一种五气分析仪采样系统反吹清洗装置,包括一个二位三通电磁阀、一个二位二通电磁阀、一个减压阀和一个压缩空气入口,在气水分离器和冷凝器之间增加一个反吹气路,利用原有的空气压缩机提供的压缩空气实现对采样系统的快速反吹清洗,该装置基于Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统,不改变原系统的基本气路结构,不影响原系统所具有的所有功能和性能,缩短了两次检测之间采样系统的清洗时间,提高了检测效率,保证了检测准确性。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及五气分析仪的清洗装置,尤其是一种基于Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统的采样系统快速反吹清洗装置。
背景技术
使用Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统进行汽油车简易瞬态工况污染物排放检测时,两辆车检测之间需要利用压缩环境空气对汽车尾气质量分析系统的采样探头和采样管路进行反吹清洗,以使上一辆车的尾气残留物不对下一辆车的排放状况分析产生影响,确保检测的准确性。现有的Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统由于不具备采样系统反吹清洗装置,存在采样系统清洗时间长,清洗效果不好,影响检测效率和检测准确性的问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统缺少采样系统反吹清洗装置的问题,本发明提供了一种针对Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统的低成本、易实现、可快速清洗采样系统的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在不改变现有SensorsVMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统的采样系统结构的前提下,增加一个二位三通电磁阀、一个二位二通电磁阀、一个减压阀和一个压缩空气入口,利用VMAS系统配备的空气压缩机的压缩空气快速反吹清洗采样系统。
本发明的特征在于:在气水分离器和冷凝器之间增加一个反吹气路,利用原有的空气压缩机提供的(600~1000)kPa压缩空气,经减压阀后,压力降低到200kPa,减压后的压缩空气经二位三通电磁阀、三通和气水分离器进入采样管路和采样探头,经采样探头出口排出到环境空气中,达到反吹清洗采样系统的目的,同时做到不影响Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统所具有的所有功能和性能。
本发明的有益效果是:
对现有Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统进行改装,提供了一种可进行快速反吹清洗采样系统的装置。原Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统无反吹清洗系统时,采样系统清洗需要4分钟,增加反吹清洗采样系统的装置后,采样系统的清洗只需要0.5分钟,保证了基于SensorsVMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统的汽油车简易瞬态工况污染物排放检测装置满足有关标准要求,提高了检测效率和检测的准确性。

具体实施方式
在图1中,进行采样系统清洗时,二位三通电磁阀1(9)、二位三通电磁阀6(29)和二位二通电磁阀(34)上电,接通了压缩空气入口(7)和样气入口(2)之间的气路,接通了环境空气入口(23)和抽气泵(28)之间的气路,断开了压缩空气入口(7)和冷凝器(33)之间的气路;分两路对采样系统进行清洗:一路环境空气经环境空气入口(23)、滤清器3(24)、二位三通电磁阀3(25)、二位三通电磁阀6(29)、抽气泵(28)、二位三通电磁阀2(11)、滤清器2(12)、CO、CO2和HC传感器(13)、三通3(19)、三通2(14)、O2传感器(10)和NO传感器(17)后经样气出口1(15)和样气出口2(16)排出机外,完成对五气分析仪机内采样系统清洗;另一路压缩环境空气经压缩空气入口(7)、减压阀(8)、二位三通电磁阀1(9)、样气入口(2)排出到采样管路和采样探头,经采样探头出口排出到环境空气中,完成对机外采样管路和采样探头的清洗;由于经减压阀(8)后,压缩空气的压力仍有200kPa,因此使二位二通电磁阀(34)上电,断开了通向冷凝器(33)之间的气路,防止较高压力的气体进入机内的采样系统而造成对传感器的损坏。

Claims (5)

1.一种VMAS五气分析仪采样系统反吹清洗装置,包括一个二位三通电磁阀、一个二位二通电磁阀、一个减压阀和一个压缩空气入口,其特征在于:基于Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统,在不改变Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统的基本气路结构,不影响Sensors VMAS汽车尾气质量分析系统所具有的所有功能和性能的情况下,实现对采样系统的快速反吹清洗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的VMAS五气分析仪采样系统反吹清洗装置,其特征是:利用原有的空气压缩机提供的压缩空气实现对采样系统的快速反吹清洗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的VMAS五气分析仪采样系统反吹清洗装置,其特征是:在对采样管路和采样探头进行快速反吹清洗时,断开了压缩空气进入到机内传感器的气路,防止了较高压力的气体进入机内的分析系统而造成对传感器的损坏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的VMAS五气分析仪采样系统反吹清洗装置,其特征是:减压阀把来自空气压缩机的压缩空气的(600~1000)kPa的压力减压到200kPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的VMAS五气分析仪采样系统反吹清洗装置,其特征是:反吹清洗装置安装在气水分离器和冷凝器之间。
