Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明一般涉及滑动斜切锯,特别是涉及滑动斜切锯的返回机构。
背景技术
各种滑动斜切锯是公知的,它们能提供超过非滑动斜切锯较宽的切割范围。类似于非滑动斜切锯,滑动斜切锯具有一底座,一固定在底座上的回转工作台,一锯组件,包括一马达和被马达驱动的锯片,其中锯组件可以被向下转动,以切割放置在底座和工作台上的工件。然而,滑动斜切锯需要使用者沿工作台水平移动锯组件。
大多数滑动斜切锯,是通过将锯组件连接到至少一条滑动地安装在与工作台连接的支撑壳体上的滑轨,完成上述操作的(见例如,美国专利US6067885)。按照上述方案,使用者需要向前拉动锯组件,向下驱动锯组件,然后向后推动锯组件以切割工件。因此,希望提供一种使锯组件返回到向后位置的机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的滑动斜切锯。
该滑动斜切锯包括一底座,一工作台,一支撑壳体连接在该工作台上,至少一条滑轨可滑动地连接在该支撑壳体上,一凸耳设置在至少一条滑轨上,一锯组件,以铰接方式安装在该凸耳上,并且可在一前方位置和一后方位置间运动,该锯组件包括一马达和一被该马达驱动的锯片,和一返回机构,设置在该凸耳和该支撑壳体之一上,用以将该锯组件返回到后方位置。上述返回机构可以包括一卷盘,一缆索,设置在该卷盘上,和一弹簧,用于对该卷盘施加向第一转动位置转动的偏压,该缆索连接在该凸耳和该支撑壳体之另一件上。

具体实施方式
现参考各附图说明本发明,图中同一代号代表同一零件。参见图1,一种滑动斜切锯10优选地具有一底座11,一工作台12,可转动地连接在该底座11上,一支撑壳体14,以铰接方式连接在该工作台12上,至少一条(优选地为两条)滑轨15,可滑动地连接在该支撑壳体14上,一凸耳16,固定在上述一条(两条)滑轨15的一端,以及一锯组件,通过摆动臂17A,以铰接方式固定在凸耳16上,其中锯组件包括一马达20,一被该马达驱动的锯片19,一上锯片护罩17,用于覆盖锯片19的上部,和一下锯片护罩18,以铰接方式固定在该上锯片护罩17上,用于覆盖锯片19的下部。该滑动斜切锯10还具有连接底座11的围拦13。这些零件是本领域的技术人员熟知的,具体可参考美国专利US6067885,其全部在本说明书中作为参考。
上述支撑壳体14优选地设有一返回机构30。参见图1-2,该返回机构30优选地包括一卷绕组件,它包括一轴37,一设置在该轴37上的卷盘34,一固定和卷绕在该卷盘34周围的缆索35,和一连接在轴37和卷盘34上的弹簧36。
上述卷绕组件又优选地设置在一壳体31中,它优选地可以由塑料制成。壳体3 1可以具有两个折板32,33,它们可以折叠在上述卷绕组件上。优选地,每一折板具有一相应的支柱32D,33D,当折板被折叠后,两支柱可以容纳轴37。优选的是,轴37和支柱32D,33D具有配合的型面,例如双D型面,这样,轴37便不能绕它的纵向轴心线转动。
折板32,33还可以具有相应的凸台32P,33P,当折板折叠在卷绕组件上时,两凸台相互啮合。一螺丝39可将两折板32,33固定在一起。替换方案是,也可用一卡合配合将两折板32,33固定在一起。凸台32P,33P可以形成一通道C,上述缆索35从中延伸穿过其中。
然后,可用螺丝将卷绕组件和壳体31固定在支撑壳体14上。优选方案是,卷绕组件和壳体31基本被支撑壳体14封闭,以防止灰尘进入其中。于是,缆索35便可延伸通过和伸出支撑壳体14。
