Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业用纺织品领域,更具体而言是,用于形成强化外层覆盖物的织物。因此,这种织物呈织带形,可被缠绕在需要强化的机械构件上。例如,有关对在压力条件下传输流体用的管道进行强化的问题。这些管道在重量和压力,甚至温度方面承受特别高的应力,因此有必要在机械强度方面具有特别高的性能。
本发明目的在于改进这种管道的抗爆裂性能。
背景技术
笼统地说,在确保用于压力条件下传输气体或流体的所有管道中,通过使用螺旋形缠绕的高性能织带确保对由聚合材料制成的管道进行捆扎,从而赋予抗爆裂性能。通常,所使用的织带在高强度纱线,例如:芳族聚酰胺纱线、玻璃丝或碳化纤维以及聚酯、聚乙烯或聚酰胺纱线的基础上进行生产。这些织带通常是弯曲的单向织带,且为了限制收缩,通过织造具有极低线密度的纬纱线获得这些织带。
随后,使用能确保产生连续捻回的施加系统将这些织带布置在初始管道上。为确保达到最佳强化效果,有必要使用多层织带。然而,经常发现这些施加机的精确度不足以确保精确连续地施加不同捻回的织带。由此会在宽度为约10厘米数量级的织带之间产生达几毫米的间隙。在高压的作用下,该间隙的存在使得已捆扎了织带的管道产生蠕变变形,并由此在织带内产生一个鼓起。这一鼓起显然是一个弱点,特别是在剪切方面,其中在鼓起处集中了非常大的最终可导致管道发生爆裂的机械应力。基于玻璃丝的解决方案不适合的原因就在于此。玻璃丝的另一缺点是:为保证其完整性,在处理时要求采取一定的预防措施。这样,同合成纱线相比,玻璃丝不具备既能够进行缠绕或折叠,同时还要保持成比例的抗力的足够的柔韧性。
相反地,由于施加机施加织带的精确度较低,有可能造成两连续织带捻回略微发生重叠,由此形成局部过厚。随后由于缠绕其它层织带使得这一过厚增加,从而形成了一个管道脆裂点。有关不同层之间的相对滑移的现象同样也是管道脆裂的一个来源。
本发明的目的在于不管施加机的限定的精确度,使有可能生产出一种具有优良抗爆裂性能的织带。
发明内容
因此,本发明涉及一种能够用带子捆扎在需要强化的机械构件上的强化外层覆盖物。该种外层覆盖物呈织带形,该织带由基于高性能合成纱线,例如芳族聚酰胺的高强度经纱线织造而成。
根据本发明,这种织带被定义为:它具有一个由两个侧部区定界的中心区,侧部区的厚度小于中心区的厚度。换句话说,即织带侧向边界处比中心区薄,由此使得缠绕织带的轻微重叠不会产生过厚现象,或至少这种过厚现象是有限的。
由此,在扎带中,可对施加机进行设置以便产生这种轻微重叠,这种轻微重叠有可能阻止形成如上所述对管道抗爆裂性能有危害作用的鼓起。发生这种轻微重叠并没有明显的过厚厚度,明显的过厚厚度同样也是如前所述在整个宽度上具有恒定厚度的现有强化织带的一个缺点。
实际上,侧部区中纱线的线密度小于中心区内纱线的线密度,或者更一般地是,侧部区中纱线的粗度小于用于形成中心区的纱线的粗度。
根据本发明的另一个特征,在这些侧部区中所使用的纱线具有的在拉力条件下的延伸性大于中心区内纱线的延伸性。因而,织带边界处在重叠区中可经受轻微变形并由此在这些特殊区域中分布机械应力。
在一些实施例中,在中心区内可使用捻线,而在侧部区中的纱线是无加捻的或非常有限的加捻的,以优化侧部区和中心区之间的相对延伸性。
在实践中有利的是,所使用的纬纱线可以是包括至少一种热塑性部分的纱线,当织带已进行加热处理时可以确保经线的轻微粘结并由此保持该组件。
在实际中,各侧部区的宽度为织带总宽度的约2-20%。
在一个特别的实施例中,特别是当所用纱线是基于芳族聚酰胺时,可在织带表面中的一面上施加热塑性材料膜,相对于其它层而言,可以确保织带受到保护,且就紫外线而言,纤维受到保护。

具体实施形式
图1所示的弯曲单向织带(1)具有一个中心区(2)和两个形成织带边界的侧部区(3,4)。多种经纱线(5,6,7)与纬纱线(8)织造在一起。
在所示形式中,实际上中心区(2)的宽度在10-200毫米之间,而侧部区(3,4)的宽度约在3-10毫米数量级。
