背景技术
将微波能源用于加热物体的家用设备在以前的技术中是已知,例如在干燥机中对丝织物进行加热。采用微波能源加热的主要缺点是电弧的产生,它是在两个金属导体间产生的电击穿现象,所述金属导体例如金属拉链,金属纽扣,衣物可能具有的小金属物体。电弧可能引起物体熔化或燃烧。已经进行了研究以防止在微波场应用的箱体内的金属基体周围形成电弧。
US5325600的主要特征是在衣服的附近放置的一个UV管检测器,其用于检测谐振电弧的状况,但在旋转的洗衣滚筒里检测和安装不是一种容易的方法,并且其导致很多结构的问题。
US5321897提供了一种装置,其通过感测排气的温度来消除电弧的危险,但是这是一种消除电弧的危险方法,因为在微波可穿透的洗衣滚筒里虽然检测到的排气管里的气体温度低,但电弧还是有可能产生。

WO01/57457揭露了一个电弧检测器,其安放在波导管上用于测量反射功率。当测量反射能量后,安置一个绝缘体用于使电弧检测器与正向功率绝缘,而这是一种十分昂贵的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一个家用设备特别对于洗衣机/干燥机,其采用微波加热方式,并包含一个电弧检测器,所述电弧检测器用于检测在对例如衣物的物体进行微波加热时产生的电弧。

具体实施方式
家用设备(1),特别是一个洗衣—干燥机,包括:一个箱体(2),在其中放置例如衣物的被加热的物体,一个产生微波的磁电管(4),一个讲产生的微波供入所述箱体的波导管,一个与波导管(3)连接以用于检测箱体(2)中电弧形成的检测器(5),和一个控制单元(6)。

在家用设备(1)的工作期间,放置在箱体(2)里的物体采用微波能进行加热。在物体的微波加热期间,如果电弧未发生,波导管(3)和箱体(2)中的电场是逐渐变化的。然而,如果箱体(2)任何电弧产生于箱体中,电场就产生突然变化。电弧检测器(5)测量电场值并把代表此电场值的信号发送到控制单元(6)。控制单元(6)中具有任一信号比较装置,其用于对将波导管(3)上的电弧检测器(5)来的输入信号与模拟无电弧环境的预定的参比信号进行比较。如果控制单元(6)具有一个与预定值不同的输入信号,微波功率就减少并且电弧检测器(5)继续监控电场,如果电弧继续存在于这种能量减少的第二阶段,微波功率就会被切断。

Claims (4)

1.一种家用设备(1),特别是一种洗衣-干燥机,其包括一个放置被加热物体的箱体(2),一个用于产生微波的磁电管(4),一个用于将产生的微波供入所述箱体(2)的导波管(3),一个用于检测箱体(2)中的电弧的电弧检测器(5)和一个控制单元(6),其特征在于电弧检测器(5)中包括一个天线(7),所属天线用于捕获代表波导管(3)中电场的信号,一个滤波装置用于滤除天线(7)上的干扰,一个用于调整所述信号的微波二极管(8)和一个外壳(11),所述外壳用于使电弧检测器(5)的所有构件免于干扰,并避免任何微波泄漏。
2.一种如权利要求书1所述的家用设备(1),其特征在于波导管(3)和电弧检测器包括缝隙(10),电弧检测器(5)与波导管(3)的连接采用这样的方式:即缝隙(10)重合并从波导管获取信号到电弧检测器(5)中。
3.一种如权利要求书1和2所述的家用设备(1),其特征在于电弧检测器(5)以一个倾斜度安装在波导管(3)上以有效获地得所需要的信号。
4.一种如权利要求书1至3所述的家用设备(1),其特征在于滤波装置(9)包括一个电容器(12)和/或一个铁氧体部分(13)。
