技术领域

本发明特别地涉及一类新材料,该材料可用于制作消防队员的衣服,并不排除这种材料的其它应用。
背景技术
在下面的说明书中,将描述本发明的特别应用,即制作消防队员穿着衣服的应用。
显然,这不是限制性的,并且这样一种材料可以在其它应用中使用,在处于极端条件下的任何情况中,例如火灾时使用。
直到今天,为了制作人们穿着的衣服,使用了多层结构,一般多层结构以及附图1的这个结构,总体上由四个元件组成,即:
-一外织物(A);
-一不透气膜(B),其一般与基材连接;
-一热障(C),其一般由一针毯(feutre aiguilleté)构成;
-一精加工的衬里(doublure de finition)(D)。
生产在极端条件下可使用的这样一些复合材料是本技术领域的技术人员熟知的,特别地由法国专利FR 1 213 415说明书可以知道其生产方法。
从此以后,特别地利用一些以芳族聚酰胺或聚酰胺-酰亚胺为基的耐热与防火纺织材料,发展了这样一些结构。
在这些最熟知的合成材料中,在芳族聚酰胺中,可以列举对-芳族聚酰胺纱或纤维,例如DU PONT DE NEMOURS公司以商品名“KEVLAR”,或TEIJIN公司以商标《TWARON》和《TECHNORA》销售的产品。这样一些聚合物因此可以是纤维、纱或其它结构形式,它们构成了许多出版物的主题,其中可以列举专利US 3 063 966。
在也耐热的材料中,这些材料构成了间-芳族聚酰胺纤维类的部分,可以列举KERMEL公司以同样商品名销售的聚合物,DU PONT DENEMOURS公司以商标《NOMEX》销售的纤维,和TEIJIN公司以商标《CONEX》销售的产品。
正如前面所指出的,本发明因此涉及如图1说明的多层材料的实施领域。
在这些材料中,存在的问题在于涉及一般由一针毯构成的热障,和位于使用者一侧的精加工的衬里。
事实上,直到今天所提出复合材料的缺陷主要在于,制作的衣服无论在身体方面还是在生理学方面都不舒适。
此外,在某些条件下,它们的效率不够。
事实上,曾涉及约50%美国消防队员的死亡原因是一种该领域中用术语“热应激”所描述的众所周知现象的结果,这种热应激是身体温度不再能够保持低于39℃的这样一种状况,这样状况除了会引起失去身体能力、失去清醒、失去知觉或心脏停止跳动外,还会引起其它紊乱。
这样一种应激状态主要由可能超过20千克的设备重量引起的,以及由它们防护服的隔热能力有时太强所致。
发明内容
然而,正是这构成了本发明的主题,通过使用新类型材料有可能解决这个问题,该材料保证热障作用,优选地还能够保证图1说明的这类现有复合材料结构的精加工的衬里作用。
这种新类型材料(命名为术语“热障”)因其具有小的厚度和低的热负荷在正常情况下有可能有适当的隔热作用,这样因此改善其舒适性,并且随着温度增加,该材料的隔热作用也能够随之增加,使用者面对大火的紧急情况时,这种隔热作用增加的部位就在热量最多的地方。
一般地,这样的可能性按照本发明的材料实现,所述材料利用一种织造织物的生产技术——以“口袋”织物或相连双层织物的织造命名的公知技术,实施成一种同时具有热障和精加工的衬里功能的复合材料。
这样一种工艺在于只是一次操作就可生产两种(或更多)不同的叠层织物,其可以用选择的纱(经纱或纬纱)将这些织物彼此连接起来,这些选择的纱按照预定的选择方式交替地与两种叠层织物的一种织纹或另一种织纹连接。
作为提示,根据一种预定的顺序,上面的经纱可以与下面的纬纱连接。这种连接可以按照任何类型图案进行,通常地形成菱形或管道。
一般地,根据该已有技术,将不同色调的正反面颠倒可得到一种装饰性效果,这在本发明范围内不是合乎要求的,而在本发明中每个面应该具有特定的功能。
任选地,还可以或者根据纬编(mailles cueillies)技术,或者根据经编(mailles jetées)技术,更特别地用经编织物或Rachel类材料,采用针织方法实现这样一些双面结构。
一般地,考虑到在特别是消防队员衣服的防护情况下实现热障所存在的问题,其目的是改善所述衣服舒适性,无论在身体方面还是在生理学方面,本发明已设计出一种片状多层复合材料,这种材料能够实现由第一层和第二层组成的热障,其特征在于,采用织造或针织方法生产这种材料,以形成叠加的双面(1,2)结构,其双面彼此间断连接起来形成袋体,并且其中:
·其中一层在热作用下具有收缩特性;
·通过选择纱的间断束接实现这些层间的连接,以形成所述的袋体。
有利地,在热作用下具有收缩特性的层全部或部分地由在所述热作用下具有收缩特性的纱构成。
根据一种优选的实施方式,这些袋体构成管道,只有与所述管道垂直的这簇纱的全部或部分在热作用下具有收缩特性。
这没有超出本发明的范围时,所考虑的热障层收缩特性可能是因固定在所述层上的膜所致或因织物整理所致。

具体实施方式
参照附图2和3,本发明的基本结构因此是由袋型织物(tissu poche)构成,其中包括用总标号(1)表示的内层,用总标号(2)表示的外层,这两层彼此并列,还用选择的经纱(3)彼此间断连接起来,其纱选自构成内层的纱。
