Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及体液采集装置,带有一个细管,细管在其前端携带罩,罩带有可刺穿的塞子,用于可套在罩上的导套,导套在靠近罩的面上具有带橡胶阀的针头,在远离罩的面上具有连接件或者双面针头的前部。
背景技术
无论是从血管或者从献血袋中采血还是从收集容器中采集例如尿样都需要这种装置。在这种情况下出现的困难在于,当组装或把导套套在罩上时,包围或裹住针头的手风琴式收缩的橡胶阀,施加一种反作用于导套和罩之间保持力的弹力和恢复力,会导致罩的导套从帽上脱落。为避免这个问题必须采取对策。
在DE 30 49 503 C公开的采血装置中,在采集管前端封闭采集管的帽具有圆柱体轴向凸起的罩。罩在其前端通过可刺穿的封闭塞封闭,塞子平放在具有中心孔的罩的端板上并由前端上卷边的管颈保持。管状导套可轴向移动和转动设置在罩上,管状导套的前端上,夹具内携带具有双面刺刃的针头,其从导套伸出端用于插入静脉,而其后端深入到导套内,从而在将导套安装在采集管上时刺穿密封塞。针头深入导套内的后端被囊状的长软管(橡胶阀)包住,从而针头后端的刺刃在软管伸长时不会接触到软管的底部。
为将双针头与罩连接,使导套尽管橡胶阀的弹力仍保持在罩上其位置内,罩具有侧凸的固定块,与导套上的角状槽口相配合。借助于导入分布在圆周上槽内的固定块,在与双针头处于罩上的导套间隙配合下,可以通过卡式锁紧连接转动锁住导套。这种转动锁紧保证采血装置的组合部件更可靠地固定,但其生产成本有所提高。此外,导套连接或套装和锁紧的前提是,必须首先用封闭的螺纹帽或拴塞帽转动采集管,使固定块与导入槽处于一个平面,这需要仔细操作,因为各部件必须有目的地彼此对正。
DE 692 25 609 T2公开了一种护套,用于保护旋入针头夹具内的针头。为使护套可以环绕夹具转动,护套利用内部具有环形槽的环造型合理地设置在夹具罩上构成的凸起部上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种上述类型的装置,带有操作简单和可靠连接的两个组合件,降低了生产成本,在操作简单的同时,在导套和罩之间产生一种大于橡胶阀反作用弹力(恢复力)的保持力。
依据本发明,该目的的第一、第二和其他实施例分别利用权利要求1、2和3所述特征得以实现。
在任何情况下都基于以下认识,例如,通常作为保持件使用的纵向肋虽然可以在导套和拴塞罩或者螺纹罩的帽之间产生附着,但是,无法保证该装置的两个组合件可靠配合-要么过紧,要么由于预张力不够而过松,以至于在取下采集后的采集管和装上下一个空采集管时,可以说很偶然才能出现正常附着。与此相反,由于采取了依据本发明的措施,能够可靠地做到这一点,例如,在导套套插之前的原始位置上,由于例如罩凸起或者桶状的外轮廓或者导套凸起或者桶状的内轮廓,后部的连接区尺寸加大(参见图2),或这两种措施相互结合,有选择地通过至少一个保持件(如纵向肋,凸起,凸块或者类似造型)构成凸起的罩处于这种状态,例如通过壁厚变薄或者降低材料刚性,使它受套插时刚性变形硬导套的作用并通过径向远离的保持件或凸起的轮廓传递的力弹性向内偏移,但与此同时向导套施加一种使导套抵消作用于罩上的恢复力或弹力的力。
在依据本发明的另一实施例中,与罩表面远离或凸起的保持件弹性侧向偏移,方法是纵向肋或者取代其例如相互紧密排列的凸块或短片或者类似的保持件,环绕其纵轴在罩的圆周方向上侧向压移。因此,尽管插塞连接件(导套和罩)具有的直径相对较小,仍能达到所要求的自夹紧保持,其中,这些部件同时比传统的Luer锥形连接更容易和更省力地组合和拆开。
通过罩的偏移或罩处于保持件的区域内或者罩和/或者导套的凸起的轮廓,由于通过刚性导套向内变形的罩壁或者罩至少局部从其正常定向位置向侧向偏移而产生的力的作用,或以预张力作用于压移保持件的夹紧,也就是说此时产生保持力,以至于橡胶阀的恢复力不会将导套与罩脱开。各自在刚性变形导套的力的作用下,由于直径比产生的要么罩暂时的径向偏移变形要么只是保持件的侧向偏移,可以借助材料特性通过相应确定尺寸和弹性来确定。
