Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于至少一个可绕一轴旋转地设置的电子构件的壳体的开关装置,特别是用于可回转地设置在器具,如移动电话、PDA、掌上型电脑、笔记本电脑等等内的摄像模块的开关装置,此摄像模块的透镜或传感器设置在一可绕一轴线回转的壳体内。
背景技术
现代移动电话越来越多地配备摄像机,它们既可以作为附件插接在电话壳体上(例如:Motorola A820),也可以内置在电话内。最近还介绍了一种笔记本电脑(SONY Vaio C1MHP),其中在机盖窄的正面上装入一CCD-摄像机。
为了能使摄像机镜头调整不同的方位,包含摄像机的透镜或传感器的壳体可回转地设置,在笔记本的情况下可回转180°。由于摄像机的可回转性例如可以将其本身的图像以“网络摄像(Webcam)”功能发送,或者也许摄录位于使用者对面的人。因为在摄像机旋转180°时图像倒立,必须用电子技术相应地翻转。为此需要一开关装置的开关过程。通常原始的开关需求是摄像机的打开和关断。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为了所述目的,但是也为了其中包含一电子构件的壳体回转或旋转的其他应用场合,提供一种开关装置,它可以设计得非常小,以便能够毫无问题地安装在极其小型化的器具内,并尽可能无磨损地工作,以保证可靠的长时间运行。
本发明主要用权利要求1的特征来实现这个目的,并且其相应的特征如下:
壳体是一特别是可以用手操作的用于构件的回转调整的回转机构的至少一部分,
壳体同时还是用于开关装置的操纵机构的至少一部分,
开关装置具有一触点支架,它支承包括多个触点的触点组,
触点一方面布置得用来导电接通存在于器具内的线路载体(schaltungstrger)的印制导线(Leiterbahnen),
触点另一方面布置得用来通过控制凸轮受力,
触点支架位置固定地支承在器具内,和
控制凸轮与操纵机构运动一致地连接。
本发明主要的核心是,一方面电子构件的壳体(或者壳体部分)同时也是用于开关装置的操纵元件,另一方面开关装置的触点通过与操纵机构连接的凸轮实际上无磨损地操作,并且开关装置没有滑动触点。
在本发明的另一种结构方案中设想,触点支架配设一环形体,它做成用于操纵元件的旋转轴承,其中触点支架和环形体可以做成材料一致的材料锁合构件。由此创造一种触点支架,它除了其固定至少一个触点组的原始功能之外,还承担对于可旋转或回转的壳体/操纵机构的支承功能。
此外为了结构简单起见本发明设想,控制凸轮可以和操纵机构材料统一地材料锁合连接。
按照本发明另一个特征可通过以下方法达到,开关装置相对于线路载体,例如印刷电路板,器具简单和紧凑的配置,即触点分别具有一特别是从触点支架侧向伸出的,确定用来与线路载体导电接通的弹簧舌片。
至少一些触点分别具有一开关段,其位置由所属控制凸轮的外圆确定,使得此开关段可以直接由控制凸轮接通电源,这同样有利于开关装置的紧凑性。
如果至少一个触点做成桥式触点,则特别有利。如果桥式触点形成一叉形桥板,其叉形臂得到定位,以与两个其他的触点导电接通。
在一个带有例如三个触点,其中一个做成桥式触点的触点组时可以产生四个开关位置。作为例子:两个触点不桥接-触点1和触点2桥接-触点2和触点3桥接-触点1和触点3与触点2桥接。在本发明的实际结构中设有至少两个触点,最大触点数可以根据所需要的开关过程变化。也就是说可以设置4个或更多触点。
在开关装置的紧凑性连同高的接触可靠性和接触质量方面本发明的另一个特征有重要的意义,此特征是,一些或所有触点作为弹性预紧的触点安装在触点支架上。对于导电接通只需要小的力就够了,尤其是只要很短的操作行程,便能操纵触点并保证足够大的接触力。由于存在预紧力导电接通对外部的颤动和振动不敏感。
为了在操作开关装置时可靠地达到各个开关位置,并在某些情况下发出触觉信号,如果设置一附加的、与定位凸轮或定位卡钩共同作用的卡锁弹簧是有利的。定位凸轮或卡钩最好与操纵机构材料一致地并材料锁合地连接。

具体实施方式
总体用10表示的开关装置包括作为主要构件的带一触点组12的触点支架11以及一开关操纵机构13。
在图5中专门并放大地特别表示的触点支架11由一通常做成塑料注塑件的绝缘材料体14组成,这里它基本上以一环形体15的形式存在。一用16表示的、但是最好与环形体15材料一致地并材料锁合地连接的附加体支承触点组12的触点。在本实施例中触点组12包括三个触点17、18和19。触点17至19中的每一个具有一弹簧舌片20,以便与一在器具内的未示出的开关装置所配备的线路载体的印制导线导电接通。如特别是由图5所示,在本实施例中这些弹簧舌片20都一样长,从触点支架11上侧向伸出并具有折弯的导电接通末端,如图所示,它们最好都设置在同一个平面内。
触点组12的两个在外面的触点17和19分别在其与弹簧舌片20相对的末端处有一操纵段或开关段21或22。中间的触点18做成叉形触点。其两条叉形臂23和24,如特别由图2清楚表示的那样,在触点17和19的开关段21和22上方与之齐平地延伸。
