可以从1999年的IDW学报第787-790页中的T.Tokunaga等人的文章“Development of New Driving Method for AC-PDPs:High-Contrast,Low Energy Address and Reduction of Fasle ContourSequence CLEAR”中了解在首段中描述的这种方法。 在文章“Developmentof New Driving Method for AC-PDPs:High-Contrast,Low EnergyAddress and Reduction of Fasle Contour Sequence CLEAR”中,描述了一个增加子场的方案。
图1示出了根据先有技术的具有8子场的场周期;
图2示出了根据本发明的具有各有4子场的两个序列的场周期;
图3A示出了具有7清晰灰度级的灰度传递函数;
图3B示出了具有10清晰灰度级的灰度传递函数;
图3C示出了具有14清晰灰度级的灰度传递函数;
图4示出了与显示面板随时间函数发光的数量相关的两个信号;

-控制器502,被设计成用于接收输入信号和控制显示驱动装置500的运行;
-脉冲发生器504,用于产生合适的脉冲来驱动显示面板,例如准备脉冲和选择擦除放电脉冲;
