                        技术领域
本发明涉及多角度数据的无缝再现,尤其涉及一种用于即使在角度改变期间仍然保证多角度数据的无缝再现的设备和方法,以及一种其上记录有多角度数据的信息存储介质。
                        背景技术
通过以多种角度拍摄场景并且将结果编码而获得的数据被称作多角度数据。当观察者通过再现包含多角度数据的内容来观看场景时,如果观察者想要看到以不同角度拍摄的场景,则观察者将角度改变指令输入到再现设备。在接收到指令后,再现设备再现用于新角度的数据。为了保证角度改变期间的无缝再现,多角度数据利用其中多角度数据被分为具有规定大小的单元并且单元以交替方式被记录的交错方法来被存储。为了搜索和再现交错的多角度数据中的用于一个角度的数据块,用于通过角度跟踪数据块的附加信息被记录到视频比特流内。

参照图1,角度块100以多个信元(cell)并行排列的方式而被构成。这些信元可以通过用户的选择每次仅被再现一个。形成角度块的信元具有相同的再现时间并且对应于特定角度。如果作为再现的单元的信元形成角度块,则用于特定角度的数据利用交错方法被分为交错单元(ILVU)并且被记录到作为记录单元的视频对象(video object(VOB))和作为记录单元的信元中。

读单元310从其上AV数据以MPEG-2 TS格式而存储的存储介质305读取AV数据。读缓冲器320以读数据速率Rud临时存储数据。源解分包器(de-packetizer)330以读缓冲器320的读数据速率Rmax读取存储在读缓冲器320中的数据,从数据中去除到达时间标记(ATS),并且以MPEG-2 TS包的格式将数据输出。解码器340根据包含在MPEG-2 TS包中的播放时间标记(presentation time stamp(PTS))解码MPEG-2 TS,并且在显示单元350上显示结果。
记录在存储介质305上的AV数据是通过根据规定的传输方法将音频或视频数据编码并且将其分割成具有规定大小的包而形成的包数据。例如,如果数据根据ISO/IEC 13818-1标准以MPEG-2 TS格式传输,则包的规定大小是188字节。作为进一步的例子,如果数据利用异步传输模式(ATM)方法传输,则包的规定大小是53字节。包数据可以通过例如电缆或局域网(LAN)传输。
当包数据以数字广播方式传输时,包数据间的传输时间间隔不是恒定的。即,发射机鉴于接收机的缓冲状态以适当的时间间隔传输包数据,并且接收机在接收到包数据后立即解码并显示包数据。
然而,当包数据被记录到存储介质上时,以发送时间间隔将其存储效率较差。因此,发送时间信息被加入到包数据中。当存储的包数据被输出到解码器时,包数据以其而被发送的不恒定的时间间隔是重要的。这是因为如果不考虑发送时间信息而包数据被发送到接收机则接收机的缓冲器上溢或下溢。因此,传输系统以其中发射机鉴于接收机中的缓冲器的状态调整包数据间的时间间隔并且以调整的时间间隔发送包数据的方式构成。

