活塞部件布置成可至少在两个位置之间移动,在该第一位置时,从第二入口至出口的通道被关闭,而在第二位置时,从第二入口至出口的通道被打开,在第二入口与第一入口之间的压差达到预定值后,活塞部件移动至该第二位置。
发明的解决方案具有很多显著的优点。通过在阀部件中应用一件组合件,它包括爆破盘和同时起阀柱作用的可移动活塞部件,从而获得了可靠地解决触发时密封延迟阀的方案。此解决方案十分适合应用于高压系统中,如应用水雾的高压灭火系统中。

具体实施方式
本发明的阀部件20包括框架21,它具有至少一个第一入口26、至少一个第二入口27以及至少一个出口28。设置在本发明阀部件的框架中的是一件组合件,它至少包括一个爆破盘23(破裂盘)或等同物,在未爆破时,该爆破盘关闭从第二入口27至少至出口28的通道;以及一个活塞部件25,它包括刺穿部件24或类似物,用于刺穿爆破盘,当爆破盘已剌穿时,所述活塞部件布置成可至少在两个位置之间移动,在该第一位置时,从第二入口27至出口28的通道被关闭,而在第二位置时,从第二入口至出口的通道被打开,当第二入口与第一入口之间的压差达到预定值时,活塞部件移动至该第二位置。
本发明提出的阀部件20示于图2中。此装置是所谓的延迟阀,当触发用的管线2与压力介质源1’之间的压差升至足够高的水平(即在实际中,管线2中的压力降至预定值后)时,该延迟阀打开从压力介质源1’至管线2’的通道。装置包括框架21,框架21在其第一端设置有第一入口26,用于连接至触发管线2;以及最好在第二端的第二入口27,用于连接至压力介质源1’。框架设置有出口28,它连接至例如管线2’。框架设置有爆破盘,它在未爆破时,关闭第二入口与出口之间的通道。框架包括柱体腔22,在其中装配着活塞部件25。柱体空间22与第一入口26联通。活塞部件最好在活塞杆指向爆破盘的端部上设置有刺穿部件24。活塞部件设置有中心孔29,它最好成形在活塞杆中,以使它从刺穿部件起沿活塞部件的轴向伸展贯穿某个距离。活塞杆至少设置有一个孔242,它从中心孔向外伸展,在活塞部件的活塞杆的侧表面上开口。剌穿部件至少设置有一个孔241。密封部件243,它最好是一个密封环,被设置在活塞杆上,并与刺穿器相距某一轴向距离,所述密封部件基本密闭了活塞杆与套筒滑移表面之间的接合。活塞部件的活塞杆设置有密封部件243,最好是一个密封环,它被放置在与剌穿器相隔某一轴向距离上,活塞部件还设置有另一密封部件251。活塞部件及与其成组合而设置的剌穿部件能在柱体空间22中至少于三个位置之间进行轴向移动。图2表示第一位置,其中,剌穿部件停留在爆破盘的出口28的一侧。在第二位置上,剌穿部件已至少部分剌穿爆破盘,在此情况下,来自压力介质源1’的压力介质能通过形成在爆破盘23上的洞对活塞部件面向剌穿部件24一侧的横截面面积施加压力。在与第一入口26相联通的柱体空间22中遍布着压力介质,它以预定的压力作用在活塞部件的第一横截面面积上,由于在图2所示的情况中,第一横截面面积大于面向剌穿部件一侧上的横截面面积,因此自第二入口至出口的通道尚未打开。在第三位置上,活塞-剌穿部件组合件在附图所示的情况下继续向着第一入口26移动,从而当活塞部件的活塞杆上的密封部件243不再压在套筒211的密封表面上时,至少有一条通道打开在第二入口27与出口28之间。在图2的情况下,压力介质允许通过活塞部件杆部分中的中心孔29以及至少一个另一孔242进入与出口28联通的柱体空间22的这一部分221。在图所示的实施例中,出口28设置在第一与第二入口之间。
图1是压力系统的简图,在其中可应用本发明的阀部件。系统至少包括两个压力源4、4’,它们最好平行地加以连接,在图中所示的解决方案中,系统的每一源中包括4个压力容器4、4’。此外,系统至少包括一个第一压力源1以及用于打开从第一压力源1至压力网2的连接通道的装置,压力网2与第一压力源4相联通。用于打开连接通道的装置包括第一阀部件10,它设置在第一压力源1与压力网2之间。当第一阀部件10打开时,例如被控制系统7或手动所触发,网2中的压力上升。这具有打开第二阀部件3的作用,第二阀部件3至少设置在第一压力源4与网2之间的通道5上。当网2中的压力已上升至足够的水平后,第三阀部件6将在预置压力下打开。
随着网2中压力的上升,从第二压力源1’至第四阀部件20的通道被打开。这使通至压力网第二分支2’的连接保持关闭,直至第一压力网2中的压力下降至预定值。在此情况下,第一压力网2中的压力下降至预定值。在这之后,第二网2’中的压力上升,结果,至少连接至一个第二压力源4’的阀部件3打开进入至第二压力网2’的通道5’。第三阀部件6在第二压力网2’中的压力未达到预定值之前不会打开。
爆破盘最好设计成能承受高的压力和压差。有效压力通常超过30巴,最好超过70巴。压力甚至可高至300巴。爆破盘最好包括一个较薄的部分,剌穿部件的作用在触发时施加在此区域中。
阀部件可以是第二压力源的关闭阀,它被来自第一压力源的压力脉冲所打开。此阀具体讲是所谓的延迟阀。此阀部件通常应用于灭火系统中。
本发明提出的阀部件可特别应用于与灭火系统有关的方面,特别应用于与应用高压水雾的灭火装置有关的方面。压力介质可包括气体、液体或气体和液体的混合物。
对本技术的技术人士而言,本发明显然不受限于上述实施例,而是可在下述权利要求的范围内进行改变。
Claims (6)
