Description

蝗虫形象制作及其粉末的抗疲劳用途
技术领域    本发明对蝗虫的选择仅限于东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoria manilensis)、亚洲飞蝗(Locusta migratoria migratoria L.)(包括内蒙古戈壁土蝗)。东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoriamanilensis(Meyen))属直翅目,蝗总科。分布在中国北起河北、山西、陕西,南至福建、广东、海南、广西、云南,东达沿海各省,西至四川、甘肃南部。亚洲飞蝗(Locusta migratoriamigratoria L.)属直翅目,蝗总科。别名散居型亚洲飞蝗、蝗虫、蚂蚱、青头郎。分布在我国偏北地区,东起黑龙江、吉林,东径110。以西逐渐增多,西至内蒙古、新疆。
背景技术    蝗虫俗名蝗蝻、蚱蜢;性平,味辛干;具有补益强壮的功效。蝗虫含有丰富的蛋白质,维生素A、B、C、E和多种矿物质,脂肪含量低,是良好的人体保健资源和动物饲料蛋白源,可鲜用、干用入药,具止咳平喘、解毒、透疹等作用,主要用于百日咳、支气管哮喘、小儿中风、喉咙肿痛、疹出不爽等,外用可治疗中耳炎。霜打的蝗虫可治菌痢、肠炎。历史上曾用乃至目前蝗灾区仍沿用蝗虫干作饲料或下酒的小菜或将鲜蝗虫油炸食用。
发明内容    本发明发现蝗虫不仅具有食用价值、营养丰富,还具有丰富的活性蛋白(类弹性蛋白、蛋白质、角蛋白、脂蛋白、几丁蛋白原等)。现将本发明中的制作方法以实施例1-4的形式予以表述;本发明中经过ICR小鼠运动耐力实验证明蝗虫粉有非常显著的抗疲劳作用而血糖实验证明蝗虫粉具有极好的延缓疲劳的用途。(见表1、表2所示)
1、蝗虫形象制作及其粉末制造的实施例
1.1实施例1先将东亚飞蝗或亚洲飞蝗经笼中绝食24小时排粪便后,选择形象好的洗净,100℃烘烤0.5小时后,喷涂调料(酱油+糖+胡椒)、负氧离子,外层再喷负氧离子,晒干后,最后喷竹炭粉,形成黑色造型;
1.2实施例2同实施例1,最后喷叶绿素,呈全绿色蝗虫;
1.3实施例3同实施例1,最后喷β-胡萝卜素,呈桔红色蝗虫;
1.4实施例4将实施例1-3剩下的干蝗虫碎渣和不成形的蝗虫躯干烤干,粉碎成100目,过100目筛网,包装成1kg/袋。
2、蝗虫粉抗疲劳实验
2.1运动耐力实验:

*与对照组比较P<0.01,具有非常显著的抗疲劳效果。
2.2血糖实验:

**与对照组比较P<0.01,具有非常显著的抗疲劳效果。
从上述运动耐力实验得出结论:对照组未服用蝗虫粉游泳时间明显短,而服用蝗虫粉游泳时间是对照组的2倍,而服用蝗虫粉实验组之间无显著差异,证明蝗虫粉具有非常明显的抗疲劳效果。
从上述血糖实验得出结论:明肌糖原分解供能,其在肌肉中的含量会下降,血糖下降会影响到肌肉能量的供应,而且会影响中枢神经系统的正常机能。因此,血糖下降是长时间运动时导致疲劳的重要因素之一。正常血糖浓度在80-120mg/dl之间,运动时由于肌肉吸收及向中枢神经系统供应能量,使血糖水平降低,此时动脉血糖的平衡主要依靠肌糖原消耗和肝糖原分解释放葡萄糖进入血液之间的平衡。实验组肌糖原比对照组储备充足,实验数据证明,实验组肌肉依靠自身储备的能量维持运动的时间就长,有助于维持血糖水平,延缓疲劳的发生。
实验组还证明肌糖原大量消耗,血糖水平降低时,肝糖原加速分解释放葡萄糖进入血液(表2)实验组不论高剂量还是低剂量组均维持血糖恒定,同样肝糖原储备充足,也能长时间维持血糖恒定,即延缓了疲劳的发生。

具体实施方式    蝗虫形象制作及其粉末制造的实施例如下:
1.1实施例1先将东亚飞蝗或亚洲飞蝗经笼中绝食24小时排粪便后,选择形象好的洗净,100℃烘烤0.5小时后,喷涂调料(酱油+糖+胡椒)、负氧离子,外层再喷负氧离子,晒干后,最后喷竹炭粉,形成黑色造型;
1.2实施例2同实施例1,最后喷叶绿素,呈全绿色蝗虫;
1.3实施例3同实施例1,最后喷β-胡萝卜素,呈桔红色蝗虫;
1.4实施例4将实施例1-3剩下的干蝗虫碎渣和不成形的蝗虫躯干烤干,粉碎成100目,过100目筛网,包装成1kg/袋。

Claims (3)

1、本发明系东亚飞蝗或亚洲飞蝗(包括内蒙古戈壁土蝗)干粉的制作方法及其抗疲劳用途;
2、根据权利要求1所述,东亚飞蝗的制作方法为,将东亚飞蝗经笼中绝食24小时,排粪便后洗净,100℃烘烤0.5小时后喷涂调料(酱油+糖+味精)、负氧离子,外层再喷负氧离子,晒干后最后喷涂竹炭粉或天然色素、叶绿素或β-胡萝卜素等;亚洲飞蝗(包括内蒙古戈壁土蝗)干粉的制作方法为,将活土蝗置于笼中饥饿24小时后,洗净,置于沸水中煮烫10分钟后,晾干,60℃烤干,研磨,过100目筛网成深棕色粉末,包装成1kg/袋;
3、根据权利要求1所述,本发明中东亚飞蝗或亚洲飞蝗(包括内蒙古戈壁土蝗)干粉具有抗疲劳的用途,可用作食品和保健食品。
