Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱,其具有用于限定冰箱内部空间的内壳,特别是这样一种冰箱,其内壳被分成两部分,并且其中一部分包含着具有极佳抗菌和/或杀菌作用的纳米银颗粒。
背景技术
一般而言,银(Ag)是众所周知的普通抗菌剂。特别地,胶质银能够安全有效地抵制细菌、真菌、微生物、病毒和类似物。当银离子被吸收进入病毒、细菌、真菌和类似物的细胞中时,银离子可以阻止细胞呼吸所需要的酶的生长,以使它们死亡。而且,银离子还能阻止细菌的代谢,并能抑制细菌的繁殖。
银的精细颗粒能够通过物理加工方法例如电解、液相还原和研磨产生。目前为止主要使用电解方法,目的是获得高纯度的稳定纳米银颗粒。在电解加工方法中,纯银(99.99%)被浸入蒸馏水中;极其精细的银颗粒通过在低温情况下施加较低电流而获得。
与此同时,冰箱利用制冷循环而在储藏室中冷却空气,以将食物在食物储藏室中以新鲜状态保存更长时间。在冰箱中,被压缩机以较高温度和较高压力压缩的制冷气体在冷凝器中变成液相;然后液体被膨胀阀减压,并在蒸发器中被蒸发。此时,蒸发的制冷剂从环境空气汲取热量,以使其冷却。冷却后的空气再通过例如风扇而被吹入食物储藏室中。
关于将上述纳米银用于抗菌目的的研究曾被进行,在该项研究中,限定冰箱内部空间的冰箱内壳通过由纳米银制成而用于抗菌目的。
冰箱的内壳通常由丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯(“ABS”)共聚物制成,因为诸如ABS共聚物等苯乙烯基树脂具有优良的机械性能、适用性、外观、光泽及类似优点。冰箱的内壳由ABS共聚物制成片材,然后再对其进行真空成型加工。
真空成型加工是塑料成型加工的一种类型,真空成型加工包括:将树脂挤出在片材上;在真空成型机中加热和软化片材,以形成软化片材;将软化片材移到模具中,以便通过抽真空或是抽真空加压缩空气将其成型为所要求的形状,从而制造出所希望的产品。该真空成型加工广泛应用于生产冰箱的内壳。
这种内壳通过在母料中包含的ABS溶剂中添加纳米银颗粒而混有纳米银颗粒。由于在成型不需要杀菌作用的一部分内壳的过程中也加有纳米银颗粒,从而会使得纳米银的使用浪费。因此,这种生产是高成本的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种能够减少内壳中纳米银含量的冰箱。
根据本发明的一个方面,所提供的冰箱包含:内壳,其具有用于限定冰箱内部空间的内侧片材和形成在内侧片材上的外侧片材,其中内侧片材中含有纳米银颗粒。
内侧片材和外侧片材优选通过双层挤出成型技术而彼此结合起来。

如图所示,壳体包含内壳10、用于形成冰箱外观的外壳30和设在内外壳中间的绝热材料20。
内壳10具有内侧片材12和外侧片材14,其中内侧片材12用于限定冰箱的内部空间,外侧片材14形成在绝热材料20上。内侧片材12可能与食物、使用人员或空气污染物接触,因此需要具有杀菌作用,而外侧片材14不需要。因此,只需在内侧片材12中含有具有杀菌作用的纳米银颗粒,而外侧片材14由典型的丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯(“ABS”)共聚物制成。这样就可以减小在内壳10中纳米银颗粒的使用量。从而,优选使内侧片材12的厚度最小化,以进一步减小包含在其中的纳米银的用量。内侧片材12和外侧片材14通过例如双层挤出成型技术而被彼此结合起来。
在本发明的优选实施例中,鉴于目前的制造技术和单位重量的纳米银所能形成的比表面积的效率,纳米银颗粒的大小被限定在15-300nm左右。
此外,添加在内侧片材12中的纳米银的重量浓度被限定在大约1-500ppm的范围内,从而昂贵的纳米银能被高效率地使用,并且能够获得预期的抗菌能力。当纳米银的浓度增加时,抗菌能力也会增强。然而,发现在重量浓度为50-500ppm的范围内,抗菌能力没有明显差别。而且,在纳米银的上述浓度范围内,能够稳定地且高效率地杀菌或抑制细菌。
使用这种冰箱内壳,由于包含在内壳中的纳米银颗粒量被减小,所以可以降低冰箱的产品成本。
虽然参照优选实施例描述了本发明,但对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以理解,在不脱离如附属权利要求中所限定的本发明精神和范围的前提下,能够进行各种变化和更改。

内壳,其含有用于限定冰箱内部空间的内侧片材和形成在内侧片材上的外侧片材,其中内侧片材中含有纳米银颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:内侧片材和外侧片材通过双层挤出成型技术而被彼此结合起来。
3.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:纳米银颗粒的尺寸为大约15-300nm,浓度为大约1-500ppm。
