Abstract

本发明公开一种人工种植牙移植体,它包括本体,本体的侧表面形成螺纹、上表面设有固定孔,内部形成空腔;插入在上述本体的空腔内,且其一部分突出到本体上表面的缓冲辅材;插入在缓冲辅材内部,并固定在空腔内的防旋转辅材;在缓冲辅材上方与本体结合、为防止缓冲辅材脱落在其上形成与本体固定孔相对应的通孔的固定辅材;贯通固定辅材上的通孔、插入并固定在本体上部的固定孔内用来防止固定辅材在本体上方旋转和脱落的固定销;插入到缓冲辅材内部,并被本体空腔内部的防旋转辅材固定、其一部分突出到上方用来固定人工移植牙的支柱。它可减少咀嚼食物时产生的咬压对牙槽骨的冲击、消除咀嚼食物时的异物感、并具有缓冲作用。

Description

人工种植牙移植体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种牙科医疗用品,特别是一种在移植人工种植牙时所用的人工种植牙移植体。
背景技术
如图1所示,固定在牙槽骨的自然牙齿的结构;牙床200保护牙槽骨100和牙齿400之间形成的齿柱韧带300,咀嚼食物时上下齿相接触并咬合。
在上下牙齿相咬合时,齿柱韧带300将缓冲自然牙齿400,并分散传到牙槽骨100的咬压,用以保护牙槽骨100。
由于人们疏于对自然牙齿的爱护,使其受到损坏从而将影响人对食物的正常咀嚼动作,最终不得已移植人工种植牙代替自然牙齿。
固定在牙槽骨的人工种植牙大都固定在移植到牙槽骨的移植体之上。
传统的人工种植牙的固定技术先切开齿柱韧带,将人工移植牙的本体拧进牙槽骨内,然后再将人工移植牙的齿柱插在本体之上。
如上所述,因人工移植牙移植体的本体和齿柱未能缓冲咀嚼时所发生的咬压,其咬压将直接传到牙槽骨上,长期使用其牙槽骨将下陷,露出移植体的本体,更为甚者,将有可能产生自然牙和人工移植牙的高度不平等问题。
再者,因人工移植牙的移植体被牙槽骨固定,移植牙未能达到自然牙的缓冲效果,咀嚼食物时免不了会产生异物感。通过螺丝螺母结构与本体结合的人工牙的齿柱,可在本体内旋转,直接影响人工牙的美观效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以有效克服上述问题发生的,可减少咀嚼食物时产生的咬压对牙槽骨的冲击、消除咀嚼食物时的异物感、并具有缓冲缓冲辅材的人工种植牙移植体。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括本体,本体的侧表面形成螺纹、上表面设有固定孔,内部形成空腔;
插入在上述本体的空腔内,且其一部分突出到本体上表面的缓冲辅材;插入在缓冲辅材内部,并固定在空腔内的防旋转辅材;
在缓冲辅材上方与本体结合、为防止缓冲辅材脱落在上方形成与本体固定孔相对应的通孔的固定辅材;
贯通固定辅材上的通孔、插入并固定在本体上部的固定孔内用来防止固定辅材在本体上方旋转和脱落的固定销;
插入到缓冲辅材内部,并被本体空腔内部的防旋转辅材固定、其一部分突出到上方用来固定人工移植牙的支柱;
为了防止辅材在本体内部的转动,上述的本体空腔为多角形结构,插入其内的缓冲辅材和防旋转辅材为与本体空腔相应的多角形结构。
本发明将固定辅材夹在固定在牙槽骨上的本体和本体上的支柱之间,从而避免将咀嚼食物时所产生的咬压直接传到牙槽骨上,缓冲其咬压,最终可保护牙槽骨防止下陷。另外,因其种植牙被缓冲辅材缓冲,将消除种植牙的异物感。在被牙槽骨固定的本体内部形成多角形空腔,其内固定带有支柱的与空腔结构相对应的呈多角形的防旋转辅材,用来防止辅材在本体内部的转动,最终使牙齿的排列更为整齐牢固。

