Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种夹层建筑构件,包括一芯元件,和在其两相对的主表面上的表面层,所述芯元件由沿建筑构件的纵向延伸的矿物棉薄板组成,所述表面层通过用一种胶粘剂将其固定到芯元件的相对主表面上而层压到芯元件上。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的夹层建筑构件,它可以例如根据防火和强度要求的观点实现适当的接合处设计,并且,该建筑构件适用于不同应用场合的多种用途,例如可以使得在由该建筑构件组成的壁中的封闭区中进行各种空气通道和电缆所要求的管道系统的安装。为了实现该目的,本发明的建筑构件的特征在于,至少一薄板具有至少一个与其一体地做成的单独的LVIST(供热、给排水设施、通风、电气安装和信息传递)通道构件和/或结构支承元件,并且,所述建筑构件可以如此结合(bond)到一相邻的建筑构件上,以使所述通道构件和/或结构支承元件连续地横跨一在建筑构件之间的连接处。术语LVIST通道构件指与供热、水供给、空调、电力输送,或信息传递相关的通道或槽道。
由本发明的建筑构件所获得的一个益处是例如一建筑构件的芯元件的所希望的部分可以具有所希望的性能,例如一边缘薄板或各边缘薄板可比中央位置的薄板具有更大的强度或刚度或更好的防火能力,而芯元件的制造成本比完全由较高质量的材料制成的芯元件的低。另外,根据本发明,通过使用在垂直于建筑构件的方向上具有变化的尺寸的薄板可以相对容易地制造具有型面的建筑构件。
具有各种通道和/或结构支承元件的本发明的建筑构件使得能够以一种相对简单的方式实现例如智能正面(intelligent facades)和可移除的隔墙。
薄板还可具有与其一体地形成的其它构件,例如用于增强消音的隔音板。薄板还可具有与其一体地做成的支靠在一表面板的内面的固定件或支架元件,用于各种接合需求。所述固定件或支架元件在将薄板粘接到表面板的过程中可靠地粘附到表面板的内面上。

优选实施例详细说明
在图1a中,一边缘薄板20由一种其防火或耐熔性能比用于芯元件的其它薄板25的更强和更好的矿物棉材料制成,以增强待接合到一起的建筑构件之间的连接。此外薄板部分20还具有与其一体地做成的例如用于电缆的通道或管道系统28。
在图1b中,除了一边缘薄板21之外,一中央位置的薄板22也由一种比薄板25更强的矿物棉材料制成,并且,此外,边缘薄板21具有与其一体地做成的空气通道30,和薄板部分22具有一空气通道29和与其一体地做成的用于电缆的通道或管道系统28。在其材料方面,空气通道和/或其它槽道或管道系统可以例如由金属或塑料制成,并优选地通过结合与一薄板一体地做成。
在图1c中,边缘薄板23具有与其一体地做成的用于容纳例如隐藏在一壁结构内的建筑框架元件的构造31。边缘薄板23由比其它薄板25更强的材料制成。
图1d示出一实施例,其中最外面的薄板24形成有一用于容纳电缆管道系统28的构造32,另外,芯元件具有一带有一空气通道29和用于电缆的管道系统28的位于中央的薄板构件22。此外,在图1d的实施例中,表面层材料由比在图1a-1c的实施例中使用的建筑板更厚的建筑板组成,其中表面层材料优选地包括塑封/包塑的钢板。表面层材料26和27可包括例如一包括石材的板或一石膏板。
图2示出一适于用作天花板的建筑构件40,其中芯元件2的薄板是这样设计的,即芯元件具有一平的底部主表面和一加工出型面的顶部主表面。通常是首先通过使用尺寸基本上相同的薄板,然后通过例如切割或铣形成一具有横截面为V或U形的槽43的芯元件的表面而制出型面的。槽43还可以通过将适当形状的块加到芯元件2的表面上而形成。参考标号41表示一具有一平坦顶部表面的薄板部分,参考标号42表示一具有槽43的薄板部分。由于该槽系统43,这些薄板部分的尺寸在垂直于构件40的方向变化,并且在该实施例中也在横向变化。自然地,槽系统43也可如此制成,即薄板部分41具有一平的顶表面,在该构件的横向上其尺寸等于槽43的开口的宽度。顶表面层3设计成基本上与芯元件2的对应主表面的型面轮廓一致。
本发明的建筑构件可以在一用于生产大批量相同构件的传统连续作用的生产线(action line)上制造,或者在一可用于以小批量顺序制造单个构件甚至单一部件的所谓半连续生产线上制造。所述半连续方法在由本发明人在同一日期提交的待审查芬兰申请中有更详细的说明。在该方法中,叠置到芯元件2的各主表面上的表面层3和4顺序并临时地结合到叠置于对应的主表面上的其它表面层3和4上,以提供连续的表面层串(string),所述表面层串然后与芯元件2连接以提供一连续的所述建筑构件串。然后在表面层串之间的临时接合处切割如此获得的建筑构件串。所述临时接合优选地通过贴边(taping)进行。
对于本发明的建筑构件,可以构思表面层3、4中的至少一个在其所有四侧即在纵向边缘和横向短侧或端部区域加工出型面,以制造一盒构件。端部区域的型面也可以通过在所述区域安装单独的具有型面的端部构件而实现。
Claims (6)
1.一种夹层建筑构件,包括一芯元件(2),和在其两相对的主表面上的表面层(3,4),所述芯元件由沿建筑构件的纵向延伸的矿物棉薄板组成,所述表面层通过用一种胶粘剂将其固定到所述芯元件的相对主表面上而层压到所述芯元件上,所述芯元件(2)由在防火、强度、和/或其它性能方面彼此不同的至少两薄板(20-25,41,42)组成,其特征在于,至少一薄板具有至少一个与其一体地做成的单独的LVIST即供热、给排水、通风、电气安装和信息传递通道构件(28、29)和/或结构支承元件(31);所述建筑构件可以如此结合到一相邻的建筑构件上,以使所述通道构件(28、29)和/或结构支承元件(31)连续地横跨一在建筑构件之间的连接处。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的建筑构件,其特征在于,所述芯元件(2)使其至少一个主表面通过形成槽(43)而制出型面,和所述表面层(3,4)适配成基本上与芯元件(2)的表面轮廓相符合。
3.一种根据权利要求2所述的建筑构件,其特征在于,所述槽(43)通过切割或铣而制成。
4.一种根据权利要求2所述的建筑构件,其特征在于,所述槽(43)通过将适当形状的块加装到所述芯元件的表面上而形成。
5.一种根据上述权利要求任一项所述的建筑构件,其特征在于,所述表面层(3,4)的至少一个在其所有侧面上按需求加工出型面。
6.一种根据权利要求5所述的建筑构件,其特征在于,所述全面加工出型面的表面层的短侧即端部区域的型面加工通过为其安装单独的有型面的端部构件而进行。