参照图4,关于跳跃点的信息被包含在片段信息中。位于相同位置的跳跃点具有相同的PTS值。为了即使在角度改变期间仍然连续(即,无缝)再现视频数据,解码器340根据包含在MPEG-2 TS中的PTS值读取并解码具有与用于当前角度的数据相同的时间的用于所期望的角度的数据,并且通过显示单元350显示被解码的数据。
跳跃点具有用于第二角度的关于用于第一角度的数据的位置信息。关于跳跃点的间隔和位置的附加信息被记录到存储介质的单独的空间中,并且被用于搜索通过在角度改变期间执行无缝再现过程而将被再现的数据的新位置。应该在相同的时间被再现的片段具有相同的PTS值。因此,从源解分包器输入到解码器的包的到达时间信息允许在角度改变期间视频数据的无缝再现。
即,为了即使在角度改变期间仍然连续再现AV数据,ATC值以及STC值保持一致。当用户改变角度并且新片段被从读缓冲器输入到源解分包器时,再现设备不根据新读取的片段的第一ATS值复位用于到达时间时钟的计数器。如果计数器根据新片段的第一ATS值被复位,则ATC中出现不连续并且输入到解码器中的缓冲器的MPEG-2 TS数据下溢或上溢,并且无缝再现不能被保证。
因此,在用于无缝再现的包数据结构中的用于角度的包数据具有合适的ATS值,并且即使包数据被改变,再现设备仍然不复位计数器并且根据预置ATC连续工作。
用于一个角度的数据的片段包含几个小ILVU。在存在有用于一个场景的多角度的片段的情况下,片段被以交错的方式记录。在此情况中,ILVU是跳跃的单位,并且每一ILVU的起始点被称作跳跃点。为了再现用于一个角度的片段,则跳跃到该角度的ILVU。跳跃点被用于在当前ILVU的再现完成后搜索后继的ILVU。在角度改变期间跳跃点也被使用。
关于在同一时间被再现的片段的跳跃点信息具有相同的PTS值和相同的ATS值从而防止不连续。跳跃点信息具有在相同的ATS值和后继的跳跃点的ATS值之间的值以实现无缝再现也是可以的。
图5是示出在角度的无缝改变期间根据ATC和STC的解码过程的示图。
参照图5,即使在AV数据再现期间角度改变,连续解码过程仍然被执行而不会引起ATC和STC中的不连续。即,即使当新片段被输入到图3中的再现设备时,计数器仍然不根据新片段的ATS和STC值被复位。为了再现设备连续再现视频,相同的跳跃点必须具有相同的PTS值。为此目的,需要跳跃到的包的ATS值应该等于第一TS包的ATS值、或者第一包的ATS值和下一跳跃点的ATS值之间的值。
本发明可以通过从包括但不限于诸如ROM、RAM、CD-ROM、磁存储介质、软盘、光存储介质、以及载波(例如,在互联网上传输)的存储介质的计算机可读介质运行程序而在通用数字计算机中实施。计算机可读记录介质可以在计算机的网络间分发,或者可被连接到网络的计算机访问,从而本发明的方法可以被存储为计算机可读代码并且在分布计算环境中被执行。
如上所述,根据本发明的设备和方法可以通过首先完成以一个角度拍摄的角度数据的再现、改变角度、以及再现以新角度拍摄的角度数据无缝再现多角度数据。
尽管本发明已经被示出和描述,本发明不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,可以进行各种变形和修改。

Claims (24)