具体实施方式
对本发明所涉及的具有缓冲辅材的人工种植牙移植体实施例将参考附图进行如下说明:如附图2和3所示,固定在由牙床200保护的牙槽骨100内的人工种植牙移植体500本体510侧表面形成螺纹。
侧表面形成螺纹的人工种植牙移植体500的本体510上表面形成设有固定孔512,本实施例为2个,其可以为多个。
上表面形成固定孔512的本体510内部,如图2所示,形成多角形空腔511。
本体510内部形成的空腔511的形状以六角形为佳,也可设计为四角或八角形。
本体510内部形成的多角形空腔511,如图2,图3所示,在其内插入富有弹性的缓冲辅材520,其可以为橡胶或合成树脂材料。
插入到本体510空腔内的缓冲辅材520下部将形成与本体510的空腔511相对应的多角形,缓冲辅材520的上部宽度应与人工种植牙移植体500的本体510宽度相同。
如上所述,插入到本体510内部空腔511的缓冲辅材520内部插有防旋转辅材530,防旋转辅材530呈与本体510内部空腔511相对应的多角形,用来防止防旋转辅材530和缓冲辅材520在本体510的多角形空腔511内旋转。
如上所述,在和防旋转辅材530一同插入到本体510空腔511内的缓冲辅材520上表面固定有固定辅材540。
由缓冲辅材520固定的固定辅材540应设在与本体510宽度一致的缓冲辅材520上表面的下缘,与缓冲辅材520一同插入到本体510空腔511内的固定辅材540应固定在本体510的上表面。
固定在本体510上表面的固定辅材540上形成与上述本体510的固定孔512相对应的通孔541。
防旋转辅材530和缓冲辅材520插入到本体510的空腔511内,固定辅材540在缓冲辅材520上表面的下缘和本体510相结合时,固定辅材540将防止与缓冲辅材520一同插入到本体510空腔511内的防旋转辅材530脱落。
缓冲辅材520与防旋转辅材530一同插入到空腔511内时,固定在本体510上表面的固定辅材540和本体510之间以螺丝、螺母形式结合为佳,且固定辅材540固定在本体510上表面时,缓冲辅材520将覆盖固定辅材540表面。
缓冲辅材520同防旋转辅材530插入到本体510空腔511内部时,将本体510上表面的固定辅材540上的通孔541和与之对应的本体510上的固定孔512之间用固定销550固定,用来防止固定在本体510上的固定辅材540被旋转脱落。
插入防旋转辅材530的缓冲辅材520被固定在本体510内部的空腔511内,本体510上部固定固定辅材540,与缓冲辅材520一同插入到本体510空腔511内防旋转辅材530固定人工种植牙600的支柱560。
上述支柱560与防旋转辅材530以螺丝、螺母方式结合为佳,其支柱560的上端部分突出到缓冲辅材520的上表面。
采用上述结构进行人工种植牙600固定时,首先利用人工种植牙移植体500本体510表面的螺纹,将其拧进牙槽骨100内,并固定;
人工种植牙移植体500的本体510固定到牙槽骨100后,经一段时间,再插入防旋转辅材530,再将上表面已形成固定辅材540的缓冲辅材520插入到人工种植牙移植体500本体510内部的空腔511内,并将其固定;
插在本体510空腔511内的防旋转辅材530和缓冲辅材520呈与上述的空腔511相对应的多角形,防旋转辅材530和缓冲辅材520将被本体510空腔511固定;
插入防旋转辅材530的缓冲辅材520插入到本体510空腔511内后,把固定辅材540固定到本体510的上表面,即可防止插在本体510空腔511内防旋转辅材530被脱落;
固定辅材540固定在本体510的上表面后,再将上述固定辅材540的通孔541与本体510上的固定孔512通过插入的固定销550固定,从而防止固定辅材540从本体510脱落;
被牙槽骨100固定的人工种植牙移植体500的本体510内插入带有防旋转辅材530的缓冲辅材520,本体510上表面固定固定辅材540后,如图3所示,插入到上述本体510内部空腔511内的防旋转辅材530将固定支柱560;
上述支柱560被防旋转辅材530固定时,因其防旋转辅材530呈多角形并与本体510空腔511相对应,因此可以防止防旋转辅材530和支柱560的旋转。
与缓冲辅材520一同插入到本体510内部空腔511内的防旋转辅材530固定支柱560时,支柱560的头部将突出到覆盖在固定辅材540表面的缓冲辅材520的上表面;
突出在固定辅材540缓冲辅材520所形成的支柱560和缓冲辅材520的上表面可用通常的强力胶固定人工种植牙600。
通过上述方式固定的人工种植牙600承受咀嚼食物时所产生的咬压时,因支柱560与部分人工种植牙600被缓冲辅材520固定,且固定人工种植牙600的支柱560插在防旋转辅材530内,传到缓冲辅材520的咬压大部分已被缓冲,从而起到了保护人工种植牙600的作用。
另外,本体510内部的空腔511和插入到空腔511内的防旋转辅材530呈多角形,并且相互吻合,从而可防止防旋转辅材530所固定的支柱560旋转,提高了人工种植牙600和自然牙齿400的协调性。
上述内容仅为对具有缓冲辅材的人工种植牙移植体一种实用例的说明,其专利范围并非局限在此一例,针对本发明方案说明以及图示范围内的各种调整均属本专利。

Claims (2)

1、一种人工种植牙移植体,其特征是:它包括本体,本体的侧表面形成螺纹、上表面设有固定孔,内部形成空腔;
插入在上述本体的空腔内,且其一部分突出到本体上表面的缓冲辅材;插入在缓冲辅材内部,并固定在空腔内的防旋转辅材;
在缓冲辅材上方与本体结合、为防止缓冲辅材脱落在其上形成与本体固定孔相对应的通孔的固定辅材;
贯通固定辅材上的通孔、插入并固定在本体上部的固定孔内用来防止固定辅材在本体上方旋转和脱落的固定销;
插入到缓冲辅材内部,并被本体空腔内部的防旋转辅材固定、其一部分突出到上方用来固定人工移植牙的支柱。
2、如权利要求1所述的人工种植牙移植体,其特征是:本体空腔为多角形结构,插入其内的缓冲辅材和防旋转辅材为与本体空腔相应的多角形结构。
