技术领域:本发明涉及一种对碾米脱壳后残留的稻壳进行再加工的工艺,尤其涉及一对稻壳进行碳化的工艺。
技术背景:我国是盛产稻谷的国家,对碾米脱壳后残留的稻壳,传统的处理方法是用作饲料。随着现代饲料加工方法的改进,这种用稻壳加工的饲料已越来越不受欢迎,造成大量稻壳的浪费。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对现有状况,提供一种对稻壳进行再加工工艺。本发明加工工艺就是对稻壳进行碳化,该碳化后的稻壳灰是具有很高价值的优质工业保温材料。本发明具体操作工艺如下:将稻壳堆积起来并点燃,将鼓风机伸进稻壳里面,加快稻壳的燃烧,燃烧10-30分钟后散开冷却。本发明工艺简单,加工出的稻壳灰含碳量高,可用于铜水、铁水保温。
