车辆后栏板
技术领域
本发明涉及用于围起轻型货车等后车身的后部以打开或关闭该部分的后栏板,且尤其涉及其后表面设置关闭手柄的后栏板。
背景技术
如图1和图6所示,在轻型货车1中,树脂制成的装饰件5连接在围起后车身2后侧的普通后栏板3的门板4上,门柄6包括在装饰件5中,这样该门柄6能在支撑点上向车辆的后方转动,如图5中双点划线所示。通过向后转动门柄6,后栏板3能够向车辆的后方打开。
当向车辆后方操作门柄6时,该门柄6通过操作者用拇指推装饰件5的上端表面8产生的反作用而转动。因此,装饰件5有可能被施加到上端表面8上的相对较大载荷损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,即使关闭手柄通过装饰件设置到轻型货车的后栏板等处,也能通过提高装饰件的刚度而防止装饰件的损坏。
根据本发明,提供一种车辆后栏板,包括:门板;设置在门板上的装饰件;设置于装饰件并可向车辆后方转动以打开门板的门柄;设置于装饰件的刹车灯;以及加固装饰件的刹车灯连接部分。
该门柄和刹车灯设置于装饰件的结构未被提出过。该结构是一新结构。
由于该门柄和该刹车灯被结合在连接到后栏板的门板上的单一装饰件中,因此可以很容易地减少将门柄和刹车灯连接到车辆上所需的装配工时。而且,由于装饰件通过刹车灯连接部被加固,因此当门柄向车辆后方转动以打开后栏板时,以及当通过操作者的打开动作对装饰件的后端部分施加相对较大负载时,该后端部分能充分地支撑该负载。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例将在下面描述,其中与现有技术中相对应的元件和部用相同参考符号表示。
在图1至图4中,后栏板(rear gate)3设置在轻型货车1的后车身2的后部,和树脂制成的装饰件5从车辆后方连接到后栏板3的门板(gatepanel)4上。
门柄6以下述方式被设置到装饰件5的下部中,即该门柄6能够关于支撑点7向车辆的后方转动,如图3中双点划线所示。通过向后转动门柄6,该后栏板3能够向后打开。
同样,装饰件5的上部还设有横向窗口10。肋11围绕窗口10形成。双头螺栓(stud bolt)12、13分别设置于装饰件5的下部和在车辆前侧的窗口10的两侧。双头螺栓15设置于车辆前侧的窗口10的下侧,也就是,在形成于装饰件5中靠近装饰件5下部的上部区域的后端部分14的车辆前侧上。另外,卡具(clip)16分别在装饰件5下部的车辆前侧的两侧一体模制成形。
因此,通过从该车辆前侧将刹车灯20装配到窗口10中,可以将安装在上方的刹车灯20固定到装饰件5上,然后将双头螺栓15插入到下部螺栓孔21中,该螺栓孔21形成在刹车灯20的连接件20a中,然后拧上螺母22。然后,通过将设置在该装饰件5下部上的卡具16推入到门板4的装配孔30中,可以将装饰件5固定到门板4上,然后将装饰件5的双头螺栓12分别顺次插入刹车灯20的侧装配孔23和门板4的螺栓孔31中,然后拧上螺母32,并且将装饰件5的双头螺栓13插入到门板4的螺栓孔33中,然后拧上螺母34。
如图5所示,双头螺栓15可以用柱螺栓螺母122替代,这样螺栓115可以插入到下螺栓孔21中并拧入到柱螺栓螺母(stud nut)122中。
由于门柄6和刹车灯20被结合在单一装饰件5中,因此能够容易地减少将门柄6和刹车灯20连接到车辆上所需的装配工时,这样就可以从整体上降低车辆成本。
同样,用于固定刹车灯20的双头螺栓15设于装饰件5的后端部分14的车辆前侧上,这样后端部分14的厚度就必然增加。因此,装饰件5的刚度可自动提高,而且后端部分14的附近区域的刚度也能通过围绕装饰件5的窗口10设置肋11而提高。
因此,当门柄6朝车辆后方转动以打开后栏板3时,该门柄6通过操作者用拇指推装饰件5的后端部分14产生的反作用而转动。即使当相对较大的负载施加到后端部分14时,后端部分14也能充分地支撑该负载。这样,就可以确实地防止装饰件5损坏。
如上所述,在根据本发明的车辆后栏板中,由于门柄和刹车灯被装入到连接在后栏板门板上的装饰件中,因此能容易地减少将门柄和刹车灯安装到车辆上的安装工时,且因此可以降低车辆的成本。而且,能够提高形成在装饰件的门柄的上端区域附近的后端部分的刚度。因此,即使当相对较大的负载通过操作者打开后栏板的动作而施加到后端部分上时,该后端部分也能充分地支撑该负载,并因此可以确保防止对装饰件的损坏。

Claims (7)

1.一种车辆后栏板,包括:
门板;
设置在门板上的装饰件;
门柄,其设置于该装饰件且可向车辆后方转动以打开该门板;
设置于该装饰件的刹车灯;以及
加固该装饰件的刹车灯连接部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆后栏板,其特征在于,所述刹车灯连接部分包括:
形成于装饰件中的门柄的上部附近的后端部分;以及
连接件,该连接件可连接到后端部分的车辆前侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆后栏板,其特征在于,该刹车灯被安装到形成于装饰件的后端部分的上侧的窗口中;以及
该后端部分包括形成在窗口周围的肋。
4.如权利要求2所述的车辆后栏板,其特征在于,该连接件包括:
设置于后端部分的车辆前侧的双头螺栓;以及
可拧到该双头螺栓上的螺母;
其中刹车灯通过该双头螺栓和螺母连接到装饰件上。
5.如权利要求2所述的车辆后栏板,其特征在于,该连接件包括:
设置到所述后端部分的车辆前侧的柱螺栓螺母;以及
可拧到该柱螺栓螺母上的螺栓;
其中该刹车灯通过该柱螺栓螺母和该螺栓连接到装饰件上。
6.一种车辆后栏板,包括:
门板;
设置到门板上的装饰件;
设置于装饰件并可向车辆后方转动以打开门板的门柄;
设置于装饰件的刹车灯;以及
刹车灯连接部分;
其中,装饰件上的在门柄被转动时由操作者施加负载的部分通过刹车灯连接部分被加固。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆后栏板,其特征在于,当门柄被转动时,该门板绕着沿门板下部延伸的旋转轴线旋转以被打开。
