Abstract

本发明提供一种由C16-C25的高沸点烷烃、C8-C13的烷烃、四氯乙烯、甲基硅油、异丙醇和稳定剂组成的绝缘保护剂及其制造方法,本发明的绝缘保护剂能在电力电器设备表面形成一层保护膜,达到防漏电、防湿、驱潮、防腐蚀的作用,实施保护时不会产生凝露现象和冰晶效应,且不含消耗臭氧层物质(ODS),使用安全,是一种保护效果良好的环保型产品。

一种用于电力电器设备的绝缘保护剂及其制造方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及电力电器设备保护剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种绝缘保护剂及其制造方法。
背景技术:
因为大气中除了漂浮的各种灰尘、盐分、油污等综合污染物外,各种酸性碱性的腐蚀气体也是电力电器的天敌,这种组成复杂的大气环境就会使长期运行的电力电器设备受到下面情况的影响:
a、由于湿气引起的腐蚀,使电力电器设备的绝缘性能下降或造成局部过热、打火而引起火灾事故。
b、由于大气中含有酸性或碱性有害气体,会造成电力电器设备零部件的损坏,影响设备的寿命,使接点接触不良,要求失控或跳闸等故障。
因此,应该对长期连续运行的电力电器设备定期进行保护。
由于电力电器设备是长期连续运行的,使设备本身具有一定的温度,这就对绝缘保护剂的性能提出了更高的要求,在喷洒保护剂过程中,如果清洗对象的温度瞬间下降20-30℃的现象,这将导致表面出现凝露现象或产生冰晶效应,形成水膜或薄冰,造成设备表面绝缘电阻急速下降、漏电流增大,甚至导致短路引起事故。
发明内容:
本发明的主要目的是要提供一种不仅能对电力电器设备进行绝缘保护又不影响接点的进行,使用过程中不会产生凝露现象和冰晶效应的绝缘保护剂,而且这种保护剂不含有消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)。
本发明所述的用于电力电器设备的绝缘保护剂的组成配比(重量百分比)如下:C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:40.0-55.0 C8-C13的烷烃:5.0-40.0 四氯乙烯:2.0-30.0 异丙醇:5.0-20.0 甲基硅油:1.5-15.0 稳定剂:0.1-2.0。
本发明的最佳组成配比(重量百分比):C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:49.0 C8-C13的烷烃:20.0 四氯乙烯:16.0 异丙醇:11.5 甲基硅油:2.5 稳定剂:1.0。
本发明提供的用于电力电器设备的绝缘保护剂,其制造方法如下:首先将C16-C25的高沸点烷烃以及C8-C13的烷烃在50-55℃之间密闭恒温搅拌15小时,然后在此温度下加入四氯乙烯继续搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,最后加入甲基硅油和稳定剂,充分搅拌均匀,即可得本发明的绝缘保护剂。
具体实施例:
下列的三个实施例可以制得本发明所述的绝缘保护剂产品(各物质的配比均按重量百分比计算):
实施例1
按照比例称量各物质:
C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:40.0 C8-C13的烷烃:36.0 四氯乙烯:5.0 异丙醇:11.5 甲基硅油:2.5 稳定剂:1.0,再把称量所得的C16-C25的高沸点烷烃和C8-C13烷烃在50℃-55℃之间密闭恒温搅拌15小时,然后在此温度下加入四氯乙烯并按照比例称量各物质,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,最后加入甲基硅油和稳定剂,重复搅拌均匀即可得本发明的绝缘保护剂。
实施例2
按照比例称量各物质:
C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:47.0 C8-C13的烷烃:28.0 四氯乙烯:9.5 异丙醇:11.3 甲基硅油:3.4 稳定剂:0.8,再把称量所得的C16-C25的高沸点烷烃和C8-C13烷烃在50℃-55℃之间密闭恒温搅拌15小时,然后在此温度下加入四氯乙烯并按照比例称量各物质,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,最后加入甲基硅油和稳定剂,重复搅拌均匀即可得本发明的绝缘保护剂。
实施例3
按照比例称量各物质:
C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:55.0 C8-C13的烷烃:11.0 四氯乙烯:26.0 异丙醇:9.5 甲基硅油:2.0 稳定剂:0.5,再把称量所得的C16-C25的高沸点烷烃和C8-C13烷烃在50℃-55℃之间密闭恒温搅拌15小时,然后在此温度下加入四氯乙烯并按照比例称量各物质,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,最后加入甲基硅油和稳定剂,重复搅拌均匀即可得本发明的绝缘保护剂。
下面通过对本发明的产品进行各种性能的检测,进一步说明本发明的特征:

本发明所涉及电力电器设备绝缘保护剂具有以下新颖性:
1、具有不燃烧的优点;
2、提高电力电器设备表面的绝缘能力;
3、对电力电器设备既有绝缘保护作用又不影响接点的正常工作;
4、可驱逐水分;
5、所形成的不干性薄膜可以防止有害气体侵蚀,在强化试验时将导电插座喷上
本品后放入水中,负载三十分钟不会漏电。

Claims (3)

1、用于电力电器设备的绝缘保护剂,其特征在于组成配比:C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:40.0-55.0 C8-C13的烷烃:5.0-40.0 四氯乙烯:2.0-30.0 异丙醇:5.0-20.0 甲基硅油:1.5-15.0稳定剂:0.1-2.0。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于电力电器设备的绝缘保护剂,其特征在于最佳组成(重量百分比):C16-C25的高沸点烷烃:49.0 C8-C13的烷烃:20.0 四氯乙烯:16.0 异丙醇:11.5 甲基硅油:2.5 稳定剂:1.0。
3、用于电力电器设备的绝缘保护剂制造方法,其特征在于首先将C16-C25的高沸点烷烃以及C8-C13烷烃在50℃-55℃之间密闭恒温搅拌15小时,然后在此温度下加入四氯乙烯继续搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,最后加入甲基硅油和稳定剂,充分搅拌均匀即可得本发明的绝缘保护剂。