缆索35可以具有一圆柱体或球体38,用以将缆索35连接在凸耳16上。凸耳16可以具有钩、夹、通道等,用以固定球38。
按照这样的方案,当使用者使锯组件向前方位置运动时,凸耳16便拉紧缆索35,使卷盘34相对轴37转动。从而弹簧36的张力增大。当使用者松开锯组件,弹簧36使卷盘34按相反方向转动,缩回缆索35,从而缩回凸耳16和锯组件。本领域的技术人员可以理解,上述返回机构30也可以设置在凸耳16上,而缆索35可以连接在支撑壳体14上,以获得同样效果。
上述返回机构的另一优点是,它易于安装,以使使用者更新其滑动斜切锯。
具有返回机构的滑动斜切锯的替换实施例示出在图3-4中,其中同一代号代表同一零件。在这个实施例中,返回机构40优选地被设置在支撑壳体14中,并且与至少一条滑轨15接触。
参见图4A,返回机构40具有一轴41,可转动地安装在支撑壳体14上(或者可相对其转动),一卷盘42,设置在轴41上,和一弹簧43,连接在轴41和卷盘42上。卷盘42可以相对轴41转动。
卷盘42最好与滑轨15接触,并且可以具有高摩擦表面,例如橡胶等。当使用者使锯组件向前方位置运动时,滑轨15使卷盘42相对轴41转动。因此弹簧43的张力被增大。当使用者松开锯组件,弹簧使卷盘42按相反方向转动,缩回滑轨15,从而缩回锯组件。
由于希望减少卷盘42和滑轨15间的滑动,滑轨15上提供与设置在卷盘42上的齿44啮合的齿条15R或许是有利的,这已在图4B中示出。
本领域的技术人员可以理解,对所公开的装置还可以有其它增加或替换物。然而所有这些增加和/或替换物皆应被视为本发明的等同物。
Claims (12)
1、一种滑动斜切锯,包括:
一底座;
一工作台;
一支撑壳体,连接在该工作台上;
至少一条滑轨,可滑动地连接在该支撑壳体上;
一凸耳,设置在至少一条滑轨上;
一锯组件,以铰接方式安装在该凸耳上,并且可在一前方位置和一后方位置间运动,该锯组件包括一马达和一被该马达驱动的锯片;和
一返回机构,设置在凸耳和支撑壳体之一上,用以将锯组件返回到后方位置。
2、如权利要求1所述的滑动斜切锯,其中所述返回机构包括一卷盘,一缆索,连接和设置在该卷盘上,和一弹簧,用于对卷盘施加向第一转动位置转动的偏压,该缆索连接在凸耳和支撑壳体之另一件上。
3、如权利要求2所述的滑动斜切锯,其中所述返回机构还包括一轴,所述卷盘可转动地设置在该轴上,而所述弹簧连接在卷盘和轴上。
4、如权利要求3所述的滑动斜切锯,其中所述返回机构还包括一支撑该轴的壳体。
5、如权利要求1所述的滑动斜切锯,其中所述返回机构包括一连接在支撑壳体上的轴,一卷盘可转动地安装在该轴上,和一弹簧,连接在该轴和该卷盘上,其中所述卷盘与至少一条滑轨接触。
6、如权利要求5所述的滑动斜切锯,其中至少一条滑轨具有齿条,而所述卷盘具有与该齿条啮合的齿。
7、如权利要求5所述的滑动斜切锯,其中所述卷盘具有高摩擦接触区,用以与至少一条滑轨接触。
8、一种滑动斜切锯的返回机构,包括:
一壳体;
一被该壳体支撑的轴;
一卷盘,可转动地设置在该轴上;
一缆索,连接和设置在该卷盘上;和
一弹簧,连接在该轴和该卷盘上。
9、如权利要求8所述的返回机构,其中所述壳体具有两个可折叠的折板,折叠在该轴上。
10、如权利要求9所述的返回机构,其中所述两折板固定该轴的转动位置。
11、如权利要求8所述的返回机构,其中所述缆索具有一用于将缆索固定在一斜切锯的一部分的装置。
12、如权利要求11所述的返回机构,其中所述固定装置为一个球。