1、一种其上记录有用于多个角度的AV数据的信息存储介质,包括:
至少一个片段,所述片段是用于角度的AV数据的记录单元,
其中,AV数据具有多个作为允许从该角度跳跃到不同角度的访问点的跳跃点,并且具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有相同的播放时间信息。
2、一种其上记录有用于多个角度AV数据的信息存储介质,包括:
至少一个片段,所述片段是用于角度的AV数据的记录单元,
其中,AV数据具有多个作为允许从该角度跳跃到不同角度的访问点的跳跃点,AV数据具有提供基准时间的数据,并且具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有与提供基准时间的AV数据相同的到达时间信息。
3、一种其上记录有用于多个角度AV数据的信息存储介质,包括:
至少一个片段,所述片段是用于角度的AV数据的记录单元,
其中,AV数据具有多个作为允许从该角度跳跃到不同角度的访问点的跳跃点,AV数据具有提供基准时间和后继的AV数据的到达时间信息的数据,并且具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有在提供基准时间的AV数据的到达时间信息和后继的AV数据的到达时间信息之间的到达时间信息。
4、如权利要求2所述的信息存储介质,其中,到达时间信息是到达时间标记值。
5、如权利要求3所述的信息存储介质,其中,到达时间信息是到达时间标记值。
6、一种用于从其上记录有分为片段的AV数据并且关于跳跃点的附加信息被与片段分开记录的信息存储介质再现数据的设备,包括:
读单元,从信息存储介质读取AV数据;以及
再现单元,通过搜索和再现对应于读取的数据的片段并且当改变到新角度的指令被收到时从用于新角度的片段的跳跃点再现用于新角度的片段来再现由读单元读取的数据,
其中,每一片段具有多个作为允许从该角度跳跃到不同角度的访问点的跳跃点,并且具有相同的跳跃点的AV数据具有相同的播放时间信息。
7、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,片段是记录单元。
8、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有与提供基准时间的AV数据相同的到达时间信息。
9、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有在提供基准时间的AV数据的到达时间信息和后继的AV数据的到达时间信息之间的到达时间信息。
10、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,到达时间信息是到达时间标记值。
11、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,当角度改变指令被收到并且用于新角度的AV数据被再现时,再现单元保持包含在再现设备中的计数器值。
12、如权利要求6所述的设备,还包括:
缓冲器,临时存储由读单元读取的读取的数据;
源解分包器,读取存储在读缓冲器中的数据,从数据中去除到达时间标记信息,并且将数据输出。
13、如权利要求12所述的设备,还包括:
时钟发生器,生成时钟信号;以及
计数器,设定作为初始值的初始计数器值,对时钟信号计数,并且将到达时间信息发送到源解分包器,
其中,源解分包器提供初始计数器值。
14、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,记录在存储介质上的AV数据是通过根据规定的传输方法将音频或视频数据编码并且将音频或视频数据分割成具有规定大小的包而形成的包数据。
15、如权利要求14所述的设备,其中,数据根据ISO/IEC 13818-1标准以MPEG-2传输流格式被传输,并且包的规定大小是188字节。
16、如权利要求14所述的设备,其中,当数据利用异步传输模式(ATM)方法被传输时,包的规定大小是53字节。
17、如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,数据可以在电缆和局域网(LAN)之一上传输。
18、一种用于从其上记录有分为片段的AV数据并且关于跳跃点的附加信息被与片段分开记录的存储介质再现数据的方法,包括:
从存储介质读取AV数据;
再现所读取的数据,以及
接收从一个角度改变到新角度的指令,
其中,该再现步骤再现对应于读取的数据的片段,并且当改变到新角度的指令被收到时,该再现步骤从用于新角度的片段的跳跃点再现用于新角度的片段,并且
其中,每一片段具有多个作为允许从该角度跳跃到新角度的访问点的跳跃点,并且具有相同的跳跃点的AV数据具有相同的播放时间信息。
19、如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有与提供基准时间的AV数据相同的到达时间信息。
20、如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,具有相同跳跃点的AV数据具有在提供基准时间的AV数据的到达时间信息和后继的AV数据的到达时间信息之间的到达时间信息。
21、如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,到达时间信息是到达时间标记值。
22、如权利要求18所述的方法,其中,当角度改变指令被收到时,读取的数据再现步骤保持包含在再现设备中的计数器值。
23、一种计算机可读记录介质,在其上记录有用于使计算机执行从其上记录有被分为片段的AV数据并且关于跳跃点的附加信息被与片段分开记录的存储介质再现数据的方法的程序代码,该方法包括:
从存储介质读取AV数据;
再现读取的数据;以及
接收从一个角度改变到新角度的指令,
其中,该再现步骤再现对应于读取的数据的片段,并且当改变到新角度的指令被收到时,该再现步骤从用于新角度的片段的跳跃点再现用于新角度的片段,并且
其中,每一片段具有多个作为允许从该角度跳跃到新角度的访问点的跳跃点,并且具有相同的跳跃点的AV数据具有相同的播放时间信息。
24、一种无缝再现多角度数据的方法,包括:
完成用于第一角度的角度数据的再现;
改变将被再现的角度;以及
再现用于第二角度的角度数据,
其中,角度数据具有多个作为允许从第一角度跳跃到第二角度的访问点的跳跃点,并且具有相同的跳跃点的角度数据具有相同的播放时间信息。