换句话说,在这样一种结构中,连接线(3)彼此形成一个在内层(1)与外层(2)之间构成的平袋(poches plates)。
在我们的实例中,如更特别地由图2突出显示这种结构,用于形成衬里侧内层(1)的经纱(C1),以及纬纱(T1)由纱构成,更特别地由实际上在强热作用下不具有任何收缩能力的纤维纱构成。
用于构成外层(2)的经纱(C2)由相对于纱(C1)具有轻微收缩能力的纱构成。另一方面,用于构成外层的纬纱(T2)也是以不具有收缩能力的纱为基的。
在图2表示的具体实例中,相对于另一面的经纱(C1)和纬纱(T1)密度,经纱(C2)和纬纱(T2)的密度应除以2。
借助于这样一种结构,外层使用轻微热收缩的纱能够对热作出反应,例如图4所说明的。
事实上,外层(2)达到高温时,例如在生产经纱时使用间-芳族聚酰胺,例如像isostalamide和芳族聚酰胺的情况下,温度约300℃,产生了外经纱(C2)收缩,这种收缩引起了连接区域的接近(3)。层(1)在热的作用下尺寸稳定,并且还部分地被外层保护时,这样会导致内侧松驰,因此形成凸起袋。
应该指出,即使经纱(C1)和/或纬纱(T1)由具有收缩能力的材料构成,但它们部分受到面(2)保护的事实造成所述两个面的温差,且因此造成收缩的不同,从而产生凸起袋。
这些间隔随着温度升高而增加,这样会引起该复合材料厚度的增加并产生“空气陷阱”,结果导致隔热能力的增加。
实施例
生产图2所说明的这类本发明复合材料,其中织物的织纹由图6予以说明。
用于形成朝向使用者的经纱(C1)和还用于形成这个面的纬纱(T1)是用混合纤维纱制成的,这种纱含有聚酰胺-酰亚胺纤维和FR粘胶纤维(含有防火剂),在这种混合物中其比例为70/30,这些纱的支数是Nm70/2。
这种织物面为26根纱/厘米和24根纬纱/厘米。
经纱(C2)具有这种热收缩性,它构成隔热层,它由100%以商品名KERMEI TECH销售的聚酰胺-酰亚胺纤维为基的纤维纱构成,这些纱的支数是Nm60/2。
经纱(C2)的密度是13根纱/厘米。
纬纱(T2)与内纬纱相同,其密度是12根纬纱/厘米。
在工艺结束后,这种复合材料织物的表面质量是约230克/米2
最具组织化的内面(1)因此用作衬里,其面是朝向使用者的面。由热收缩经纱构成的面(2)是用作热障的面。
非常明显地,描述与说明本发明多层复合材料的实施方式不应该认为是限制性的。本发明涉及任何布状的多层复合材料,目的是为了通过制作间断连接的叠加双面结构,形成袋,而制作由第一层和第二层组成的热障。可通过选择纱的间断连接将这些层连接起来。
其中一层在热作用下具有收缩特性。达到了这种收缩特性,如果将其看作说明实例,则全部或部分连接纱构成了这些袋。
其中一层的这种收缩特性也可能因有固定在所考虑层上的膜所致。例如,所有能在热作用下有收缩特性的材料都可以制作这种膜,例如微孔聚氨酯、亲水聚氨酯、亲水聚酯等。
任选地,该复合材料的所考虑层可以经受织物整理操作,例如以聚氨酯、PVC、硅氧烷等为基的层,以产生所寻求的在热作用下的收缩特性。
根据标准EN366,让这样一种复合材料进行辐射热的保护试验,和根据标准EN 367进行对流热的保护试验,试验后可以看出,这些保护值升高。此外,燃烧器的理论时间(t2或HTI 24)与疼痛理论时间(t1或HTI 12)之差得到改善。
事实上,这些值有效地高于现有技术复合材料的观测总平均值。
另外,由于有一种灵活性高得多的材料,该材料在正常使用时的热负荷低,所以得到了这个结果。
这些优点可由本说明书很好得出。得到一种与现有技术的复合材料相比,柔软,舒适得多的材料,无论身体方面还是生理学方面。
由于这类复合材料可随热危险性而逐渐地改变其隔热水平,所以还改善了危险感觉。
可能不会添加这种复合材料具有通常植绒品的老化问题(纤维转移,压实等),具有持久凸起的热障经受或产生的摩擦问题。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,在热作用下具有收缩特性的所述层全部或部分地由在所述热作用下具有收缩特性的纱构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述袋体构成管道,只有与所述管道垂直的纱簇的全部或部分在所述热作用下具有收缩特性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所考虑的层的收缩特性来自于一固定在所述层上的膜的存在,所述膜实施成一能赋予其在所述热作用下具有收缩特性的材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所考虑的层的收缩特性来自于所述层的一织物整理,所述层为一能赋予其在所述热作用下的收缩特性的材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述两层的组织比是1∶1至1∶10。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的复合材料,其特征在于,它与一外织物和一与基材相连的透气膜结合。
