Abstract

一种离心式蒸发器,蒸发器的管道排列成圆柱体,在蒸发器管道圆柱体的内部和圆柱体的外部分别设有圆柱形风叶轮,这两个圆柱形风叶轮同心共轴连接在电机轴上。在两个圆柱形风叶轮外侧端设有挡风板。本发明离心式蒸发器,两个圆柱形风叶轮同步旋转,使蒸发器管道处于低压区内,水蒸气不经过蒸发器,使蒸发器结霜量减少。不用除霜,节约能量。

技术领域
本发明属于制冷蒸发器,特别涉及一种离心式蒸发器。
背景技术
目前的制冷蒸发器在运行的过程中,很容易结霜,结霜后的蒸发器热交换效率差,浪费能源,一般需要增加除霜设备,需要增加相应的设施,也需要能源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种离心式蒸发器,不需要增加除霜设备,达到不结霜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种离心式蒸发器,其特征在于:蒸发器的管道排列成圆柱体,在蒸发器管道圆柱体的内部和圆柱体的外部分别设有圆柱形风叶轮,这两个圆柱形风叶轮同心共轴连接在电机轴上。
在两个圆柱形风叶轮外侧端设有挡风板。
本发明效果是:离心式蒸发器,两个圆柱形风叶轮同步旋转,使蒸发器管道处于低压区内,水蒸气不经过蒸发器,使蒸发器结霜量减少。不用除霜,节约能量。

具体实施方式
图1所示的一种离心式蒸发器,蒸发器的管道1排列成圆柱体如图2所示,在蒸发器管道圆柱体的内部和圆柱体的外部分别设有圆柱形风叶轮2、3,这两个圆柱形风叶轮同心共轴连接在电机4轴上。在两个圆柱形风叶轮外侧端有挡风板5。在蒸发器的管道上有散热片(图2是将散热片出去的状态)。

1、一种离心式蒸发器,其特征在于:蒸发器的管道排列成圆柱体,在蒸发器管道圆柱体的内部和圆柱体的外部分别设有圆柱形风叶轮,这两个圆柱形风叶轮同心共轴连接在电机轴上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的离心式蒸发器,其特征在于:在两个圆柱形风叶轮外侧端设有挡风板。
