Abstract
一种车辆的加速踏板装置在一侧的一端与踏板连接,在另一侧的另一端包括具有插入凹槽的踏板联杆元件。配重组件可从踏板联杆元件的插入凹槽中拆卸或与其安装,这样可以将加速踏板的振动减到最小。

技术领域
本发明总的来说涉及一种车辆的加速踏板。更具体地,该加速踏板包括可改变重量的配重组件,将其制造成可从踏板上拆卸。配重组件可根据其规格安装或从加速踏板上拆卸下来。
背景技术
典型地,当司机挤压加速踏板时,由索缆操作节气门段,车辆的加速踏板装置控制传送给发动机的燃料注入量。然而,在踩踏加速踏板装置时,发动机的振动经常会通过索缆传给踏板。所以,司机会通过踏板感到不舒服。
发明内容
根据本发明一个优选实施例,一种加速踏板装置可以将踏板给司机带来的振动感减到最小。通过基于加速踏板的振动应用合适重量的配重组件而将振动减到最小。配重组件可连接到加速踏板联杆元件上和从其上拆卸。因使用自适应的标准件而降低了费用。
优选地,加速踏板装置包括在一端连接足板的踏板联杆元件。踏板装置还包括形成在另一端的插入凹槽。配重组件可从踏板联杆元件的插入凹槽中拆卸和安装在其中。配重组件包括承载重量的重物和重物周围的壳体。重物和壳体最好是一体的,且壳体与踏板联杆元件由相同材料制成。
壳体上面形成有插板,用于插入到插入凹槽内。插板的前缘上形成有锁定槛,来固定插板,由此其不会从插入凹槽中分离。在插板的后面形成有凸缘,以使插板固定到插入凹槽中。锁定槛与凸缘最好由弹性材料制成。
根据一个优选实施例,本发明通过制造不同重量的可与加速踏板相分离的并可从其安装或拆卸的配重组件,来将加速踏板的振动减到最小。根据本发明,只使用一种加速踏板,然而,可以根据需要的规格将配重组件的重物安装到加速踏板的联杆元件上和从其拆下,从而防止加速踏板的振动。

具有实施方式
如图1所示,配重组件连接到加速踏板,且如图2所示,配重组件从加速踏板上拆卸下来。如图1-7所示,加速踏板装置总的来说包括在一端部连接在足板2的踏板联杆元件4,并且包括形成在其另一端部的插入凹槽7。配重组件10可从踏板联杆元件4的插入凹槽7拆卸和与其连接。优选地,踏板联杆元件4使用铰接元件5在其中心部分安装到汽车本体上,插入凹槽7用于从其安装和拆卸配重组件10。
根据一个优选实施例,配重组件10包括重物12和包围在重物12周围的壳体14。通过将插入了重物12的壳体14注射成型,从而使重物12和壳体14形成一体是理想的。更理想的是使用与踏板联杆元件4相同的材料来制造壳体14,例如塑胶。当壳体14和踏板联杆元件4使用不同材料制造时,踏板联杆元件4的插入凹槽7和配重组件10之间可能会由于加速踏板的振动而产生缝隙。然而,本领域的普通技术人员应该理解组件也可以由不同的材料构成。
如图4和5所示,插到插入凹槽7中的插板15,设置在配重组件10的壳体14的底面上。第一锁定机构包括形成在插板15前缘上的锁定槛16,以固定插入到插入凹槽7中的插板15,这样在插入后,其不会从插入凹槽7中分离。第二锁定机构包括形成在插板15后面的凸缘18,以将插板15紧固于插入凹槽7,这样插板15可以紧紧地保持在插入凹槽7中。锁定槛16和凸缘18由相同的弹性材料制成。这样,插板15可以容易地插入到插入凹槽7中,并且一旦插入就牢固扣紧。
如图4和图5所示,配重组件10的插板15以箭头表示方向插入到踏板联杆元件4的插入凹槽7中。插入时,形成在插板15前缘上的锁定槛16钩住插入凹槽7的一端,这样插板15紧固在插槽7内。插板15通过形成在插板15后面的凸缘18牢牢保持在插入凹槽7内。因为使用了这种双重的锁定结构,加速踏板装置的振动引起的配重组件10和踏板联杆元件4之间连接的间隔减到最小。为了将配重组件10从踏板联杆元件4上脱离,推动插板15将其从插入凹槽7分离,这时,插板15的前缘上形成的锁定槛16不再钩住插入凹槽7的一端。
位于配重组件10的壳体14内的重物12可以根据各种需要的规格来制造,这样变化的振动可以减到最小。例如,配重组件可以根据不同重量的规格制造,可以这样基于特定的应用选择踏板联杆元件的安装和拆卸。
虽然本发明的优选实施例已经进行说明,但本发明不局限于已公开的范围,还包括对本领域普通技术人员来说明显的修改和改进,其保护范围以权利要求所限定的为准。
根据本发明所述的加速踏板装置,配重组件的重物可以广泛使用在标准的踏板中,这样加速踏板不必根据特定和变化的规格而制造。加速踏板可适于特定配重组件的特定重量用于特定规格或应用,并由此可节省加速踏板的制造费用和时间。
Claims (10)
1.一种车辆的加速踏板装置,包括:
在一端部连接足板的踏板联杆元件,所述踏板联杆元件包括形成在邻近相反端部的插入凹槽;和
可从所述踏板联杆元件的所述插入凹槽上拆卸或与其连接的配重组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加速踏板装置,其中所述配重组件包括:重物;和
包围在所述重物周围的壳体,其中设置所述壳体使其可连接到所述踏板联杆元件并可从其拆卸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加速踏板装置,其中所述重物与所述壳体整体成型。
4.根据权利要求2所述的加速踏板装置,还包括可插入到所述插入凹槽中的插板,其形成在所述壳体上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的加速踏板装置,还包括形成在所述插板前缘上的第一锁定机构,来紧固所述插板使其不会从插入凹槽中脱离。
6.根据权利要求4所述的加速踏板装置,还包括形成在所述插板后的第二锁定机构,来将推入插入凹槽中的所述插板固定。
7.根据权利要求5所述的加速踏板装置,其中所述第一锁定机构由弹性材料制成。
8.根据权利要求6所述的加速踏板装置,其中所述第二锁定机构由弹性材料制成。
9.一种加速踏板装置,包括:
加速踏板联杆元件;
朝所述加速踏板联杆元件的一端与所述加速踏板联杆元件铰接的加速踏板;
配重组件;和
形成在所述加速踏板联杆元件上的插入凹槽,其中设置所述插入凹槽并形成所需尺寸来与所述配重组件可拆卸地连接。
10.一种减少加速踏板振动的方法,包括:
确定加速踏板要最小化的振动;和
将重物连接到所述加速踏板上以抑制所述加速踏板的振动。