不管是触点17和19的开关段21和22还是桥式触点18的叉形臂23和24最好都是预紧的,而且是相对于例如图2向下,也就是大致沿径向向开关装置10的纵轴L预紧。因此叉形臂23和24的自由端在压在它上面的弹簧预紧力的作用下支承在触点支架11的支承面25上。
为了完整地说明触点支架11还应该提到,在其绝缘材料体14上一体生成一用来将触点支架11用螺钉或铆钉固定在器具内或器具的印刷线路板上的安装孔26。
开关装置10的另一个主要组成部分是开头提到的操纵机构13。这同时牵涉到用于电子构件的壳体或壳体部分27,这些电子构件未画出,在所述实施例中用于摄像机。在壳体部分27上示出了一个摄像机孔28,透镜或CCD-传感器装在此孔内。在摄像机孔28的结构区域内壳体27做成半碗形(halbschalenartig)。直到触点支架11为止它完全设计成圆柱形,而且从一以29表示的环形轴肩开始。在环形轴肩29后面壳体27具有一基本上圆柱形的凸台30,它具有两个控制凸轮31和32。
控制凸轮31设置在触点弹簧17的开关段21同一个径向平面内,控制凸轮32设置在触点弹簧19的开关段22的平面内。由此清楚看出,在壳体27回转或旋转的情况下与壳体防转动地连接的凸轮31和32在一定的-相互匹配的-角度区域内,要不两个触点弹簧17和19的开关段21和22都可能不受力,要不两个开关段都受力;或者,要不触点弹簧17的开关段21要不触点弹簧19的开关段22受力。
如果开关段21和/或22受所属凸轮31和32的作用力,那么它们基本上沿径向向外移动,以使开关段21与桥式触点18的叉形臂23导电接通,和/或开关段22与桥式触点18的叉形臂24导电接通。
因此用在所示实施例中存在的其中触点18是桥式触点的三个触点17、18和19可以达到以下开关状态:
-两个触点17和19都未被桥接,
-触点17与触点18桥接,
-触点19与触点18桥接,
-触点17和触点19都与触点18桥接。
也就是说在按本发明的开关装置用到移动电话或计算机等等上时,可绕轴线L旋转地设置的摄像机可以切换到以下重要的位置:“关”、“开”、“图像取向正常”、“图像取向翻转”。
这些不同的开关位置分别发生在圆周角度调整约90°时。在“关”的位置时摄像机孔28指向器具内部,也就是说从外面是看不到的,因此得到防护。第二个位置是按向前的观察方向相对第一个位置旋转90°。再转90°可以造成图像翻转。
在本实施例中考虑到,壳体27可以绕装置的纵轴L相对于触点支架11旋转或者说回转的圆周角度约为270°。由图5可以看到,在壳体部分27的圆柱形凸台30上设有一径向突起的凸块33作为止挡。在触点支架11内的圆周槽的用34表示的第一侧边与触点支架11的朝向该侧边的表面35一起用作旋转运动的第一个止挡,相互背对背的侧边36与用37表示的对应面用作第二个终端止挡。
为了实现各个开关位置的机械锁紧,还设有一辅助凸轮38,它作为中凹的凹坑成形在壳体27的圆柱形凸台30的表面上。该凸轮38与一附加的卡锁弹簧39共同作用,此卡锁弹簧没有导电功能,并设置在触点17和19的两个开关段21和22之间区域内桥式触点18下方的触点17和19之间(由图2看得特别清楚)。
为了最终地理解还应该提到,壳体部分13的圆柱形凸台30在触点支架一侧的末端具有一位于触点支架外面的圆周槽40。该槽40用来安装用于凸台30和触点支架11之间的轴向固定的安全环(Sicherungsring)。除了挡圈外在槽40内还可以装一波纹垫圈(Wellring)以补偿轴向误差。
Claims (12)
1.用于一至少可绕一轴线(L)回转地设置的电子构件的壳体的开关装置(10),特别是用于一可回转地装在一器具,如移动电话、PDA、掌上型电脑、笔记本电脑等等中的摄像机模块的开关装置,该摄像机的透镜或传感器安装在一可绕轴线(L)回转的壳体内,其特征为:
壳体(13)是一可用手操作的用于构件回转调整的回转机构的至少一部分;
壳体(13)同时是用于开关装置(10)的操纵机构的至少一部分;
开关装置(10)具有一触点支架(11),它支承包括多个触点(17、18、19)的触点组(12);
触点(17、18、19)一方面布置得与存在于器具内的线路载体的印制导线导电接通;
触点(17、18、19)另一方面布置得通过控制凸轮(31,32)加力;
触点支架(11)位置固定地支承在器具内;
控制凸轮(31,32)与操纵机构(13)运动一致地连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的开关装置,其特征为:触点支架(11)配设一环形体(15),它构成用于操纵元件(13)的旋转轴承。
3.按权利要求2所述的开关装置,其特征为:触点支架(11)和环形体(15)形成一材料一致的和材料锁合的构件。
4.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的开关装置,其特征为:控制凸轮(31,32)与操纵机构(13)材料一致地材料锁合地连接。
5.按权利要求1所述的开关装置,其特征为:触点(17、18、19)分别具有一特别是从触点支架(11)侧向伸出的、确定用来与线路载体导电接通的弹簧舌片(20)。
