Abstract

背景技术
已知双扳机喷射器具有一对在并排缸体中运行的并排活塞,用于同时抽吸分别贮存的液体并通过排出通道排出液体,从而作为不同射流从喷射器组件流出,以便在目标处或目标上混合。这种喷射器的示例显示在美国专利US No.5857591的图6中和US No.5535950的图10中。此外,两种液体在喷射器喷嘴处或上游在喷射器组件内部被合并,以便在作为合并射流通过喷嘴上的单一排出孔排出之前在一个旋流室中混合。这种喷射器的示例显示在美国专利US No.5857591的图10中和USNo.6550694的图9中。
已经发现,不同的射流在目标处或附近的混合可能是不起作用的,因为每个射流的外部微粒在可能被夹带到中心之前变成是空气传播的。这是由于每个射流锥的外边缘相对于靠近中心的射流微粒的速度而言具有最高速度。这因而导致两种射流液体不完全混合,这是不利的,并且根据合并的射流的化学特性可能是有害的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种双重喷射器,它具有一个外部混合总管以确保通过不同排出孔流出的不同液体的射流微粒直接(intimate)混合,每个排出孔设置有自己的旋流机械组件。混合总管可以是安装在喷嘴盖下游端的外部附加装置的形式,所述喷嘴盖包括一对用于不同流出液体的排出孔。混合总管具有一个单一排出口,合并的液体通过该单一排出口作为射流、液流或泡沫流出。混合总管可以限定一个光滑壁混合室,所述混合室相对于排出孔布置成,使得射流微粒撞击光滑壁,以引起两种液体的射流微粒在作为合并的射流或液流从适配器的排出口流出之前直接混合。为了起泡,可由附加装置限定吸气口,以使吸入空气与混合的不同射流混合,从而作为泡沫从附加装置的排出口流出。起泡滤网可以设置在排出口以便起泡。而且,可以在附加装置上位于其排出口处设置外部导管或环,以将射流或泡沫导向目标的选定区域。可在这种导管或环的内壁上设置旋流叶片,以进一步增强两种不同的流出液体混合。而且,外部混合室可以包括一些阻挡型几何形状,例如肋、叶片、凸起、凹部、粗糙表面光洁度等,以提高混合室中的紊流,从而在两种液体通过附加装置喷嘴流出之前提供更加直接的混合。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图,其中,在各个图中类似的标号表示类似或对应的部件。大体上以标号10表示并且部分地显示在图1、2和6中的本发明的双活塞扳机喷射器是如美国专利5535590所显示的双重喷射器的一部分,该专利的内容在此作为参考引入。因此,双重喷射器包括并排的泵组件,并排的泵组件由单一扳机杆同时驱动,以便将分别贮存的第一和第二液体吸入泵送机构的泵室中、以及通过不同的并排排出筒排出不同的液体,从而作为不同射流流向不同的旋流机械组件,如美国专利5535950的图10所示。本发明的双重喷射器在混合之前基本上与美国专利5535950所公开的喷射器具有相同功能并且相同的操作。因此,在本发明中,双重分配器的泵体或壳体具有复式泵,该复式泵包括分别可在一对并排泵缸中往复运动的一对并排泵活塞,使得活塞的往复运动将不同液体从液体腔抽吸到泵室中、并且通过由排出筒11和12限定的不同排出通道排出液体。排出筒终止于一个共同的排出喷嘴、或单独的排出喷嘴(尽管这里没有显示)。旋流机械组件与每个排出筒相连,使得不同液体被单独旋转、并通过以现有技术中的公知方式分别与两个排出筒相连的一对排出孔13和14排出。液体作为射流锥流出,射流锥在包括排出孔和相应旋流机械组件部分的喷嘴盖15下游混合并且合并。
根据本发明设置具有单一排出口、并安装在外部的混合总管,以确保不同液体的射流微粒直接混合,从而作为完全混合的双组分液体输送到目标。在其下游端开口的附加装置16通过其五个相互连接的壁18,19,21,22和23(图2-4)限定一个混合室或混合总管17。混合室的内部可以是光滑壁并在24处所示角部形成圆弧形,以避免在旋转射流撞击光滑壁进行混合的过程中在所形成的内侧角部形成俘获的涡流。此外,例如相对壁19,22可以在混合室17的内侧设置合适的弓形叶片25或类似物,以提高紊流,使得从相应排出孔13和14流出的不同液体的锥形射流柱根据叶片的方向沿着相同方向或相反方向一致地旋转。每个射流的微粒在双重喷射器的外部从它们的外周边到它们的中心完全并且直接地混合。图6显示了附加装置16安装到喷嘴15的前面34上处于工作位置。
附加装置的前壁18具有由外部喷嘴27环绕的中心排出口26(图4),外部喷嘴27可以是套环或类似物的形式。混合液体从混合室17通过排出口26和喷嘴27流到预定目标。为了产生泡沫,使一种或两种液体包含起泡剂,细孔滤网28(图4)可以横跨排出口26设置,以便以公知方式在排出时提高起泡能力。而且,在具有或没有滤网时,大多数在具有滤网过程中,通过在喷嘴27的内壁上设置沿着同一方向起作用的旋流叶片29可以进一步旋转混合液体,以增加其向前和旋转速度。此外,沿着相反方向起作用的叶片29将在混合物从喷嘴排出之前进一步提高混合物的紊流。
