技术领域：本发明涉及一种对碾米脱壳后残留的稻壳进行再加工的工艺，尤其涉及一对稻壳进行碳化的工艺。
技术背景：我国是盛产稻谷的国家，对碾米脱壳后残留的稻壳，传统的处理方法是用作饲料。随着现代饲料加工方法的改进，这种用稻壳加工的饲料已越来越不受欢迎，造成大量稻壳的浪费。
发明内容：本发明的目的就是针对现有状况，提供一种对稻壳进行再加工工艺。本发明加工工艺就是对稻壳进行碳化，该碳化后的稻壳灰是具有很高价值的优质工业保温材料。本发明具体操作工艺如下：将稻壳堆积起来并点燃，将鼓风机伸进稻壳里面，加快稻壳的燃烧，燃烧10-30分钟后散开冷却。本发明工艺简单，加工出的稻壳灰含碳量高，可用于铜水、铁水保温。
