技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯组件,尤其涉及与汽车一起使用的灯组件,本发明还涉及采用发光二极管(LED)和独特地安装在承载器上的柔性电路板的灯组件。
背景技术
近年来发光二极管的使用显著地增加,特别是用于机动车,这是因为发光二极管的寿命长并且直接电流功率消耗较小。一个基本的示例是发光二极管灯用于汽车和轻型卡车的高位安装的尾灯。当使用这些灯时,出现了结构问题,这是由于可以看到电路板和各种电连接而使得在安装要求和美观方面受到损害。
此外,在安装所需的散热装置且不破坏发光二极管本身的情况下,难以实现一致的安装,散热装置通常卡在印刷电路板(PCB)与承载器之间,这降低了散热装置向空气散热并不利地影响其冷却功能。还出现了另一问题,这是由于在印刷电路板、承载器、散热装置之间积累的公差,该公差加入到发光二极管焦点位置公差中使得难以实现所需光学性能,特别是使用另外的光学器件例如菲涅耳透镜时尤其如此。如果反射器杯与发光二极管一起使用,则印刷电路板可能与金属化的反射器接触,这存在出现短路和该灯组件出现故障的风险。
发明内容
因此本发明的一目的在于消除现有技术的缺点。
本发明的另一目的在于改进灯的组装和工作。
本发明的另一目的在于对于多个灯提供足够的散热。
本发明的再一目的在于控制多件式灯组件的公差以便确保结构质量。
在本发明的一个方面中,通过提供这样一种灯组件来实现这些目的,该灯组件包括:具有正侧和背侧的承载器、其设置有多个穿过其中的通道。电路板包括第一表面和第二表面。多个光源安装在该第一表面上,并且该电路板的该第一表面与该承载器的该背侧对准,所述多个光源以一对一的关系与所述多个通道对准。至少一个散热装置安装成与所述多个光源中的至少一个光源热接触。
该灯组件提供了许多优于现有技术的优点。在光源的前面可使用透明的光学器件,该光源当然最好是发光二极管,这是因为只有承载器和发光二极管在前面可以看到。承载器可制成带有颜色或具有纹理,以便加强该结构。可在金属散热装置上实施热铆接或其它装接方法,以便在装接过程中降低该发光二极管被损坏的可能性。该散热装置通向空气并且增加其效率。该柔性的印刷电路板被夹在散热装置与承载器之间,以实现更坚固的结构。散热装置和印刷电路板厚度涉及的公差不加入到发光二极管焦点位置的公差中。并且,通过将发光二极管定位在承载器的通道内,使得发光二极管被部分地“包围”,在灯组装或运输的过程中发光二极管不容易损坏。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明及其另外的目的、优点、和功能,以下参照附图来详细描述本发明。
现参照图1及其细节,其示出了灯组件10,该灯组件包括大致环形的承载器12,该承载器具有正侧14和背侧16。承载器12设置有沿单独的平面延伸的阶状部分30,并且设置有穿过其中的多个通道18。多个热铆接件从背侧16突伸,并且用于装接灯组件的各个部件,这将在以下描述。
印刷电路板(PCB)20优选为柔性的并且具有与承载器12的构形大致匹配的构形,该印刷电路板包括第一表面22和第二表面24,该第一表面设置有所需的电路。设置有用于接受热铆接件19的孔25。优选为发光二极管的光源26安装在第一表面22上,并且电路板20的该表面22与承载器的背侧16对准,其中光源26以一对一的关系与通道18对准并在该通道内延伸,如上所述,这提供了对于发光二极管的保护。包括开口29的散热装置28优选为在印刷电路板20的第二表面24上借助任何所需的装置安装成与光源26热接触。尽管所示的该散热装置是多个单独的部件,但是如果需要可以使用整体式散热装置。可以设置额外的散热装置31,以便桥接印刷电路板20的端部之间的间隙。
通过将热铆接件19插入到孔25和开口29中并随后进行热铆接,从而使得印刷电路板、承载器、和散热装置装配在一起。附加的光学组件32包括壳体34和透镜36,通过任何适当方法例如螺栓38将该光学组件装接到印刷电路板子组件上并且保持在一起。
由此提供的灯组件可使用透明的光学器件,这是因为只有发光二极管可从前面看到。可见的承载器可带有颜色或具有纹理,以便增强灯组件的视觉吸引力。所有的部件可以在发光二极管之后热铆接在一起,由此降低该发光二极管被损坏的可能性。该散热装置通向空气并且更高效,并且该柔性的印刷电路板被夹在散热装置与承载器之间,以实现更坚固的结构。通过将发光二极管定位在承载器的通道内,该结构还保护了发光二极管。
尽管以上对本发明的图示和描述是针对本发明的优选实施例的,但是对本领域普通技术人员而言在不脱离权利要求限定的本发明的范围内,可以对上述的技术方案作出各种改变和改型。

Claims (5)

1.一种灯组件,其包括:
具有正侧和背侧的承载器,其设置有多个穿过其中的通道;
包括第一表面和第二表面的电路板;
安装在该第一表面上的多个光源,该电路板的该第一表面与该承载器的该背侧对准,所述多个光源以一对一的关系与所述多个通道对准;
该承载器和该电路板包括在单独平面中延伸的匹配的阶状部分;至少一个散热装置安装成与所述多个光源中的至少一个光源热接触;以及
该散热装置安装到该电路板的第二表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯组件,其特征在于:第二散热装置安装到该承载器上。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯组件,其特征在于:该承载器和该电路板是环形的。
4.如权利要求1所述的灯组件,其特征在于:该光源是发光二极管。
5.如权利要求3所述的灯组件,其特征在于:透光的光学组件在操作上相对于该光源定位。