喷嘴盖15可以设置角部开口31(图2),用于接收沿着向上游方向从附加装置16的四个角部延伸的安装支架32。安装支架可以具有凸肩33,使得在图6所示的附加装置安装位置,支架咬接在开口31中,而它们的凸肩33抵靠喷嘴盖的前面34,以便在处于完全安装位置的支架之间保持间隙35。这些间隙限定了吸气口,当不同液体从它们的排出孔13和14流入混合总管时,大气在双重喷射器运行过程中通过吸气口被吸入。吸入的空气使混合物充气,如果一种或多种不同液体包含起泡剂,吸入的空气通过在与混合室内壁撞击之前或撞击过程中和/或通过滤网28时产生气泡来提高起泡性能。
在运行时,由于混合总管附加装置16如图1、2和6所示地安装在前面34上、并且假定复式泵将被填充,扳机杆(未示出)的每次拉动将挤压在它们相应的并排泵组件中的液体,并且分别通过它们相应的排出筒11和12排出不同液体,此时,它们通过位于喷嘴盖15中的旋流机械组件(未示出),以便以正常方式使两种液体微粒散开,以便作为第一和第二不同液体的锥形射流柱通过它们相应的排出孔13和14排出。射流微粒进入混合总管17,在混合总管中射流在形成于混合室中的紊流流动过程中直接混合在一起,混合室提供冲击障碍,以便散开进入混合室时以最高速度运动的射流外边缘的微粒,从而使它们集中到主要混合物中。两种液体的射流微粒冲击附加装置的五个内壁,通过混合室的内成形壁导致它们相互碰撞。可以设置旋流叶片25,以便在通过喷嘴27排出两种液体和/或进行进一步的紊流之前提高两种液体的直接混合。可以在喷嘴27的内壁上设置旋流叶片29,以提高旋转速度和合并的射流从喷嘴排出时的力、和/或进一步提高紊流。假定一种或两种液体包含起泡剂,混合射流的起泡能力可以通过设置滤网28而提高,混合物通过滤网28并且与滤网丝碰撞,以使细微粒散开并产生泡沫。
可以采取其它措施以确保在混合室中更加直接地混合两种射流。例如,如图5所示,分别与排出筒11和12相连的排出孔13a和14a可以设置在喷嘴盖15的前面34上,以便如图5中箭头所示地相互倾斜,使得一旦从这些排出孔流出,射流在混合总管中直接相互碰撞以及与混合总管的内壁直接碰撞,从而在排出之前进行射流微粒的直接混合。
并且,如图7所示,喷嘴盖的每个射流喷嘴的旋流机构是公知结构,例如,与排出孔13,14相连的旋流室36和37,液体分别通过切向管道38,39被引入旋流室中,从而导致以锥形射流形式通过排出孔13和14流出而进入旋流室的液体旋转。切向管道38和39可以有选择地设置成沿着相反方向进行旋转,以提高液体在混合室12中的混合。
根据本发明的外部混合室17的作用是将每个射流的外部细小微粒并入混合物中。在没有混合室的情况下,每个射流的外部微粒可能在进入中心之前变成空气传播的。根据本发明的混合室提供了冲击障碍,以便将它们散开并使它们集中到主要混合物中。根据本发明,不同流体是从不同的旋流室和排出孔被雾化的射流,此后,它们在位于不同旋流室和射流排出孔下游的外部混合总管中成雾化状态被强制混合。外部混合室可以具有预定几何形状,以根据特定射流液体控制混合度。本发明的外部混合室用于使不同雾化液体在碰撞目标之前混合。
显然,根据上述启示可对本发明进行许多不同修改和变换。例如,没有在附加装置16上设置在安装到喷嘴15上时在它们之间提供间隙的支架,附加装置和喷嘴盖中的一个或二者可被设置凹槽30(图1),以限定吸气口。而且,外部混合室17可以包括一些阻挡型几何形状,例如肋、叶片、凸起、凹部、粗糙表面光洁度等,以提高混合室17中的紊流,从而在两种液体通过喷嘴27流出之前提供更加直接的混合。通过改变吸气口的尺寸可以改变起泡一致性,并且也可设置除细孔滤网之外的其它滤网用于起泡。因此,应理解的是,在本发明的权利要求范围内,本发明可以具体描述的方式之外的其它方式实施。
Claims (18)
1、一种扳机操作的流体喷射器,用于同时分配贮存在相应第一和第二液体腔中的第一和第二液体,该喷射器包括:
具有泵装置的分配器,所述泵装置包括分别可在一对并排泵缸中往复运动的一对并排泵活塞,使得泵活塞的往复运动将液体从液体腔抽吸到泵室中、并且通过不同的排出通道排出液体;
限定不同排出喷嘴的装置,所述排出喷嘴装置具有分别与所述排出通道相连的排出孔,液体通过所述排出通道作为射流流出;
限定安装到所述排出喷嘴装置上并且位于其下游的外部混合总管的装置,所述外部混合总管装置用于在液体从喷射器流出之后使液体合并,以便通过外部混合总管装置上的单一排出口排出。