因此始终实现了刚性变形的导套与罩的相互配合和这些部件之间具有的直径加大,由此在连接区内由于力量合理的连接而取得保持力。通过下列方法也可以达到这一点,即罩具有那种弹性变形的特性,例如在所使用的塑料和/或者确定其壁厚尺寸方面,从而在套插上导套时,罩壁径向向内偏移。加大弹性变形构成的罩的尺寸和罩的偏移也可以通过下列方式实现,即例如可以具有纵向肋,凸起或者其他局部加高的导套的内径小于罩的外径,然后罩可以是圆柱体的,同时在导套的力的作用下径向向内偏移。而在保持件侧向偏移的情况下,罩具有与导套同样的变形刚性。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出的采血装置包括带有罩7或107的采血管1和在所有实施例中均以Luer圆锥体示出的导套2,导套内装有由橡胶阀3包围的,具有尖头刺刃4的针头5。在导套的另一变化中,在远离罩的侧面上具有连接件或者双面针头的前部。导套2由刚性变形的硬塑料材料构成。采集管1上方利用帽9封闭,该帽具有圆柱形罩7。在实施例中,该罩在其外圆周上或其罩壁上,在圆周上分布多个在这里以纵向肋构成的保持件8,它们大致从罩长度的中间开始一直延伸到罩底部。作为保持件例如也可以选择具有彼此紧密排列的凸块或者类似造型,或罩外轮廓和/或者导套内轮廓采用相同作用的造型,例如凸起或者桶状。在由凸起的轮廓或由保持件8确定的连接区内存在直径加大,也就是说,罩7的外径大于导套2的内径。与图示不同,在导套的内径局部小于罩的外径情况下,与导套2和罩7相关的这种直径加大会有规律地存在。
为进行采血,导套2和采集管1通过插接相互连接,也就是说,将刚性变形的导套2套在拴塞帽6的罩7上。在此方面,橡胶阀3的底部首先触到凹陷设置在罩6内的拴塞上。当继续套插时,橡胶阀3手风琴式收缩(参见图2),被针头后端5的刺刃4刺穿,刺刃然后穿过拴塞,从而刺刃4自由处于采集管1的内部。只要刚性变形的导套2随着与保持件8(这里为纵向肋)增加接触到达图2其最终位置,在稳定的导套2通过保持件8传递力的情况下,罩7与此相应变形的壁在力作用的该段内由于导套2的移动而径向向内偏移为收缩状,正如从图2所看到的那样。导套2此后在预张力下以所要求的保持力可靠地与帽6的罩7相配合。
在下述情况下也可以产生这种保持作用,即依据图3-6的实施例-在这里与上述实施例相同的部件采用相同的参考符号-罩107在套插刚性变形的导套2时保持其原始轮廓或形状,并且保持件或纵向肋108这样构成,使其在套插导套2时仅它们偏移,例如在罩相对于罩壁的圆周方向上,或侧面压向导套2的内表面或环绕其纵轴9翻转,正像图5和6清楚地所示那样。在这种情况下,罩107与导套2同样刚性变形,而保持件108弹性变形。
总体来说,根据图1和2以及3-6的实施例,在导套内径始终不变的情况下,当将导套套插在拴塞帽上时,根据材料特性和适当调整,在无负荷状态下包括保持件在内相对于导套内径具有加大尺寸的罩的外径变小,方法是要么罩在连接区内径向向内偏移,要么保持件侧向偏移。但是,在下述情况下也可以施加要求的保持力,即刚性变形导套的内径局部小于罩的外径,从而罩壁同样不变地向内偏移,或者罩采用凸起的轮廓(例如凸起或者桶状)构成。
Claims (3)
1.采集体液的装置,带有采集管(1),采集管在其前端具有罩(7),该罩带有用于可套插导套(2)的可刺穿的塞子,该导套在靠近罩的面上具有带橡胶阀(3)的针头(5),在背离罩的面上具有连接件或者双面针头的前部,其特征在于,罩(7)具有向内变形区,该区内的罩外壁和刚性变形构成的导套(2)的内壁在其互补区内,相对于罩(7)的其余外部区域和导套(2)的其余内部区域构成凸起的轮廓,该轮廓在套插刚性变形的导套时将罩(10)的壁径向向内变形,由此在罩和导套的组合使用位置上产生摩擦连接,其保持力大于橡胶阀(3)的恢复力。
2.采集体液的装置,带有采集管(1),采集管在其前端具有罩(7),该罩带有用于可套插导套(2)的可刺穿的塞子,导套在靠近罩的面上具有带橡胶阀(3)的针头(5),在背离罩的面上具有连接件或者双面针头的前部,其特征在于,罩(7)具有向内变形区,设计成刚性变形的导套(2)的内壁在其与罩(7)变形部分的互补区内相对于导套(2)的其余的内部区域构成凸起的轮廓,该轮廓在套插刚性变形的导套时将罩(7)的壁径向向内变形,由此在罩和导套的组合使用位置上产生摩擦连接,其保持力大于橡胶阀(3)的恢复力。
3.采集体液的装置,带有采集管(1),采集管在其前端具有带可刺穿塞子的罩(107),其中,该罩(107)在其外圆周上携带至少一个用于可套插在罩上的导套(2)径向背离的保持件(108),导套在靠近罩的面上具有带橡胶阀(3)的针头(5),在远离罩的面上具有连接件或者双面针头的前部,其特征在于,罩(107)连同至少一个保持件(108)在连接区内与刚性变形导套(2)的内径相关采用加大尺寸构成,保持件(108)处于这样一种状态,它们在套插刚性变形的导套(2)时侧向偏移,在导套(2)和罩(107)的组合使用位置上施加大于橡胶阀(3)恢复力的保持力。
