Abstract
本发明涉及研磨玻璃表面或物体处理剂及其用途和制备方法。该处理剂至少包括研磨泡沫玻璃,并且如果是干处理剂,还可包括粉状抗菌剂和/或粉状表面活性剂。如果是凝胶形式,则该处理剂还可包括水和粘合剂、增稠剂和/或表面活性剂。研磨玻璃是原生玻璃、回收玻璃或其混合物,并且优选具有不大于12目的颗粒尺寸。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包括研磨玻璃的表面或物体的处理剂,以及这种处理剂的用途和制备这种处理剂的方法。
已知有大量的产品可用于处理表面和物体,特别是用于抛光或清洁物体和表面并把物体和表面上的不想要或不需要的物质除去。令人遗憾的是,许多已知产品包含有毒或对环境不利的化学药品。另外,这些产品中有一些生产成本高,而且并不总是特别有效。
因此,本发明的目的就是提供一种专门配制的无毒且经济有效的表面或物体处理剂,及其制备方法。
本发明的公开
通过结合实施例的说明书以下的部分,本发明的这个目的和其它目的将会变得更加清晰。
本发明的表面或物体处理方法的特征主要在于以下步骤:提供至少包含研磨泡沫玻璃的处理剂,并把待处理表面或物体与该处理剂接触,随后提供该处理剂与该表面或物体的相对运动,以便处理该表面或物体。
目前已知的产品包含具有一种磨粒尺寸的一种类型的磨料,而按照本发明,圆形的研磨玻璃颗粒用作较柔和的磨料,而锐利的研磨泡沫玻璃颗粒用作较有侵蚀性的磨料。玻璃类型与磨粒尺寸的大量组合可产生用于许多不同应用的许多非常特殊的磨耗程度。
优选实施方案的详细描述
根据本发明的一个方面,该处理剂是一种干处理剂,它是由1.0-99.9重量%的研磨泡沫玻璃,0.0-98.9重量%的研磨玻璃和0.1-10重量%的粉状抗菌剂和/或粉状表面活性剂形成的混合物。粉状抗菌剂是一种抗菌物质,举例来说,可以是柑桔基的如柚子种子提取物CITRICIDAL。举例来说,表面活性剂可以是椰子油基的皂,如MACKANATE CM-100F。
该处理剂混合物也可包括香料,香料可以是粉状或液体形式。合适的香料液体的一个例子是D-LIMONENE。
根据本发明另一个典型的特定实施方案,表面或物体处理剂可以是液体或凝胶型。在这种情况下,该处理剂可以是1.0-88.0重量%的研磨泡沫玻璃、0.0-87.0重量%的研磨玻璃、10.0-90.0重量%的水、以及2.0-10.0重量%的粘合剂,外加任选的0.5-5.0重量%的增稠剂和/或0.5-10重量%的表面活性剂所形成的混合物。合适的粘合剂的例子可以是GERMABEN II,而合适的增稠剂的例子可以是CARBOPOL940 POLYMER,它是一种由B.F Goodrich Chemical Company生产的水溶性树脂,并且具有良好的形成凝胶性能。用于本发明凝胶型的表面或物体处理剂的合适的表面活性剂的例子可以是氢氧化钠。凝胶型处理剂混合物另外还可包括0.1-5.0重量%的香料和/或色料。合适的香料的例子可以是柠檬香料B.S.,而合适的色料的例子可以是FD&C黄5号和D&C绿3号。
研磨泡沫玻璃可通过原生玻璃、回收玻璃或者其混合物来制备。研磨玻璃可以是原生玻璃、回收玻璃或者其混合物。另外,研磨泡沫玻璃可以是其它产品泡沫玻璃生产过程中的废产物。
如上所述,本发明表面或物体处理剂中的玻璃或泡沫玻璃被研磨。具体来说,玻璃是被研磨的或者另外以任何适当的方式转化为小或非常小的颗粒,如通过球磨法。在本申请中,术语“研磨”用来指玻璃转化为颗粒,而不管其采用了何种产生颗粒的方法。另外,研磨的玻璃的颗粒尺寸要不大于12目。尽管研磨玻璃或泡沫玻璃也可包含更细的粉末,但目前优选的玻璃颗粒的尺寸范围是12-400目。为了确保处理剂混合物不含有尺寸大于12目的颗粒,所述研磨玻璃颗粒,或者是在其与任何其它组分(substituent)混合之前,或者是在其与其它组分混合之后,可经过适当的筛子或筛网。
本发明不仅提供一种处理表面或物体的独特方法,而且还提供制备独特的表面或物体处理剂的方法,同时还提供该独特的表面或物体处理剂。本发明的表面或物体处理剂是一种有效、无毒的处理剂,它可用于工业及家庭应用。
本发明的表面或物体处理剂可通过几种方式使用。例如,可将粉末或凝胶直接置于待处理的表面或物体上,或者将其置于海绵或布上。当使用干处理剂时,可先弄湿表面(或物体)或布。
还应当注意,对于某些应用来说,最好在处理剂的研磨玻璃中添加另一种磨料和/或合适的化学药品,如能够溶解物体或表面上的物质的腐蚀性化学品。
结合以下的两个实施例将更进一步地描述本发明。
实施例1
为了制备干表面或物体处理剂,提供以下的组分:

研磨玻璃和干粉在鼓式混合机中一起混合10-15分钟。随后缓慢加入香料液体并且再继续混合10-15分钟。
实施例2
为了提供本发明凝胶型的表面或物体处理剂,提供下面的组分:

研磨玻璃和干粉在桨式混合机中混合10-15分钟。液体则单独混合在一起。随后把干混合物缓慢加入液体中,并在一起混合10-15分钟。最终的混合物在推动经过一个细筛网的同时高速混合10-15分钟,以便完全混入任何干粉块。
当然,本发明并不限于说明书和实施例中公开的特定内容,而是包含所附权利要求书范围内的任何改变。
Claims (10)
1.一种处理表面或物体的方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
提供至少包括研磨泡沫玻璃的处理剂,并且
所述处理剂与表面或物体接触,并且提供所述处理剂与所述表面或物体之间的相对运动,以便处理所述表面或物体。
2.一种制备表面或物体处理剂的方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
至少研磨泡沫玻璃以形成尺寸不大于12目的玻璃颗粒。
3.权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于所述处理剂是由1.0-99.9重量%的研磨泡沫玻璃、0.0-98.9重量%的研磨玻璃,以及至少粉状抗菌剂和粉状表面活性剂之一所形成的混合物,并且也可包括香料。
4.权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于所述处理剂是由1.0-88.0重量%的研磨泡沫玻璃、0.0-87.0重量%的研磨玻璃、10.0-90.0重量%的水、以及2.0-10.0重量%的粘合剂所形成的混合物,并且所述混合物另外还可包括增稠剂、表面活性剂、香料和色料中的至少一种。
5.权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于所述玻璃是原生玻璃和回收玻璃中的至少一种。
6.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述研磨玻璃基本上具有不超过12目的颗粒尺寸。
7.一种表面或物体处理剂,至少包括研磨泡沫玻璃。
8.权利要求7的表面或物体处理剂,其特征在于所述处理剂还包括粉状抗菌剂和粉状表面活性剂中的至少一种,并且还可包括香料。
9.权利要求7的表面或物体处理剂,其特征在于所述处理剂还包括水和粘合剂,另外还可包括增稠剂、表面活性剂、香料和色料中的至少一种。
10.权利要求7的表面或物体处理剂,其特征在于所述玻璃是原生玻璃和回收玻璃中的至少一种。
