本发明涉及油田潜油电泵领域所用的防砂叶导轮。解决了现有叶导轮硬度低的问题。其特征在于:各组份按重量百分比计如下:C:1.50%~2.80%、Si:0.80%~1.10%、Mn:1.50%~2.50%、Cu:0.80%~1.10%、Cr:15%~18%、Mo:0.30%~0.50%、B:0.01%、Ti:0.55%、Re:0.03%、V:0.01%、W:0.01%,余量为铁。该防砂叶导轮硬度大、成本低,适用于含砂量大的井及普通井。

防砂叶导轮
技术领域:
本发明涉及油田潜油电泵领域所用的一种叶导轮,尤其是防砂叶导轮。
背景技术:
叶导轮是油田潜油电泵机组上最重要的部件,是将井液逐级传递并举升至地面,而且使用数量多。随着电泵机组的应用,尤其是含砂井的大量增多,对叶导轮磨损严重,使用寿命一般在60~90天,目前应用的叶导轮是在高镍铸铁叶导轮内加入硬质合金套,只是轴向防砂,并且硬质合金套存在着脆而易碎的不足,在油井上使用不耐磨寿命短。
发明内容:
为了克服现有的叶导轮硬度低不耐磨的不足,本发明提供一种防砂叶导轮,该防砂叶导轮硬度大,适用于含砂量大的井及普通井。
本发明可采用的技术方案是:该防砂叶导轮,包括C、Si、Mn、Cu、Cr,各组份按重量百分比计如下:C:1.50%~2.80%、Si:0.80%~1.10%、Mn:1.50%~2.50%、Cu:0.80%~1.10%、Cr:15%~18%、Mo:0.30%~0.50%、B:0.01%、Ti:0.55%、Re:0.03%、V:0.01%、W:0.01%,余量为铁。
本发明具有的有益效果是:该配方可形成MC3型耐磨碳化物,并且该防砂叶导轮采用了B、Ti、Re、V及W耐磨组份,使叶导轮的硬度大幅度提高,达到了防砂耐磨的效果,使得电泵机组能够更加广泛应用于含砂井及普通井。
具体实施方式:
下面将对本发明作进一步的说明:
该防砂叶导轮包括C、Si、Mn、Cu、Cr,各组份按重量百分比计如下:C:1.50%~2.80%、Si:0.80%~1.10%、Mn:1.50%~2.50%、Cu:0.80%~1.10%、Cr:15%~18%、Mo:0.30%~0.50%、B:0.01%、Ti:0.55%、Re:0.03%、V:0.01%、W:0.01%,余量为铁。
该配方可形成MC3型碳化物,该碳化物的存在使得防砂叶导轮的铸态硬度可达HRC:38~44,并且在该防砂叶导轮中加入了B、Ti、Re、V及W耐磨组份,硬度大幅度提高达到了防砂耐磨的效果;Mo的加入使淬火厚度增加更耐磨。
在加工该叶导轮的热处理工艺中,为了便于机械加工,首先对防砂叶导轮进行退火,加工后对叶导轮进行淬火,淬火温度920℃~1100℃,然后低温回火,回火温度260℃~380℃,消除应力。
对该防砂叶导轮进行洛氏硬度测定,测定方法采用国标GB/T231-94:

实施例1:大庆油田潜油电泵按照上述方案1的配方及含量加工的防砂叶导轮,在加工中首先对防砂叶导轮进行退火,加工后对叶导轮进行淬火,淬火温度920℃,然后低温回火,回火温度380℃,消除应力。生产加工的叶导轮,硬度达66HRC,成本降低了45%,磨损量为0.0021,无环境污染,该防砂叶导轮应用于大庆油田苏丹井,寿命达360~400天。
实施例2:大庆油田潜油电泵按照上述方案2的配方及含量加工的防砂叶导轮,在加工中首先对防砂叶导轮进行退火,加工后对叶导轮进行淬火,淬火温度1100℃,然后低温回火,回火温度300℃,消除应力。生产加工的叶导轮,硬度达70HRC,成本降低了47%,磨损量为0.0018,无环境污染,该防砂叶导轮应用于大庆油田苏丹井,寿命达360~400天。
实施例3:大庆油田潜油电泵按照上述方案3的配方及含量加工的防砂叶导轮,在加工中首先对防砂叶导轮进行退火,加工后对叶导轮进行淬火,淬火温度1000℃,然后低温回火,回火温度260℃,消除应力。生产加工的叶导轮,硬度达68HRC,成本降低了50%,磨损量为0.0028,无环境污染,该防砂叶导轮应用于大庆油田苏丹井,寿命达360~400天。