中心区(2)中的经纱线(5)的厚度相对较大,约在0.8-1毫米数量级,而侧部区(3,4)中的经纱线(6,7)的厚度在0.3-0.5毫米数量级。
在中心区(2)中使用基于芳族聚酰胺、间-芳族聚酰胺、对-芳族聚酰胺的纱线作为经纱线(5)会获得良好结果。然而,本发明同样包含使用与芳族聚酰胺在机械抗力及高柔韧性方面性能相当的纱线。这适用于合成纱线,例如:芳香族聚酯或高强度聚乙烯,或者适用于特种纱线,例如:那些基于液晶的纱线。
经纱线(5)可以是加捻或不加捻的复丝纱线或者是加捻线,其线密度范围是330-680特克斯(tex),例如对于60捻回的加捻,最好在Z方向和S方向上进行交替。使用两个加捻方向使得有可能保持纱带的平整度,并防止产生扭结现象。
在侧部区(3,4)中使用的经纱线(6,7)可以是连续纱线或由短纤维得到的纱线,以致其延伸率大于中心区纱线的延伸率。在侧部区中也可以使用与中心区纱线相同的芳族聚酰胺纱线。在实践中,由此可以生产出的纱带具有优良的抗拉强度等力学性质,其数值大小一般大于1吨/厘米宽度。
在高模量带的编制过程中,在纬纱方面,所使用的纱线可以是例如:涂覆有热塑性材料的聚酯纱线,以致具有的线密度为40特克斯(tex)数量级;或者是带有基于热塑性材料的涂层的玻璃丝。这些纱线所具有的线密度为20-70特克斯(tex)数量级并且是无捻的。应该注意的是,为使经纱线产生收缩的可能性最小,纬纱线的线密度明显低于经纱线的线密度,通常比率至少为1∶10。这些纬纱线的功能性在于:在随后纱带的处理和使用中甚至在轻微张力条件下,确保保持经纱线的几何排布。每次引纬时根据织造材料的不同,这种纬纱线可以为单股或双股。这种纬纱线做为选择穿引在整个织物的全宽度之上,同时,在纱带的整个长度之上连续,因此不需要接结或形成织边。
由上可知,根据本发明的纱带可被捆扎,产生确保在整个重叠的表面上连续强化的重叠区。然而这些重叠区域不会产生任何过厚或形成脆裂点的区域,如现有技术中的纱带情况。侧部区的重叠使得可以使用相对于迄今所用方法不太复杂的和更快速的铺设方法,由此节省了生产成本。
这种纱带可被用于非常多的用途,其中要么就这样使用,要么使用热固性树脂进行浸渍处理。因此,它既可被用于管道、导管和其它旋转部件的生产,又可用于对现有结构例如桥墩进行强化。
Claims (8)
1、一种能够捆扎需要强化的机械构件以进行强化的单向织物强化外层覆盖物(1),所述外层覆盖物由织带形成,该织带由基于芳族聚酰胺的高强度合成经纱线(5)织造而成,特别是该织带具有一个由两个侧部区(3,4)作边界的中心区(2),侧部区的厚度小于中心区的厚度。
2、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,侧部区(3,4)中的经纱线(6,7)的线密度小于中心区(2)中纱线的线密度。
3、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,侧部区(3,4)中的纱线(6,7)的厚度小于中心区(2)中纱线的厚度。
4、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,侧部区(3,4)中的纱线(6,7)的延伸性大于中心区纱线的延伸性。
5、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,中心区的纱线(5)是加捻的,而侧部区中的纱线(6,7)是无捻的。
6、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,纬纱线(8)包含至少一个热塑性部分。
7、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,每一侧部区的宽度为纱带宽度的2-20%。
8、如权利要求1所述的外层覆盖物,其特征在于,纱带表面中的至少一个面包含有一层热塑性材料保护性薄膜。
