Abstract

本发明的蒸煮剂由浓硫酸(H2SO4)、硫酸钠(NaSO4)、均染剂(平平加OR-O(CH2CH2)nCH2CH2OH)、表面活性剂AS(RSO3Na)、渗透剂JFC(C7-9H15-19O(CH2CH2O)5H)、尿素(NH2CONH2)、无水亚硫酸钠(Na2SO4)、消泡剂GP和水(H2O)组成,采用本蒸煮剂制浆能提高细浆得浆率2-3%,浆的白度提高4-5度,浆硬度降低,可缩短蒸煮时间,提高浆的收获率,吨浆降低成本50元左右,且无毒无害,有利于操作人员健康,不产生污染。

Description

一种蒸煮剂
(一)技术领域:本发明属于造纸工业技术领域,具体地说是一种造纸制浆用蒸煮剂。
(二)背景技术:目前,造纸主要的蒸煮方法有烧碱法、硫酸盐法以及碱性、中性、亚硫酸钠法等几种。其中硫酸盐法蒸煮以其制浆浆料强度高而被广大厂家采用。但是,硫酸盐法制浆存在着设备腐蚀严重,环境污染大,浆料难漂,制浆成本较高等缺点。为了加速脱木素速率和保护纤维素和半纤维素使之不被降解,造纸工作者开发了蒸煮助剂的蒸煮技术,因而在造纸化学品领域中产生了众多的蒸煮助剂,归纳起来有如下几种类型:(1)无机氧化性蒸煮助剂,主要代表物是多硫化钠。(2)无机还原性助剂,如硼氢化钠和连二亚硫酸钠。(3)有机氧化性助剂,如蒽醌及其衍生物二氢二羟基蒽二钠盐(DDA)。(4)表面活性剂及其复酸物。运用比较多的是有机氧化性助剂。但这种助剂由于蒽的存在,不利于人的身体健康,且这些助剂都存在着成本高、不能消除污染、成浆质量不好等缺陷。
(三)发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对目前蒸煮助剂存在的难于达到使用要求的各种问题,提供一种成本低、无污染和成浆质量高的蒸煮剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的蒸煮剂采用了如下技术配方(重量百分比%)

由于采用了上述技术配方,用本发明所制造的蒸煮剂完美地实现了其发明目的,经实用证明,采用本蒸煮剂制浆能提高细浆得浆率2-3%,浆的白度提高4-5度,浆硬度降低,可缩短蒸煮时间,提高浆的收获率,吨浆降低成本50元左右,且无毒无害,有利于操作人员健康,不产生污染。
(四)具体实施方式:以下是本发明的二个具体实施例。
